- Florian (10/5): - Sehr gutes und neues Hotel. Da es erst seit 8 Monaten geöffnet hat, ist alles noch modern und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Genau zwischen dem Old Quarter und den "historischen" Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Wenn viel los ist, hat es allerdings etwas wenig Liegen. Es gibt natürlich luxuriösere Hotels, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch sehr gut. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
- Gohar (8/5): - Hotel de Lagom is a charming boutique hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter—think cozy, not grand. Location is great, slightly on the edge but within walking distance to all the sights. We stayed in a spacious family room (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony, TV room), clean and authentic with a courtyard view. Breakfast on the top floor was delicious with fresh eggs, avocado toast, barista coffee, and local specialties. Only downside: pork and chicken served on the same plate—please separate them! Amenities include a tiny gym, small but refreshing rooftop pool, and a spa (my massage was excellent, my friend’s less so). The real highlight is the staff—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Not perfect in every way, but this hotel has an X-factor you won’t forget. I’d gladly stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
- Sawa (10/5): - はじめてのベトナム旅行でしたので、アクセスと清潔感を重点的に考えましたが、とても快適な滞在になりました。 お部屋は、シンプルながらも清潔感があり、アメニティーもしっかりしています。フリーのお水と、コーヒーお茶のサービスもあります。 また、ホテルスタッフがいつもロビーに十分にいて、困ったことがあればすぐに相談に乗ってくれます。帰りの空港までの車もすぐに手配をしてくれました。また、深夜日になったこともあり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、ホテルに戻った際にシャワーも貸していただけたので、すっきりして帰国便に乗ることができました。 スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、とても感じが良いです。旧市街や、トレインスポットなど観光地にもすぐに行くことができ、徒歩5分ほどでコンビニエンスストアもあります。今回はインフィニティープールを使うことができなかったのが残念なので、次回また利用したいと思っています。ハノイに行く方にはとてもオススメのホテルです。

After we pointed out some minor issues, they responded with satisfactory solutions. They also expressed their appreciation for the few small suggestions we shared and mentioned they would review and work on further improvements. This gave us even more confidence and affection for the hotel. We believe that with the dedication of the manager and their team, the hotel will continue to grow better and better. If we return to Hanoi in the future, this hotel will still be our top choice.

Das Fenster war ganz zu öffnen aber klein. Bett war sehr bequem. Bad hat super funktioniert. Frühstück war eine super Auswahl und Gym sowie Spa waren ebenfalls angenehm. Gerne wieder
- Naho (10/5): - 4泊しました。安心して泊まれるホテルで、お値段以上の価値があると思います。 私は英語が得意ではなかったので、当初不安でしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、私の拙い英語を理解しようとしてくださったり、分かるように伝えてくださったり、時には翻訳ソフトを使ったり、問題なく意思疎通が取れました。 特にフロントの女性スタッフさん達が、本当に親切でした。 電話でなければ予約ができないレストランに、私（スマホが海外では通話ができない）に代わって、予約を取って下さったり、温かいお気遣いがたくさんありました。 朝ご飯もとても美味しかったです（ベトナムコーヒーやフォーやバインミーなども食べられます。エッグベネディクト、マンゴースライスもたまらなく美味しかったです）。 旅行前に予約サイトを通じて問い合わせをした際も、レスポンスも早く、安心感がありました。 私が申し込んだハロン湾のツアーは、このホテルは無料送迎のエリア内だったり、GRABも数分で到着したりと、観光の利便性も良かったです。 次にハノイを訪れる際にも、また泊まりたいと、強く思います。

Our whole family was very happy with our great experience with Hotel de LAGOM The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food was great (trained, happy chefs), the rooms are very clean and well thought-out, and it's in an ideal location in Hanoi. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Hanoi. I never write reviews, but this hotel deserves praise and recognition for what hotel service should be.

- shelley (6/5): - It is really too bad they pulled a bait and switch with me as the minute I stepped into this property I squealed with excitement, clearly brand new and felt more of an upscale vibe to it. Then this happened ..I booked and paid extra for, mind you. A double room with BALCONY and GARDEN view, the hotel personnel with the biggest smile on their faces gave me and upgrade ! How very nice of them right? No. A downgrade is what I received. No balcony and no courtyard view. 2nd floor facing the street . This would be fine if the selection I made wasn’t specifically for a balcony and courtyard view. The moral of the story, be aware of this and be ready to turn around at the entrance of room if they do this. The most puzzling part of this is what they said to me is it was subject to availability.. except if I paid for something very specific, it should be available right.?
- Matthew (8/5): Nice hotel shame about the misleading photos. - The hotel and staff are great they really do as much as they can for you. I do however have to say that the pictures of the sky bar on the website are totally different to what is actually onsite. Which I believe to be misleading at best. Basically none of it exists other than 6 x sunbeds and a couple of sofas. I have attached screen shots of website pictures that show something that is simply not there.These need to be removed as they are misleading. Higher management needs to deal with this asap. Other than that the hotel is good.

Var där med min frun och dotter, personalen var jättetrevlig och personlig och rummet är superfräsha. Området var perfekt för oss då det låg väldigt centralt men på en lugn gata, man tar sig till Train Street på 5min gående!

SEJONG (10/5): Queit and comfortable - 시끄러운 오토바이 소리가 안들려 가정 좋았고 시설이 새호텔이라 깨끗하고 낡지않아 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 적극적입니다. 호텔위치도 구시가지와 호안끼엔 걸을수 있는 거리라 좋았고 가까운 시장과 기차길 근처 싸게 먹을 베트남 국수맛집도 호텔서 소개해주어 일일 일 쌀국수했어요. 새벽도착이라 호텔서 유료차량 픽업이용했는데 편했어요. 다만 체크안때 아침식사 이야길 안해줘 마지막날 빼고 모두 아침 밖에서 사먹었는데 나중 직원이 생과일 주스써비스 사과도 받아서 덜 불쾌했네요. 추천합니다
- Melanie (10/5): Boutique Hotel mit Niveau - Wir waren für drei Nächte hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Perfektes Hotel, neu, ruhig gelegen und doch nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unzählige Restaurants und Cafés fussläufig erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Bestes Hotel unserer Reise bisher. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Die Skybar/Rooftopbar hat aktuell noch nicht geöffnet, soll aber bald kommen. Man kann trotzdem auf die Dachterrasse und an den Pool. Besonders Kathy und Johnny haben sich sehr bemüht und waren mehr als freundlich. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeitenden im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption waren top. Gerne wieder!

- Imran (10/5): - Our Stay with Hotel De Lagom was amazing. I truly believe this is the best hotel in Hanoi! We travelled as a family from Australia with two young children, so finding a hotel with a great location and world class amenities was our top priority. The Hotel is brand new- only opening a few weeks prior to our stay and I can say whole heartily, it was a privilege to be one of their first customers. When we arrived, our family was immediately treated with: exceptional customer service from every staff member, attending to our luggage, and offered refreshments to our children. They were truly world class! We had a slight family situation during our stay and the staff looked after us like we were family. They were so comforting to my partner and myself, and even entertained our children by styling my daughter's hair and making them laugh. The Hotel is graciously styled with a modern contemporary design. I later found out that the owner (who I had the pleasure of meeting nearing the end of our stay), designed majority of the interior himself. The room sizes are very generous and extremely clean- which only complements the sharp modern room designs. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly as well and very thorough when attending our room. To top it all off, the hotel location is perfectly situated-only a 3 min walk away from the famous Train Street!! also worth noting that there are about 4 different cafes/coffee shops on the hotel street, which is perfect for any family

We were able to easily walk to many of the top attractions and explore the vibrant city life. Spotless and Modern: The hotel was impeccably clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with the beautiful sunset view. The swimming pool is nice, although we can't swim in the winter ^^ Eco-Conscious: We appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental protection. It was refreshing to see sustainable practices implemented. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start our day. Warm Hospitality: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, highly recommended.

Ngoài ra, đội ngũ đâu bếp của Lagom cũng mang lại nhiều bất ngờ cho khách hàng với những món chuẩn Âu cho bữa tối lãng mạn và những món truyền thống đặc sắc cho buffet sáng. Khi nghỉ tại Lagom gia đình tôi đã được trải nghiệm sự chuyên nghiệp trong phục vụ và được nghe những câu truyện hết sức thú vị về sự ra đời và triết lý sống thú vị của Lagom!
