Guest Reviews
- Athena (4/5): - Air conditioning was not effective. Pillows were mini sized. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, toast, and yogurt. Bathrooms were nice. TV wasn’t a smart tv and had limited channels. Only good for a 1-2 night stay.
- Becky (2/5): - There was mold on the walls. The room smelled terrible, and there were dead bugs on the windowsill. The bathroom sink was unfinished with exposed plywood. The concrete was peeling off the walls outside of the very small elevator that barely fit the two of us and the lobby reeked of cigarettes. We did not stay. I shudder to think. . I shutter to think what the kitchen looks like and would not dare eat their breakfast.
- Shanesa (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Devery (2/5): - Should get a free stay room was leaking from the fridge had to clean it
- Carol (6/5): - Could be a little cleaner
- Brian (2/5): - Stayed here 3 years ago. Doesn't look
- Adnan (4/5): - Awful
- Byron R (4/5): Won't be staying here again. - The room smelled of cigarettes when we first arrived, and the room musty. The AC unit was not set correctly, and I checked the filter. It had NEVER been cleaned. There was a 1/4 inch thick dust. I took it down to get cleaned, they told me to bring it back up and give to a cleaner! The bathroom was tiny and the toilet paper roll was almost empty, and the replacement roll was only 1/2 a roll and there were no others. We travel to visit family and won't stay here again.
- Devery (8/5): - Ac didn’t work kept blowing out hot air
- Rena (2/5): - My stay was not good. The room was not clean. This place is very old. It looks as they are trying to remodeling the place.
Why give a room that was still with repair.
I took pictures.
- Ethan (8/5): - Just needed a room for the night. Price was great compared to the hotel options near by. Room was clean bed was comfy.
- Devery (4/5): - Housekeepers should stop coming in people rooms if no one answers could be in shower or sleep they keep doing it
- Ange ludvine (8/5): - Really appreciate, I feel safe and the property was good for the price.
- Jose (8/5): - Y
- Raymond (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Julie (10/5): - Nice reasonable hotel
- Ingrid (4/5): - The condition of the property is not good and the room the furnitures old and dirty. The only thing that it was in good condition was the bathroom.
- Mark (10/5): - Clean room, friendly staff
- Ana (10/5): - Comfortable
- Fotis (4/5): - Old and outdated needs urgent renovations
- Mikaela (2/5): - Location is perfect!! It was very disgusting everything is old not cleaned at all hair rusted the bed not comfortable online it says king bed but it was a twin bed not very happy and we will not stay here ever again
- Leslie Carvel (6/5): - The room was good, not great of an older hotel. The manager/owner was absolutely fantastic and really helped make our visit to NY memorable. He gave us clear directions and helped us in anyway he could. A decent 2-3 star hotel in Yonkers.
- George (4/5): - Over priced for what you get.. this is a motel type and the name was changed to imply that it is a 5 star hotel/suites.. inside of room, furniture, tv, bedding is old.. Location needs a total rehab to charge the fee they are advertising.. would not recommend or go back.. very disappointed
- Javauni (2/5): - This is by far the dirtiest and nastiest Hilton or any hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.
- Joseph (2/5): - Strange hotel rules.!
Terrible breakfast provided.
Asked to keep the room door opened to have it cleaned by the house keeper while I was away.
Supplies provided are all limited and had hard time getting it from the reception when asked.
No cleanliness, dirty furnishings, room smelled like urine and smoke.!
Felt unsafe as the house keeper attempted getting in the room by removing the security chain from outside that was in place while me and my family were resting inside.
Key card stopped working at night.
Interrupted TV connection.
- Shaun (2/5): - The room was infested with roaches and mosquitoes ,, I couldn't change rooms or get a refund .. total waist of my money .. I literally left after only 45 minutes .. Overall terrible experience and I will NEVER Return. Really would like my money back ASAP
- Shadee (2/5): - The room was disgusting and smelled really bad. When we got there, there was people walking around the outside scoping out people who are going to their rooms. We had a gentleman follow us through the door to get to our room and when we turned around, he vanished. The minute we got to our room, we immediately felt unsafe and couldn't stay there.
The staff at the front desk is the ONLY positive thing about the place.
Do NOT stay here. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere.
- Molly (2/5): Check in issue - My husband was not allowed to check in because payment info was in my name (wife). He had the reservation number and receipt but was still denied check in. I was told to call to verify but nobody answered the phone (called 8x).
- Mary (8/5): - This hotel is very inexpensive and the rooms and breakfast are very basic. But it's clean, safe and quiet.
- Abdoulaye P (10/5): - The staff at the reception was not friendly
- John (8/5): - Very professional staffs. Place is quiet and clean. The price and location is great.
- Mark (4/5): - The room was dirty and smelled stuffy.
- Jose (8/5): - Affordable place to stay for a night or two... Room was clean, slight smell of cigarettes. Quiet. Continental breakfast is ehhh OK. Better off eating somewhere else...
- Willy (10/5): - Good
- RICHARD (10/5): - I liked that check in was easy, and finding room was easy. Phenomenal parking.
- salvador (2/5): - The hotel had roaches and was under construction.I’m very upset. It also smelled like smoke for the price I paid. I feel like it not worth it.
- denise (2/5): - i was sca
- Nooruddin Farooq (8/5): - I like amenities in the room and quick responsive staff service provided.
- Carl (8/5): - You get what u pay for. This place the rooms are basic. But if you are like me, where nothing bother you, you will be fine
- Jenni (6/5): No protein at free breakfast. - No protein at breakfast. That is my biggest complaint. At the least they could have had peanut butter or hard boiled eggs. Only apples for fruit. Other than that, limited cereal, plenty of yogurt, bagels, bread, and muffins. Good choices for juice.
- GARFIELD (2/5): - I didn’t like the room I got
- Luz (2/5): - The walls, microwave, refrigerator was moldy
- KWAME (6/5): - Lack of meals options to the customers. Only Bread, cereal juice coffee. Maybe it’s was finished before I went there. But if it does , was too early to end. I got there 745 am and breakfast was the above I mentioned
- Elaine (6/5): - -it's economical
-good location
-poor wifi
-my floor was being painted; inconvenient; smelled like paint
-poor breakfast
-poor gym
- Brian (2/5): - N
- Patty (6/5): - The price
- Shaneequa (8/5): - Pretty basic
- Leroy (4/5): - The property is in a decent area but the property was run down, undergowing construction and there was dust everywhere. Also the continental breakfast was very disapointing. Not worth the money they charge for a room.
- James (4/5): - Nothing
- FANCIS (10/5): - 👌
- Eileen (10/5): - Renovations going on but clean safe and comfortable. I was delayed at airport got in late. They were waiting and happy to welcome me. Very nice place
- Rodney (2/5): - The overall presentation of the hotel was
- Brayan (6/5): - Convenience store and dominos were close enough to walk and get food/snacks. The room smelled like dust and tobacco. The door needed to be slammed in order to close correctly. Walls were thin enough to hear conversations from next door. Cleaning staff came in while I was away and threw away part of a toy I bought for my little brother. Key card stopped working when I got back late at night so I had to ask for it to be fixed. Beds were clean and nicely made. Outlets worked well, TV was small but nice and wifi worked well.
- Latasha (2/5): - It was ok
- Clarice (8/5): - The facility needs renovation and beautification.
The management should improve the breakfast being offered
- Samantha (4/5): - Left a pair of AirPods on the desk. We called back to claim them and they said that they were not found at all. Meanwhile, I specifically remember leaving them on the table where the coffee maker is. This is not the first time that I’ve left something there and they claim that.” cannot find it.” Housekeeping is keeping items and not returning them to the proper owners.
- Clarence (6/5): - Piscina cerrada en verano por el mismo precio el cual dice que tienen piscina. Las habitaciones necesitan cajas de seguridad y cambiar algunas neveras.
- ana (10/5): - Good
- Shahir (10/5): - Very good
- Susan (6/5): - While the front desk was friendly the property itself was not appealing. The hallway carpet was dirty and tattered. The room was clean. The breakfast options were very limited. It would have been nice to be offered some form of protein other than yogurt. Over all it was an okay place but I’m glad I only had to stsyb2 nights
- Brandon (10/5): - Love this place
- Keith (6/5): - Under renovation. One bed was great. The other you could feel the springs. Pool was closed
- Emanuel (6/5): - I have been to this property quite a few times because the rates are reasonable as compared to the nearby hotels. but you get what you pay for. Its an old property with old furniture, old beds , old televisions and very old linen.
its not a Hilton and its not trying to be. recently I see more and more homeless, wandering children and thugs in attendance. ( thug - a male or female with pants down, a tight shirt or wife beater, an angry expression and smoking weed) they usually spend more time sitting outside the hotel than in the room.
the staff is very helpful and professional. there is a lot of effort to keep the place clean.
- Jayson (4/5): - Elevator was out of order and front desk person didn’t tell us… unfriendly service.
Property should be better maintained
- SAMIRA (2/5): - Nothing was ok
- Curtrice (10/5): - Very nice stay.Clean and Conveniently located near major travel routes/highways. Would recommend to others.
- abel (4/5): - I like the staff service ,they clean the room every day .
I don't like the breakfast room too dirty.
The property need renovations.
- Miriam (8/5): - Good for a night
- Jose (2/5): - Property needs major upgrades, place is dirty and out dated . Rooms smells and old furnitures
- Alexandra (10/5): - This is a great choice for my shirt trip.
- argenis (2/5): - 😖
- argenis (2/5): - Muy caro para tan baja calidad las habitaciones huelen a cigarrillo y tienen equipamiento muy viejo no tienen flexibilidad de salida para los clientes que quieran dormir un poco mas de las 11:00 AM
- Ada (2/5): - The room was clean, no regular size pillows, that's bad! They need to work on the hallways appearance.
Would not go back.
- Lesondra (8/5): - Hotel was convenient, room at a great price for booking same day. Only minor complaint, housekeeping knocked several times to clean the room prior to checking out.
- Rodrigo (8/5): - Easy parking. Quiet. Clean
- Keyetta (6/5): - The hotel needs renovation …
- Adilka (2/5): - The place smells very bad, reception person didn’t speak English he try his best but the first thing was o don’t have rooms and o had a reservation. It’s no for me the smelling bad and not clean at all
- Musah (4/5): - the hotel surrounding and inside is not clean. i have bad experience
- Subretta (2/5): - Absolutely nothing it was very smelly throughout the room and the whole hotel was just so dirty it felt gross to be honest I didn’t feel good at all I spent a whole night
- Gabriella (6/5): - was convenient to where I needed to go
- Elizabeth (8/5): - First floor was being renovated
- Daniel (10/5): - Great employees, great services. Very clean. Delightful being here. Been here for 2 weeks with my new born, and can say feels like home. Definitely recommend staying here!
Daniel.
- Soleny Ulloa (6/5): - I really enjoy the ice machine, but the building can have some work done, so many walls that need paint.
- Arianny (4/5): - .
- Daniel (10/5): - Great place to stay at. Been here over 2 weeks and the place feels like home. Workers are great, parking. Clean. I can go on....
- Roger (6/5): - The room was sufficient and clean but the property is outdated and does not seem safe.
- Audrey (8/5): - Though extremely antiquated & dark the staff was on point. A place just to lay your head, nothing fancy. Elevator is the size of a phone booth. Pool closed & no ice machine on 3rd floor.
- Carla (2/5): - This hotel was disgusting! The toilet wouldn’t flush all the way, no furniture except a desk and chair so I had to put my suitcase on the floor, no hangers in closet, bathroom door broken so it would close completely, hall smelled like pot, & worst was the mattress-it looked like a crime scene! Looked like blood and other bodily fluids ( lots of blood!) We didn’t check before we slept on it but once we saw it the next day we left & lost out on the money for the second day. We didn’t care because there was no way we would stay another day. Oh and no one was at the front desk when we went to check out so I threw the room key over the counter. Messaged the hotel about it and got no reply. If you stay here do not get room 222!
- Vanessa (4/5): - Bad breakfast
- Emanuel (10/5): - the property is outdated, there are no modern (usb, etc) connections. the TV system is also old, the furniture is old. but for the price its a good deal. the AC works well, the staff is not bothersome, the place is quiet except for the occasional ghetto clients that want to spend all day with their kids in front of property. there are 2 ice machines but only one works. the property is on a hill, hence the name. so walking to the local stores is a hike. as far as ECO, i dont know hot that applies to this property. overall , I have been to the place several times and for the price , with the location it is a bargain.
- Lisa (6/5): Yonkers - The hotel seem to be under construction. It looks like it was a really nice hotel at one time. Came on some hard times and now restructuring. Looking forward to see how it all turns out for them next time in Yonkers.
- Jose (6/5): - Just ok. Elevator didn’t work. Bed ok.
- Orlando (2/5): - Nothing
- Andrea (10/5): - Very nice staff
- Dinky (6/5): - It was good, they can improve breakfast service
- Misrak (2/5): - It was horrible, and this guy almost kidnapped my daughter, and the front desk people are very rude, and curt. The room was dirty, and felt unsafe like there were cameras. I overall don't recommend
- Audley (8/5): - Nice comfortable place
- Mubassira (4/5): - Room was not clean. Bed sheets were dirty and duvet was stained. For the price point its not worth it
- Emanuel (10/5): - Quiet...accessible....generous parking
Worth the price
- Nadine (4/5): - Conditions very poor.
Room was in terribly Condition.
To hold the Hilton Label retires a basic standard.
Not even a welcome upon arriving.
Smoke smell room.
Dirty entrance, elevator, hallways, vending, all in disarray.
Rooms, bedding old and worn
Bathroom smoked stained.
Broken windows on the room.
AC units that made so much noise...how can anyone sleep.
Seriously disappointed
