- Hartmut (10/5): - Das Appartementhaus liegt nah der Metro-Station I.P.Pavlova und ist auch zu Fuß aus der Innenstadt gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einige Geschäfte und auch gute Restaurants. Es ist ein reines Appartementhaus mit Self-Check in. Die Anweisungen zur Erreichbarkeit waren klar und es hat alles funktioniert. Letztlich benötigt man nur den Türcode. Die Appartements sind sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und wären auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Die Küche verfügt über eine sehr solide Grundausstattung, sogar ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.
- Jodie (10/5): - Fantastic accommodation! The perfect location to explore Prague. Easy walk to city centre, but transport is also close by. Surrounded by eateries and small supermarkets. Really lovely accommodation.
- Sharon (8/5): - The room surpassed our expectations, with all the facilities you could need including dishwasher, fridge, crockery, and hob. It was clean, and comfortable with towels and hand soap and shower gel provided. We asked for extra pillows which we got. It was just a ten minute walk to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop with the tram stop even closer. The only issue was that I am a wheelchair user and the chair lift near the main entrance required both the top and bottom switches to be on to work. And if I didn’t have a companion with me I would not have been able to get it to work. Also the step into the building was too high for my chair. And on one morning the are was blocked by delivery parcels. We managed to work round these issues, but these are things I work recommend CityPop to review.

Well appointed little kitchen with 2 jobs and a big fridge and a good choice of pans and bowls. Comfy, big bed and very clean. Great shower and good sized bathroom. Great having washing machines. Just a suggestion, not a criticism- having a small stock of washing up liquid or laundry detergent, salt and pepper that other guests have bought and left.

I had an issue on arrival with the door code not working. It was resolved quickly via chat. There is no front desk and everything is done virtually. So if you arrive outside of their working hours I’m not sure how you would resolve issues.

- Nicholas (8/5): - We had a great stay, the room and building are very clean and modern. Other than a small hiccup with the room entry code we had no issues. The street outside can be quite busy but our room faced the back so we had not many issues with noise except some emergency vehicles. The place is pretty close to the Museum station which is only about a six minute walk, and even has a large grocery store. Overall the area is walkable but there are some hills and the roads are pretty busy with cars and currently Summer 2025 lots of construction in the vicinity. We would certainly consider staying again, easy access to the main train station and downhill walk to the city centre.

The check in instructions were very easy to follow however the only let down were the dishes provided. Pots had spots of mold in the bottom of them and it took immense scrubbing to get them fit for cleaning. Overall it was a comfortable and satisfactory apartment

- Masahiro (10/5): - It is very Clean and easy to get in because of the steady but simple system. Very close to the underground station Museum. The Building itself is an art among old city-other buildings. On the opposite side of the road, there was a convenience store, which was very helpful.
- Cyrus (2/5): - Please avoid staying in this hotel. I first stayed in a room on the top floor with no window blinds, air conditioner is also not working, the controller in the room did not change the room temperature whatsoever. The sun was up at shining right into the room since 4am and it is impossible to sleep, basically in a sauna. I requested for a room change and I was given one, I have told the staff that I will only be able to switch my room when I return from my day trip, they however disabled my access to the old room where all my luggages are when I was back, the hotline went straight to voicemail, tried messaging and email but never got a reply. I ended up without my necessities for the entire night. The hotel’s staff only got back to me the next day at 3pm, without even trying to address the issue. The cleanliness of the new room was also poor with loads of hair around the sink. All in all it was a terrible experience.
- Spencer (8/5): - This is newly remodeled and very nice, we only had 2 issues. One is the shower had ZERO curtains or anything to keep the water in so when we showered the ENTIRE bathroom flooded and would have flooded the apartment had a second person not been there to push the water back with their foot. The way we made this a little better was to use towels to block the water and shower on 1/2 the water flow. Secondly, a dog pooped right outside the elevator and the owner didn’t properly clean it up. I sent an email to the owner letting them know (as there is no front desk) and they never responded so each time we went into the elevator we wanted to throw up. Lastly, not a big issue, but our room was not what was shown in the photos. Much smaller, but still very nice.
- Eero (6/5): - Varatessa kuvien perusteella valitsin tarkoituksella huonetyypin jossa kuvien perusteella ei ollut suuria ikkunoita. Sain kuitenkin huoneen jossa oli suuret ikkunat ilman verhoja. Valoisuuden takia nukuin huonosti. Ilmastointi ei kyennyt viilentämään huonetta.
