Guest Reviews
- Dalene (4/5): - We rented two units they were two room, bedrooms with another open room with kitchen, couch and TV. One unit the couch was so dirty no one could have sat on it. There was on hand soap or amenities. One of the rooms had not smoke detector, exposed wires in the closet that held the water heater that my husband covered. There was no air conditioner- which we just assumed there would be because the site did not say anything. If we could have found other rooms we would not have stayed there.
- Carol (2/5): Terrible misleading property - When we arrived, the manager was not there. After a long wait she came, claimed we had not paid although I showed her our credit card bill indicating we had paid. The property was in very bad shape, she was nasty and she said we could cancel and leave so we did. I called our credit card company to be reimbursed. The property is not as shown. No one should book this property.
- Haeng (4/5): - The address was not correct. We spent time to look the address. There was no name 'paradise park hotel ' at all. The address on the site has different hotel. We drove here and there, finally found the hotel, but still no name of Paradise hotel😡. The breakfast serving was from 8AM( who can wait till 8AM for breakfast?). We could hear the conversation from the next room.
Outside picnic table and fireplace was good to enjoy for evening.
I don't want to come again to this hotel at all.
- Charles (2/5): - We did not actually stay at paradise park. We switch two dancing bear N, a sister property, because the original location has such a strong smell of pine scented air freshener we would not have been able to sleep there
- BONITA (8/5): - St
Staff is very nice and helpful. We had the double queen room with small kitchen refrigerator & microwave but no cooktop are oven. It’s older but still very nice
- Douglas (6/5): Adventures in East Glacier Park - Booked for 7 nights and used as my base exploring Glacier NP. Very convenient to Two Medicine and not a bad drive to Saint Mary. Certainly NO crowds on the east side, which was my goal. Was also an easy drive to Waterton Lakes. The accommodations are dated and need work. What I had (cabin) was comfortable although somewhat out of level. They do, as advertised, have internet but it rarely worked in the evening. Soon after booking got an email with arrival instructions. It had an incorrect address and a phone number that was never answered (and voice mail was full). Took my chances and arrived in town. Found what appears to be a sister property and she called around to find out where I was supposed to be. Staff was nice and helpful. If you are looking for a clean place to crash for the night, this is it. If you’re looking for much in the way of amenities well, maybe not.
- Michael (2/5): - Paradise Park does not seem to exist, nor does the address listed on the reservation. Nor do they ever answer the phone, which always has a full VM mailbox. They will sometimes answer a text and or initiate a call. After much ado we were instructed by a different motel to go to 40 Montana, which was the Dancing Bear inn. The woman at check in looked puzzled when I mentioned Paradise Park, but was able to find us having a reservation. The room was in poor condition, a curtain rod hanging at a 30 degree angle by one hook in the center, hole in the bedspread, broken drawer handle on a very well worn dresser. Moldy caulking around they tub where it wasn't missing. WIFI sort of worked, but I would have to disconnect and reconnect every minute or two. The good is the room wasn't too dirty, the sheets were clean and the room was bug free. A couple we saw at dinner one night had reservations, but no room, but were told they would be put up at a different motel with no additional charge. I don't know if it happened or not, I didn't see them again.
- PAUL (2/5): - We arrived after a long day of travel around 7PM. There was no one in the office. We called the number on the door. No answer. We finally were advised to text and were informed they were overbooked. We received no assistance to find a place to stay.
We found out that there wasn't a property called Paradise Park. They pick up reservations for 3 motels they own (I'd assume that had a hand in overbooking). Two Medicine Inn, Going to the Sun Inn & Suites and Dancing Bears Inn DB Boutique and Cabins. Paradise Park will end up with you assigned to one of the three if you're lucky (or unlucky since we didn't get a room so don't even know how the rooms are). I've been informed that they keep changing the Limited Liability Corporation that they operate under once they get into enough trouble with the current one. This info came from a local motel owner who said that overbooking happens to many travelers by this outfit. He said they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau many times. We have been trying for weeks to get our money back.
- Linda (8/5): - Unique old barracks turned into cabins. They are old but have so much character! Awesome location where you can sit outside and visit around a firepit. Don't expect luxury, that's not what it is, but it's clean, safe, quiet and one of a kind.
- Marcia (4/5): - We originally had a room at Paradise Park. But the owner also just purchased Dancing Bear Inn and said that there was a room at Dancing Bear with a queen bed instead of a double. So we took her up on it. The owners are lovely people, but the Dancing Bear property is not ready for prime time and needs serious renovations, too many to mention. We didn’t even take showers the next morning, just went out to our next Planned hotel. We also never saw Paradise Park facilities.
- Carol (6/5): - The location to the East Park Entrance was wonderful. The property manager that checked us in was very nice & helpful. The issue we had was the hot water heater only worked half of the time. So just warm or cool showers were often.
- Hamid (10/5): - They were kind
- Diana (2/5): - We could not find it and no one answered the phone number listed. We did not stay.
