• Eunsook (10/5): - 웰컴티로 피곤한 도착후 여유를 갖게 해주셨고 숙소고 깔끔하고 3박 지내기에 무리가 없었어요. 위치도 교통편도 편하고 밤 늦게까지 사람들이 오가는 곳이라 안전했어요. 암스테르담 묵으시면 추천합니다. 엘리베이터가 없지만 짐 옮기는 것을 도와주셔서 별 문제 없었어요. 잘 지내다 왔어요. 감사합니다.
• Ronald (8/5): - Very nice, helpful staff. The exterior appearance is dismal and in serious need of maintenance. Excellent central location. Spacious room.
• Randall (6/5): - Beware very tight stairs and no elevator. Not a lot of electrical outlets. If you have a room facing the street very noisy and they offer you earplugs. Staff very friendly and helpful.
• Derek (10/5): - Very convenient location for museum district and for heading from/to airport. The immediate area isn't that great but don't be put off. Inside it's very clean and quiet (especially top floor, with back-facing room).

• Dave (8/5): - Lovely room, clean and well maintained. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. The location itself is central and very convenient for transport and walking. The problem was Rembrandtplein is completely packed with very large and extremely noisy industrial size restaurants and bars which after 11PM transition to top volume thumping music until well into the early hours. For some that might not matter, but if you are disturbed by noise consider another location.

• James (6/5): Great except for the stairs - The place is charming and conveniently located and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. My only complaint and alert is that there is no elevator and a lot of small and spiral stair climbing is involved, even just to get from the front door to the check-in desk. If you have pain issues with climbing stairs, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, very nice place.

• Eric (10/5): - Terrific location on the cafe pedestrian street near the Rembrandt plein. Can be noisy at night but even though our room faced the square the good quality windows kept the noise to a minimum. The hosts who live on site are available at the front desk from 0800 until 2000. They were just fantastic, offering refrigeration for a bottle of bubbly we bought and then going as far as to provide a bucket of ice and flutes. Very kind and helpful people. This location puts central station in walking range.. But maybe not with suitcases, as well as the Van Gogh museum . Wonderful stay
• CHARLES (10/5): - Hotel is a little old and worn out. The staff was great. Very helpful and kind. Great location city center.
• Baylee (10/5): - We stayed at Imperial for one night and it was perfect! The staff was AMAZING. SOOO nice. Helped with luggage and very accommodating. The room was a nice size, especially the bathroom. The stairs to the rooms are very steep, as with every hotel in Amsterdam. We got there before check in and they let us leave our bags in lobby and then carried them to our room for us. When checking out we forget one of our small bags and the manager ran down the street to return it for us. The area around hotel is very lively with lots of places to eat and drink. I do not have a single complaint about our stay here. Oh and beds were so comfortable we overslept!!!
• Jason (8/5): Wonderful boutique hotel - The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was all the stairs. Hotel is dated but comfortable And can’t say enough about how awesome the staff are would definitely stay here again. Great location!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Amsterdam great, hotel not - Not great. Booked a premium double room, not expecting tiny en-suite needing refurbishment, no air conditioning, v noisy location which even with windows closed ( on a very hot night) didn’t dull the sound. Went on until 2am. 3 flights of very narrow stairs to walk up with cases and bags not good. Will not be stopping in this hotel again. Amsterdam great but rather pay more and get much better quality of room or pay same and be a bit closer to the station.

FYI excellent location for backpackers. clean room and bathroom. i believe most of us who like to travel this is very important..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Valeria (10/5): - Struttura al di sopra di ogni aspettativa 🙂 l’ho trovata silenziosa, nonostante la movida del weekend appena sotto le finestre della stanza. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno anche tenuto in custodia le valigie, per qualche ora dopo il check out, così facendo ci hanno permesso di fare un ultimo giretto senza impedimenti. In stanza non mancava nulla, era anche ben pulita quindi nessun commento negativo 🙂

The room was a bit small but the location was perfect and definitely made up for that. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable but still good quality accommodation.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short distance from major attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, the tram, the subway, and Amsterdam Central Station. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. The thoughtful touch of fresh fruit always available was much appreciated. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
• Sheila (10/5): - It’s not fancy, and there are narrow stairs, which seems almost unavoidable in Amsterdam, but I thought the room and location were great. The staff was sooo helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. There are restaurants very close but it’s also close enough to walk to Amsterdam centraal station and to the museum area - it’s centrally located to get to various neighborhoods.

The area around the hotel was fun and it was very convenient because there was a few late night places that we visited and the hotel was so close by so no issue getting back.

• Tobias (6/5): - Es war sehr teuer für ein zwei Sterne Hotel, der Boden schief, Umgebung laut, parken auf der Straße 176€ für 24h und im Parkhaus 70€ für 24h. Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig. Zusammen gefasst war das nicht gerade unsere schönste Übernachtung.
