Guest Reviews
- Trent allen (10/5): - Everything was great
- Jeff (10/5): - Incredibly clean and well kept rooms. A jewel along the highway.
- Jorge (8/5): - Quiet and quaint
- Margaret (10/5): - When our original plans fell through we opted to try this motel. We are glad we did. We have dogs. They made sure to put us near an exit to accommodate taking them in and out. The motel, while near the highway, is situated so that you hear as little of the highway noise as possible. The room charge includes coffee and some snacks for breakfast, which is always a treat. The room was clean and the bathroom looked recently updated. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are traveling and need to place to lay your head for the night.
- Rita (8/5): - Very clean. Pleasant staff.
- John (10/5): Great spot for a comfortable evening. - Wonderful property in great condition. Very comfortable room.
- Ronald (2/5): - Almost too much to write. No one here at check-in, fridge not working, ice machine not working, tv not working, no place for soap in shower. Almost all got attended to.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
- carrie (10/5): - The room was great! Everything was clean and the front desk guy was great! I would definitely recommend it and stay here again if we are in the area and need a place to stay.
- Robert (10/5): Glad I Stopped - Not much to look at from the outside, the inside however is very nice, clean, and furnished nicely. Don’t make the mistake of overlooking this place for an overnighter or rest stop.
- Thomas (10/5): - The motel was extremely clean, the staff very friendly and the price was really affordable.
- William (8/5): - Property was basic, no frills, but clean and appeared newish.
- Kim (8/5): - Clean and newly remodeled property. The location is a bit concerning as a solo traveler behind a gas station off the main highway but felt safe and it was quiet. Small town charm. The Eatery was a good place to eat. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
- Rosanne (10/5): V - I was so relieved at how clean this hotel was. Recently renovated beautifully. Very friendly and welcoming front desk person. Very hard to find clean hotels along this route of the freeway. This was the only one with fantastic reviews and they were accurate. I will definitely stay here on my way to Salt Lake City.
- Kelly (8/5): - Location in mountains is nice. Weekly and monthly customers a little strange—
- Tamyra (10/5): - It was nice for the price
- Alice (6/5): - No one who works at the hotel at the front desk when I arrived.
The rooms are nice and clean.
The grounds need some improvement. One end is not safe to walk on. Rocky uneven ground
- Shannon (10/5): - If I could give the staff at both check in and check out more stars I would!!
- Scott (8/5): - Good
- Ron (4/5): Only in an pinch - The place was clean, small, light didn't work near bed, no towel rack in bathroom, no place to sit shampoo in the shower, bed was supposed to be a queen but seemed smaller and rather soft
- Barb (10/5): - New, clean, pet-friendly, and helpful staff.
- William (8/5): The pleasant surprise of Fillmore UT - Attentive front desk staff, clean and comfortable room, plenty of pillows, remodeled bathroom with plenty of towels.
For a roadside motel stop, this was a pleasant surprise.
- Linda (10/5): PICK THIS INN!!! - What a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are small HOWEVER was a well designed space! Extra clean, smelled great, bed was very comfy!!
- Nina (10/5): - Was very surprised by the property. From the outside it looks remote and small. The young lady at the desk was very sweet and helpful. The room was spotless and cozy. Loved our stay there.
- Melinda (8/5): - Newly renovated motel just off the Interstate. No breakfast. Coffee in pot in lobby was empty. Clean, comfortable. In room air noisy. Best deal in the area for newest rooms.
- Kelly (10/5): A MUST stay!!! - I usually stay at the Abbey Inn in Cedar Creek. I went to book a reservation too late & realized they were sold out. I quickly had to pivot when I found this little motel close to me.I had no idea what to expect. I am so glad I did! It's a small motel with lots of charm. Check in was easy. When I walked down the hall, I first noticed how clean & updated the hallway felt. I got into my room and what a surprise! The entire thing was updated, modern, &done well. You could tell that it was not thrown together like some motel remodels, but whoever did it actually took their time and planned it out. Even the TV felt like an upgrade. The bed was a little soft for me, but the bedding was very comfortable. I was only there for 1 night, but I would have been happy staying a week. I noticed an ice & water machine, so when I went to check out, I headed there, only to be confronted by the gentleman working who asked me how my stay was, & informed me that they were just recently opened. When I checked in late that night, they had ice cold water available & the next morning they had fresh fruit juices & muffins. Let me tell you when I say that this place is extremely clean, every aspect of it is. I'm a hotel/motel snob, & this place met all my expectations and more. I travel to Ca yearly & I will be definitely staying here each time passing through. On a side note, its important for me to support local small businesses instead of foreign owned corporations. Please give them a shot!
- Kolette (4/5): - Way overpriced for a hotel you couldn't even close the toilet door without hitting your knees!!
Their "breakfast " was tiny Kirkland granola bars and bottled water.
No refrigerator in your room. Ice was crushed...couldn't use it in a cooler and it melted before you could make cold water.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Jeannine (10/5): - Very nice place very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
- Wendy (10/5): - The place was super clean and newly renovated. Could do with a shower caddy but no biggie. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Easy stay.
- Tiffany (10/5): Great place to stop - Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Other than the very loud air conditioning unit, everything was fantastic.
- Melinda (8/5): - Newly remodeled motel, single floor. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Ran out of coffee in lobby and no attendant. Not much in the area.
- *% outlaw (6/5): - Just needs more amenities
- Adam (10/5): - Recently renovated, very clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again!
- Rick (8/5): - Check in was a breeze, room clean, decorated tastefully, linens were new, location perfect for traveling.
- Luanne (10/5): - We have no complaints about the hotel or staff.
- Carol (10/5): - Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and very clean.
- Nancy (10/5): - The property is located in a quiet area. It was easy to get to right off the interstate. The check-in was easy and fast and the clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was quaint and clean. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as the bath soap and face soap. Requesting additional towels was a breeze. I would definately stay there again and would recommend.
- Michael (4/5): - The room was clean and smelled fresh. Nice bathroom but, ran out of hot water before my husband could shower. Air conditioner sounded like a 747 taking off every 10 minutes. The TV was non functional. Although the front desk clerk tried, he couldn’t fix it. He said there wasn’t any internet. No mention of a discount. We picked this property as it fit into our 8 hour driving window, unfortunately we will not stay here again and continue down the road.
- Erin (10/5): - Newly updated little gem off I15. Great location and sleeps comfortably. Looks like the pictures and has the new smell.
- Janet (10/5): - The room was clean, it was very quiet and has access to restaurants
- Randolph (10/5): - Very easy to find easy to check in. Very friendly. My wifi wouldnt work, but that was ok
- Frances (10/5): - Great and friendly. Loved it. Quite too! Newly redone interior. Would definitely go back!
- Kristi (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- John (10/5): - A little hard to find but right off the freeway
- Wade (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly.
- Anne (10/5): - We throughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and loved the beautiful bed linens. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
- Dj (10/5): - It was an amazing stay as always for me!
- Robert (10/5): - I think this is a "diamond in the rough". This is a small, motel like Inn. Totally re-done. They are working on the blacktop, but have new trees planted, and rose bushes (I think), Everything in the room is new and our stay for one night was great.
- Raymond (10/5): - The hotel had only recently opened and had some teething troubles but the staff were great. We woke up the next morning to snow but the night manager had cleaned all the cars - great service !
- Terry (10/5): - No bath tubs at the property
Other than that the property was in excellent condition
- Glade (10/5): - Seemed like a locally owned, very recently built, or renovated. Beds were comfy, rooms clean. Only thing I'd say was wrong was that the AC/heater was loud and the shower took forever for the water to get hot. Other than that, definitely worth the cost and was a great stay. Definitely recommend.
- Crystal (10/5): - Amazing for price! We stumbled upon a gem when staying here. Newly renovated (basically new) rooms.
Things I liked: super clean, comfy bed &pillows, great price, plenty of parking, good lighting in parking lot, nice attentive staff.
- Charlotte (8/5): Great spot, totally renovated! - This location is COMPLETELY renovated, and both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, crisp and really nice. Took 1 star off since the room did not yet have a mini-fridge or microwave, but the manager was apologetic and VERY helpful - he opened up the unreserved 2-bedroom suite and let me use the fridge and freezer there for our items. Also, only 2 pillows for the queen bed, I prefer to find 4 (with 2 firm and 2 soft, so we can choose).
The hotel was difficult to find at night when we arrived because it's only a short/small 1 story building and their large road sign has not arrived yet, so we just didnt see it. Also, the building has no landscaping yet, so it looked more like a closed private facility. But once inside, we were pleased with everything. I would recommend this spot, and we will likely stay again on our travels north.
- Lynnette (10/5): - This is an older, small hotel that has been recently purchased and updated well. The owner and staff were very accomidating and helpful. The kitchen in the suite was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. It even had a small waffle maker! Everything was spotless. I could tell that the property outside was still being updated, but for a small roadside hotel, that was not a problem to me. We would stay there again without hesitation.
- Fred (8/5): - Need better lighting in praking lot
