The lounge on the 8th floor was very nice as they have big flat screen tv . It was perfect as we watched baseball game. The room was spacious even after laying out the sofa bed. This is a very new property as they only opened mid this year . They need to improve on the cleanliness because we found a yogurt cup as we opened The couch to turn it into a bed . I always carry with me Lysol spray and true enough I needed it after I inspected the toilet seat . I also found eyelashes on the counter sink . Hope they improve the cleanliness. However over all , we like the facilities , the room and the guy at the reception and the guy who helped set up the tv .

- Alishia (10/5): Nice hotel - The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and a decent size for a studio. It was a very peaceful and quiet hotel. The only problem for me was the feather pillows, as I am highly allergic.The pull out couch bed was a little hard for my daughter, but she slept ok and it was better than a bar in her back from a pull-out couch. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave and small stove with sink. That was very nice. I was very sad that breakfast ended so early during the weekdays. We stayed there for a SAP center concert, and the walk to the arena was short and sweet.. about 15-20 mins and about 1 mile away. I would only walk in daylight though.. we uber'd back at night.

- Susan (10/5): - The check-in process was easy and the staff were welcoming. The layout of the room was exceptional. We had the room with a single King bed. With the bathroom door around the corner from how the bed was facing, the light from the bathroom did not disturb anyone trying to sleep. Although the hotel was at capacity, it was very quiet! The morning breakfast area did have a rush of people, but everyone was courteous of others. I don’t believe there was much by way of walkability, but we were driving to our destination, so that didn’t affect us. If I stay in San Jose in the future, I will return to this hotel.

The parking is not great, on a busy weekend people were parking their cars along the sides of the parking structure. I prefer to have a parking space for my vehicle.

The only downside was the full-length mirror being in the kitchen entrance instead of the bedroom or bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was a highlight, especially making your own waffles. The area around the hotel isn’t the most scenic, but I felt safe. The SAP Center is nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Building is in a slightly rundown neighborhood - our "view" was a old rundown building next door with a falling apart roof. Nothing really in a 15min walking distance except a food truck across the main road. The hotel itself is brand new and amazing, just in a weird location. If you don't mind driving to see other stuff- it's definitely worth it! Highly recommend paying the extra to park underground at the hotel.

They almost felt like home, with a utility kitchen, things were so much easier. All the utilities are new. Room service was very prompt. Receptionists were very friendly as well explaining the charging during check in and check out. Laundry, gym and roof top access are top notch amenities they offer. And my family mentioned complementary breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend someone visiting San Jose. Especially since this is in downtown, very much accessible to nearby stores and things to do spots like San Pedro Square. Overall very impressed with the hotel.

New building, great amenities 2. Decent breakfast included (I was surprised) 3. Friendly staff What I disliked: 1. My room was cleaned only once during 5 night stay and still some trash was left untouched. 2. Stains on the new carpet
- Cesar (8/5): - Orbitz lied no pool in this hotel false advertisement. It was hot and I was expecting a pool.

- Vincent (6/5): - During my stay parking spaces ran out in the parking garage due to a concert going on, apparently people were parking when they hadn't paid. Me and a lot of other guests had to double park in the garage. The staff were cool about it to their credit but how does this happen?
