In a time where it can be difficult to find good team members, the OS has hit it out of the park. The entire staff and housekeeping team are a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend The OS Hotel!

- Alvah (8/5): - The property is adjacent to a food hall with excellent options for a family: tacos, pasta, seafood, sushi, coffee, sweets... and even a full service bar. Overall, the hotel was nice and the check-in was easy. The only problems were a sticky residue on the bed-side table and a hairball in the shower... We would definitely stay again though.

- Thomas (6/5): - New so it’s fairly nice kind of noisy at times. Had an unexpected vehicle breakdown where I couldn’t make it in town so I called to get a refund. Hotel staff would not even give me a partial refund and stated if I didn’t show up they would double book with no refund to me so I had to rent a car. Seems very unfair to customers and a bad business model so future customers need to be aware. Especially since no refund was not stated at purchase.

The beds are so comfortable I didn’t want to get up!! Highly recommend!!! And the CRAVE food hall Nextdoor is a must! The craft cocktails at the bar and all the different varieties of cuisine were wonderful!! 12/10 recommend!!!

- Bonnie (8/5): Great hotel, minor issues - Beautiful hotel in great location. My issue was with the elevator which did not work twice when we needed it. In addition, we hung the "make up room" sign on the door but the room was not made up and no new towels. Neither were that big of a deal, but I wanted to mention both.

- Vanessa (10/5): Great Midway Point - I recently stayed at this charming new hotel on our way back from Florida to Texas, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is super cute and welcoming, especially for dog owners. We loved that our pup could join us. Very clean and accommodating. It’s located next to a vibrant food hall with live music, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening. The open area is great for families, and my daughter had a blast playing on the lawn while we enjoyed drinks and food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, laid-back getaway or a safe easy stop over with their kids and furry friends!
