- CINDY (2/5): - Beware!!! To get to the property, you have to go up so many stairs. And gist didnt disclose this info in their booking. It was a nightmare for our group as we were all girls with luggages. The exterior is very worn out. Once you get inside the building, you have to climb up more stairs to get to the unit and it looks and feels very creepy. The interior of the unit is nice and spacious once you're inside the unit. Every morning that we were there, the water would be off until 9:30am, very annoying. Check in and key pick up is offsite at a different address, there's no onsite parking, DO NOT STAY HERE!
- Christina (2/5): - Property does not disclose there are over 175 stairs- to get up to the property. There are multiple levels and flights you need to physically walk up with luggage alone etc. The property WILL NOT HELP YOU AND IS TUDE ABOUT IT. We finally convinced someone to bring up some of our luggage and then they refused to help us on the way down. Horrible horrible experience as I have spinal disease and spinal fusion surgery. I would not have booked this property if I would have known about all the stairs and lack of help. There are also no lights at night so walking up all those staircases alone is scary. You also must “lock yourself” into the property at night and “unlock yourself to leave”. The property did have nice views once you get yourself up all the stairs and flights of stairs.
