- SHARON CRISTINE (10/5): - Yes, the hotel is nearby restaurants in the corner of Burger King. There is Chinese restaurant next to it and always busy so food must be good. My housekeeper Binnaz and Ayse, they are great people, very accommodating. The front desk crew especially Hussein( not sure if spelled correctly) very helpful and courteous and so is the other guy at front desk. Overall, I loved everything , my stay was comfortable and I will definitely recommend this hotel to travelers like me. Great hotel and you get the value of money you paid for: BTW, I love the daily breakfast and is delivered to your room. Love it!

- Farzook (2/5): - I've been to Istanbul 6 times and each time stayed at different hotels. This was by far THE WORST (do yourself a favor and avoid this place). The manager is very stingy and has the ac turned off every 2 hrs and we couldnt sleep at all!! Breakfast that we had to pay for and was an absolute joke - it was just bread and olives with nutella/jam and 1 boiled egg and they called it a "continental breakfast". Pillows and mattress were big/hard and caused neck pain. Manager was very rude and defensive when i brought up these issues to him but the rest of the staff were kind.

- Shadi (10/5): - Wonderful experience with great service. Property is strategically located within walking distance from all important sites in old Istanbul. Staff is very helpful to get good deals on dining locations, guides, and shopping and they provide good catered advice for the type of tours based on your needs. There is always room for negotiation with tour providers. Always use the taxi service through the hotel, it is a better deal for airport transfers.

- Anwer (10/5): - A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Istanbul – Outstanding Stay at Emerald Hotel.I was impressed by the warmth of the staff, the comfort of the accommodations, and the unbeatable location. We had to go to Cappadocia, but we did not want to take our extra luggage there, they graciously kept our bags for few days that made our trip to Cappa very easy in terms of hauling luggage. Again staff, location was superb. This hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm Turkish hospitality.

- Aneela (10/5): - My family and I stayed in the junior suites and absolutely loved it. The hotel is modern and new and all the rooms are bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels provided daily. The bathroom shower is nice and big, which I loved. The rooms came with complimentary fruit and water as well. Breakfast is bought to the rooms very fast- usually within 10 mins and includes a good range of bread, pastries, cheeses, vegetables and egg. Staff at reception were amazing, especially Hussain and the manager who was full of knowledge of where to go and best places to eat. They also helped book my sisters transfer back much cheaper than by doing it ourselves. The hotel is only a couple of metres away from the main strip, but far away enough that you don’t have to hear traffic/ street noise too much. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book here again. A big Thank you to all the staff there!

- Aid (10/5): - Everything about our stay at the Emerald Mansion was wonderful!! Everything was new and the rooms were immaculately clean. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and the tram was only a few steps away. The staff, particularly Husejn and Mustafa, were so kind and helpful. Husejn helped us organize airport transfer to and from the airport, offered to help call taxis if needed, gave recommendations of things to see, etc to make sure our stay was great. We left one of our phones in a taxi on the first night and he tried to help us track it down. We are already looking forward to our next stay! 10/10 recommend!

- MARIA MELINDA (10/5): Elegantly & homey hotel - Brand new, 2 months old tastefully decorated boutique hotel in a small street, tons of resto and stores around including grocery stores, money changer, souvenir shops. We stayed for 8 nights , got 2 rooms. The weather was quite erratic. There was one full day with no water ... but it affected almost the whole city of Istanbul ( not the hotel's fault at all ) but management was quick to send several bottles of water to freshen up which was highly appreciated:) As Faith is a lively neighborhood, you may hear cars honking if your room is fronting the street. This didn't bother me... but if you're a light sleeper I strongly suggest you request for a room at the back end on of the building Its my 2nd time in Istanbul and will definitely book & stay again at Emerald Mansion Hotel

They were warm, pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel and Engin was more than happy to help plan my itinerary on days I made few plans. Hussein was equally as hospitable when booking my itinerary. I really cannot fault my stay at Emerald Mansion Hotel; it’s clean, new, comfortable and within striking distance to Sultanahmet Square where you can visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. Emerald Mansion Hotel is close to Çemberlıtaş tram station also so you can travel to Topkapi and Dolmabahçe Palaces easily. The hospitality here is amazing and it really made my stay in Istanbul special. A huge thank you to Hussein who gave me bottles of water when there was a disruption to the water supply to the old city, and to Murat who helped out with my Istanbulkart and payments when I had a bit of a mini-meltdown. Not only was he a calm in the situation, he was empathetic - I will never forget his generosity! I highly recommend the Emerald Mansion Hotel if you want the boutique hotel experience in Sultanahmet. Once again, thank you all for the wonderful stay and it was such a pleasure meeting you all!!

- Landon (10/5): - I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Istanbul to choose Emerald Mansion Hotel. During my four night stay, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I loved their breakfasts, the rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect for walking or taking the tram to all the major sites in the city. They also offer transfer service to and from the airports, which I found really helpful. All around perfect place to stay!

- Jacqueline (4/5): - Hôtel très joli . Bien situé pour aller au grand bazar, mosquée bleue et Ste Sophie, a pied. L'hôtel est dans une petite rue très fréquentée jour et nuit par les voitures. Pas de double vitrage on avait la nette impression que les voitures passaient dans notre chambre tant le bruit était fort...entre les klaxons, les passants qui parlaient fort et les véhicules il faut un bon somnifère pour dormir.. Petit déjeuner : il n y a pas de salle de reception ou salle a manger....donc on vous sert le petit déjeuner en chambre avec un minimum de produits, on ne peut reprendre une boisson chaude...pas le choix du petit déjeuner...en très petite quantité et toujours la même chose durant 3jours ... ..1oeuf dur, 4 minuscules boulettes de fromage, 3tranches fines de concombre, 1tomate cerise , des olives 1croissant miniature et 3petits pains ronds. Franchement pas a la hauteur d un petit déjeuner continental..

- Viviane (10/5): Excelente hotel, novo e ótimo custo benefício! - Estive neste hotel por 12 dias. Fui cuidadosamente bem atendida por pessoas gentis e educadas. Quarto amplo e lindamente decorado, com todas as comodidades, cama nova e confortável, roupa de cama de primeira, tv enorme, quarto muito silencioso. Hotel central, em rua tranquila e perto de todas as atrações. Café da manhã agradável. Limpeza excelente. Preço muito bom para um hotel de muita categoria. Voltarei com certeza! - Elvir (8/5): - Das ist ein neues Hotel,sehr schön eingerichtet. Die innen Einrichtung in osmanischen art .Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Betten und Bettwäsche hervorragend. Da das Hotel noch nicht ganz ausgebaut ist ,es fehlt die Terrasse kriegten wir sogar Frühstück ins Zimmer. Hier möchte ich die wundervollen Menschen ernennen die im Hotel waren . Rezeption Her Engin und HErr HUsein top Herr Mustafa so ein freundlicher Mann und die Damen vom Zimmer Service top. Lage des Hotels top in der Nähe von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Toller Urlaub danke

- Nazmiye (10/5): - Bu butik otelde geçirdiğimiz tatil gerçekten harikaydı! Otelin dekorasyonu çok zevkli ve huzur doluydu. Odamız tertemizdi ve her detay ince düşünülmüştü. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımseverdi; her isteğimizi hızlıca ve güleryüzle karşıladılar. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği mükemmeldi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Ayrıca otelin konumu da harikaydı, hem merkeze yakın hem de oldukça sakin bir ortamdaydı. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz, herkese tavsiye ederim! Ayrıca otel müdürü Murat bey' nazik, ilgili ve hoş sohbet bir beyefendi.
