Guest Reviews
- Amanda (8/5): - Is good
- Marvin (2/5): - Nothing
- Diane (2/5): - We were not provided with a bar of soap, conditioner or a hair dryer, even when I asked. Also, we stayed 2 nights and I needed 2 more towels. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME UNLESS I BROUGHT THE USED, WEY TOWELS TO THE DESK. Completely unacceptable.
- Melanie (6/5): - Our kitchen was missing a cabinet. Hard beds.
- Allan T (6/5): No Sound Proofing - Too noisy. Only 2 bath towels, washcloths, hand towel in room for 4 people.
- Anderson (2/5): - This is by far the worst experience ever in my life. I arrived at hotel, lady behind counter was not welcoming. She gave the room key and when I opened the door the room was occupied. This was very embarrassing for me and the family. I asked for another room and key she gave me would not open the room. She tried rescanning the room 4 times. She finally game another room and the room next door was having a party with loud music. I called the front desk and they did not help. One of the workers was in uniform smoking what looked like a blunt with weed. The floor were dirty, the laundry mat floor had water leaking into the hall way. This hotel was an absolute mess ran by people that don't care and make it into the low income projects.
- Mario (10/5): - Good service good facility
- Tasha (2/5): - 24 customers service desk was not open when we arrived we had to wait on someone to come let us in as it was storming outside , out of all the rooms there was available I was placed at the top floor with three kids and our suitcases etc , help was never asked if needed . There’s no breakfast the bed was worse than a jail cot and so noisy ever turn you made! Just all the way around upsetting and put a big affect on our family trip
- Muaz (2/5): Dirty rooms with stains and hair on floor - I left when I checked in and asked for a refund due to a clump of hair on the floor, stains on the sheets , no shampoo or soap in the shower, even the towels had stains on them and I have not received it, I will be charging back my stay, stay away from here and spend the extra $10 at a better hotel, the 2nd shift staff at the front desk also was very rude and had an attitude, here are the images of the nasty room
- Carlos (10/5): - New hotel with easy access to area attractions.
- Jhon (2/5): - Bed was unsafe and noise, tub drain block, no smart tv, no many towels and soap, shampoo.
- walsy (6/5): - fights were in the lobby
- Mika (2/5): - The property says it's has breakfast, pool, unfortunately not even towels we get. It's an extended stay but the website so not made any mention of it. Very disappointed 😞
- Krista (10/5): - Very clean rooms. Staff were very nice. Quiet.
- ryan (8/5): - I had a great stay and will be staying there in the future, its nice and clean, great rooms, i would Recommend bringing your own bathroom towels, toilet paper, Washcloths, ect , Since it seems they dont provide much
- Jesus (10/5): - The only downside is that the bed are hard but clean, spacious, quiet
- HO SUK (8/5): - the staffs were nice and helpful.
- Brandy (2/5): Worst hotel experience this far! - One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. For the week and a half I was here I had to move 3 rooms bc of the noise. I’ve also encountered a domestic dispute where a man threw the woman’s stuff out the room. Cleaning staff does not clean your room during your stay and when moving rooms they tried to put me in a room claiming it was clean but there was dog hair all over the floor. The first room I was in it was missing the top cover and the pillows for that bed were on the opposite bed a picture was provided. Just not a great experience!
- Kahiga (2/5): - Did offer the principal amenity I.e., cooking facilities in the room
Room was supposed to be no smoking and reeked of smoke.
Changed my room after complaining 24 hours later
When they changed my room, they did not provide towels for another 24 hours.
I checked out the morning of the 7th.
- Yolanda (6/5): - Nice clean spacious room…Nice Air…
Bed was hard and very uncomfortable…
No rest No sleep while I was there. Other than the bed everything else was fine…
- Abdolreza (4/5): - Slow wifi. Saw roaches in the bathroom.
- CHERHEA M (6/5): - (Only those that actually still iron their clothes will understand) would love to know what someone was thinking when designing the layout of room. There’s a full size refrigerator and countertop with sink, laundry basket, and NO IRON/BOARD in the rooms. How about sell the full size refrigerators and put in mini a refrigerator and small microwave and invest in an iron and board. There is at least located in the hotel; however, it had not been returned. We were told they would contact the guest that had it and call use back. After 3 hours we had not heard anything at that point I sent my husband to Walmart to buy one which was a waste because we flew into Georgia but I was not walking around in wrinkled clothes.
Our flight was early and there is not staff available 24 hours a day. There is a phone that says call for after hour assistance- however, the service had not been setup “at this time.” Debated about leaving keycards in the lobby because there were two random people sleeping on the couch in the lobby.
Since room service is no longer a thing- I set out garage outside our door which I always do in any hotel. Inside the housekeeper putting with their other trash- they opened our room door and put it back in our room.
Now if those things do not bother you - then stay there. The hotel and room was clean.
Not sure if I will stay there again.
- Roberto (10/5): - They do have great area for pets when u take them out for a walk the only thing that I didn’t see was a pool but over all great place for the price !
- Steve (2/5): - This place is going downhill fast. Checked in close to 10 pm. Got to the room and the beds weren't made and the bathroom was a mess. Went downstairs and they got me another room. Had a knock on the door later that night and they didn't have me listed in the room in the system, so I thought they were going to take care of it. Alot of noise from other guests half the night and around 6:30 I'm woken up by the police banging on the door. I'm practically Def and I don't know how long they've been banging on the door. He said they had a complaint about violence or something in my room and I was there alone. I called the general manager and he said he didn't call and he had didn't know how they even got in the building. I finally let them in and they were very rude and condescending, treated me like I had done something wrong. No noise, never even turned on the TV. Would not recommend this place.
- Jay (4/5): - I will not stay again to this property.
- Kristen (2/5): - They kept taking money from me and I want my money back
- Will (2/5): Unsatisfied - The Lady that checked us in was great, the room not so good. We had no towels nor did the AC work. Also there were tools in the bed.
- Wesley (6/5): - The floors were sticky and dirty and when asked for assistance on the clean up, I was asked to come get the mop and clean the floor myself. So I had to clean my own hotel room floor.
- James (8/5): - Great for one night stay
- Danielle (6/5): Friendly Staff - The staff was very professional and very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the floor in our room was dirty and very sticky. It seemed like the hotel might have been short staffed unfortunately. But again, the staff was great.
- James (10/5): - Did have trouble checking in and the elevator wasn't working. Finally got checked in about an hour after arriving. After hours phone wasn't set up and would not dial the desk.
- Ken (10/5): - New hotel, excellent in every way, easy access. No breakfast but definitely a great place to stay!
- Aimee (2/5): - This hotel is NOT safe for women traveling alone. The room itself was basic and clean. However, I would not recommend this hotel in this location to anyone.
- Chuma (10/5): - Nice stay
- judy (4/5): - Internet didn’t work, not enough towels or wash cloths and i had to go get them when needed, i spilled a drink but also had to go get mop and clean myself. Elevator out the entire trip. However the young man at check in was amazing, he found me a room on 2 nd floor because I have lung problems. There is an electrical problem with an outlet in room 229, he turned breaker off. Staying there again is not an option
- Jason (2/5): - They said I didn’t book a room through you so they made me book one and I got charged twice
- Aldith (8/5): - Didn’t like that the elevator wasn’t working.
- CHRISTINA (2/5): - The manager here is cocky and dirty. When a customer complains the manager runs to uneducated cops to create a simple matter into a drama queen and a chaos. He refuses to refund the full amount $210.50 and lies to the corp about the reservation.
- Isolde (10/5): - Was very clean
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The manager here is cocky and dirty. When a customer complains the manager runs to uneducated cops to create a simple matter into a drama queen and a chaos. He refuses to refund the full amount $210.50 and lies to the corp about the reservation.
- Degnan (10/5): - Huge room, very clean and excellent staff
- Brandy (10/5): - Good
- James (8/5): - Convenience of location and great customer service. Needed to ask for towels and tv remote but, when the requests were made, the response was outstanding.
- Ronald (4/5): - No check-in after 10 pm without prior arrangements. After I managed to check in, no towels or soap in the room, and the front desk had already left. If you want to stay in a hotel with basic amenities and not a barebones shelter for noisy families, go elsewhere!
- Sindy (2/5): - Gave me wrong room. No rooms avaliable after booked. Had to book at a different hotel.
- Steve (10/5): - Great price, clean and convenient.
- Barbara (4/5): - The hotel was very noisy you had tonturn towels in in order to get s new set. There was a dhooting at the hotel while I was there. I would not recommend any one to stay there.
- Gabriel (2/5): - No puede hacer el viaje y no me dieron ningún dia de reembolso ,habia reservado por 7 días
- Brad (4/5): - When we got to the hotel all the doors were locked and we had to call three times to get someone to answer the phone. Luckily another person staying at hotel came and let us in then we waited for someone to come to the front desk. Once we got to our room pillow cases were left on the bed for all of the pillows and we had no towels for our bathroom. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. I then went down and the metal roll down door was back down at front desk and I wasn't going to deal with waiting again. When we checked out at 8:30 the next morning no surprise the metal roll down door was still down at the front desk.
- Miranda (4/5): - At night it was very loud, I was on the first floor and unable to sleep half of the night. I could hear large dogs barking in the hallway. People opening the door aka large security doors to get into the hallway to use the elevators because all the doors lock. The office is closed if you need anything aka a blow dryer for your hair till around 9am
- Ruth (8/5): - The price was great, their are no extras, the noise from the inter state was horrible, and there were dogs inside.
- Steve (6/5): No kitchen - No cooking top, no kitchen.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - This place was new and felt really safe. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper and no facial tissue. Oddly, there were no ironing board or iron, or hairdryer either. Honestly though, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. We managed. Overall, because of its cleanliness and safe area and decent beds, I still give this a 10/10.
- Phillip (6/5): - For the price it is very fair... my only problem is that it felt like a long stay apartment rather than a hotel / motel. The clientele were a little on the rougher side so you had to walk through pot smoke clouds to enter etc. Definitely did not want to hang out in the sparce lobby.
- Kiara (2/5): Maybe next time - Never got to complete my stay I was checked into a room early 1:30 came back at 3:30 and I still didn’t have a room ready so I drove a hour back back home came back at 8pm and was given a room that didn’t have bed sheets or towels and 15 minutes later there was another group with my room and I was back in the the waiting room waiting for another room! So this point I requested a refund
- Mehdi (6/5): - Room was Ok. There was only one roll of toilet tissue and one towel set that was all. No Napkin No Cups
- Mustafa (4/5): - Not good service but room is good
- satrenia (2/5): - Front desk service was terrible.. waited too long to check us in as well as other guests
- Antonio (2/5): Terrible Stay - The bed was uncomfortable, the floors were disgusting and there were dogs in other rooms barking all night. Don’t waste your money!
- Stacy (10/5): - I always love staying here
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible service - I had no hot water for the entire trip and they didn’t clean my room up or change my sheets or towels they told me there was nothing they could do about the water but it was hard to believe that my room was the only one with out hot water
- Nitza (6/5): - It’s a new hotel. If you going to stay at this hotel, make sure that you bring your owe bath stuff because they only give you one soap and one small shampoo.
- Steve (10/5): - New, clean and convenient!!
- Oney (4/5): Too soon to open up - The hotel is fairly new which is why I choose to stay there. However I don’t think it was quite ready to open up. The staff are great no complaints there. But it was no hot water no hair dryer or iron or iron board. We had to ask for it and get it check out l at tue front desk. The beds are very weak they were standing on skinny legs that made the bed rock and seems like at any time we were going to fall. They close at 10pm and open up at 9am so if we needed extra towels or anything we had to wait until they open up at 9am in the morning. The stay just could have been better.
- Jeff (10/5): - The building is a bit noisy. You can hear from room to room. Hallway noise is a problem with all hotels. This one included.
- Stacy (10/5): - Very clean and a great room
- Ruby (2/5): - Not recommended at all‼️
- Shavoyne (10/5): 100% The Best - My check in process was phenomenal 🙌 Front desk Attendant was very professional and informed me that all entrances lock at 10pm for safety. I felt safe and secure in such a clean and spacious environment!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great Value!!! However; bed frame, mattress, and wifi were awful! Would only stay solo. May hear different travelers "getting it on" cuz of the awful beds that bang against the walls and floors
- Sung (10/5): - Very clean. Grand open one month ago. Fresh and new
- Barina (10/5): - Everything was nice very quiet no issues I will visit again!!
- Nancy (4/5): - WIFI sucked! There was no soap or shampoo provided in the room and very limited towels. Even though this is a new hotel, they can do lots to improve on the experience in staying there.
- Kiara (10/5): - There wasn’t any hand soap or shower soap in the rest room or kitchen area but other than that comfortable for a meeting trip.
- Samuel (4/5): - This property has only been open a couple weeks so maybe this will get fixed, but the hotel still smells like construction. Even in my room, it smelled bad.
Also the wifi simply does not work. They gave me a support number to call and I did everything they told me to do and still, the wifi disconnects every minute or two.
I asked the staff for a plastic fork and was told they only had a set of silverware to purchase. That’s pretty wild to me.
Won’t stay at this location again since there are many similarly priced options in the area.
- Dennis (8/5): - Very nice setup. Clean and everything in excellent condition. Staff helpful,
- Jazeera (10/5): - It was an amazing stay!
- Johnny (6/5): no service - work trip no room cleaning the week i was there
- Johnny (6/5): - no room cleaning .. had to go to front office and get towels and bath room bath paper.. no soap in rooms.. the front desk not open into 9am
