Carl (8/5): - The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts.
