Guest Reviews
- Logan (8/5): - Rooms were really clean and newly renovated. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and we didn’t hear noise from other rooms, property overall was quiet. Road noise, very loud but it is right off the 80 so expected. Staff was pleasant, hotel had no real amenities, however it felt clean and safe. Just a few minute drive to Six Flags. Bed was soft and comfortable.
- Anneliese (4/5): - Allowed an early check in which was really helpful! But I don’t think the room was cleaned well. Only two nights but I kept finding little hairs from someone likely shaving in the sink and questionable hairs in the bath. Sink had some scum in it…traveling for work so out early and back late. Just wore slippers in the room. Linens seemed freshly laundered but were stained.
- carolyn (10/5): - The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and staff was good. I would come again.
- Lance (4/5): - The property is advertised very well with nice clean rooms and very inviting. Once arriving at this property there were several people hanging around that seemed a bit shady and gave me an uneasy feeling. The check in process was smooth with our key cards ready for us before arrival. The room we were provided and an extremely strong cigarette/cigar smell that made it hard for my family to breathe normally in. The water would not get hot and would only reach luke warm temperature. I am currently dealing with a sore throat and coughing and it may be due to staying in this room from the strong stench in it. I would not stay here again unless they provided me a clean smelling room with adequate shower temperatures. The place would work if I was in a pinch and needed a roof over my head though.
- Eric (8/5): - Clean Room . Owner was on site. Cardenas Mexican deli is nearby
- Majid (10/5): - N/A
- Dennis (10/5): - Clean room and friendly staff.
- Roland (8/5): - it was good
- Janet (6/5): - The beds were comfortable, room cleaning could be better, neighborhood OK, but not great, staff did their job. For the price it was still a good place to stay.
- Dinh Truong Phat (8/5): - The staffs are very friendly, cozy room and really convinience. Also very reasonable price.
- Kim (6/5): - Very clean and tidy rooms. There was a balcony, but we couldn't figure out how to open the door. The place was like brand new. We might have been first in that room, since the TV wasn't programmed, the hair dryer cord was still wire tired, and the shampoo and soap bottles have been opened. The place was very clean. However, the area has only fast food in walking distance, and walking there can be scary as far as traffic coming off the freeway. The TV not only wasn't programmed, but sitting my Roku into added the TV to my account!
Addressing the concerns to the very pleasant staff was a bit futile due to a bit of a language barrier. There was lots of noise from the freeway and from police and fire vehicles using their sirens to cross the intersections.
Overall, the place was very clean and safe, and close to my bed, but I don't think I'd stay there again.
- Shakanna (10/5): - Nice staff
- Ramprakash (8/5): - Staff was pretty nice
- Henry Sam (8/5): Need new blinds - We enjoyed our stay but they need to install blackout blinds. There’s nothing they can do about the freeway noise but the room being light at sunrise was a bit irritating
- Brandy (2/5): - Our room was EXTREMELY dirty - stains and hair on the bedding. Hair all over the floor and black chunky stuff in the sink. We did get moved to a different but not until 2am. No not water, and there were bed bugs!! My earrings were stolen and the front desk “manager” was not willing to help or provide compensation. I do have to say that the night auditor was very nice, took photos and kept apologizing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
- Maria (6/5): - Statf were very welcoming and kind. Owners always had smiles on and very polite. The concerns I had was the left over cigarette scent. I have asthma and it was a bit uncomfortable and the body wash was empty.
- Daniel (10/5): - Seamless
- Romelito (10/5): - There no water for the guest hopefully next time should be there in refrigerator
- Herman (10/5): - The place was very clean. I was very happy with my stay.
- Michael (10/5): - Staff is friendly and responsive.
- Phanouria (8/5): - Great service! The receptionist was friendly and answered all of our questions. They also cleaned our room while we were away.
The room itself was very clean. The bed was comfy, the ac worked great, and the bathroom was spotless. Only downside there was the Internet was a bit slow.
The hotel is recently refurbished, and while the rooms and lobby look great, the hallways, elevator and external walls all look like they could use some more TLC.
This is a great location if you are going to six flags, it's just two exits down on the highway, 5 minutes. However the area directly around the hotel, including the parking lot, had some sketchy folks and a good amount of trash.
I'd say, for the price, absolutely worth it for a good stay in Vallejo.
- Victoria (10/5): - People were noce
- John (10/5): - All newly remodeled!!! A gem of a place inside!! Fenced parking!!
- paulo (2/5): - Wather on the shower was to hot
- Sharon (8/5): - The hotel was just renovated apparently and it worked for a quick stay. It was a little noisy since it is next to the freeway. Otherwise it was great
- Del (8/5): - This is a newly renovated motel. It was previously a Super 8. The management is wonderful, great family. Yes, the area has some homeless nearby but the parking lot is very clean and secure. Property is spotless and safe. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean!
- Alina (6/5): - Our room was clean; the hotel is very basic and is located in a small triangle of land bordered by I80 and two of its off ramps and is therefore in a VERY noisy location. We asked to cancel our reservation once we discovered the level of noise about an hour after checking in when we could not sleep, but sadly, the hotel staff felt it necessary to lie and allege to us and to Expedia that we asked to cancel after having been at the hotel for TWO hours, which they claimed made our request to cancel null and void. ( This time frame was a blatant lie easily disproven by MasterCard, which confirmed we checked in at 6:57pm and by Expedia, who emailed us proof that we requested to cancel our reservation at 8 pm the same night, an hour and three minutes after the hotel processed our Master Card) Not only did hotel make us pay for just the first sleepless night, but also for a second night, because according to the manager, the fact that we asked to cancel our reservation 'after 6 pm' the day we checked in rendered us having to automatically pay for a second night also. The hotel also alleged to Expedia that we were 'rude to staff' and had proof on CCTV. This again was not the case, so we asked for a copy of the CCTV footage, which of course the hotel never provided to us or to Expedia. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Terrible customer service- we really do not appreciate having been lied to or about. ( Expedia was terrific in their attempts to mediate and help )
- Kennedy (10/5): Stay before they raise the price - Property has new owners going through some renovation everything was new some construction was still going on but not intruding it. I meant the owner and staff were extremely nice. Heavily discounted trying to attract a customer base but will probably be twice as much once they're done
- Nestor (10/5): - KD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejo
- Kenneth (10/5): - Convenient because super close to the highway but also means can be not dead quiet. The place is newly renovated so it was clean and the staff were super friendly. It was one the least expensive hotels in the area while not compromising quality. Highly recommended for no frills and cost effective but comfortable stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Sketchy - Hotel was recently remodeled. There was no extra lock on my door so I felt unsafe. Anyone with a key card could come into the room. There was also no phone in the room at all. It was weird and sketchy.
- hans (10/5): - The owner was a kind and helpful man, and the establishment was also nicely cleaned and quiet.
- Ramon (10/5): - I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely an excellent option if you are visiting Vallejo.
- Stefan (10/5): - Das Zimmer war frisch revoviert und sehr sauber. Sehr komfortable Betten. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Tolles Preis-Leistung Verhaltnis. Sehr zu empfehlen.
- MARIA ISABEL DE LA ROSA (10/5): - We were in town for a Quincanera Needed somos here to stay close to family We appreciate that it was family owned . Felt safe
- Esther (6/5): - Everything was great. The room was clean and staff was welcoming! The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact that the shower water came out as like warm and would not get any hotter!
Other than that it was great!
- Jen (10/5): - Great experience, comfortable bed, easy to find. Based on previous experience to other hotel in the area next to six flag by far the best. I will be using this place future stays.
- Deana (8/5): - Great owners very clean good location
- Sandra (8/5): - The rooms were vero clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the parking lot and outside area of hotel and landscaping could use some upgrades
- Antonio (10/5): - The staff were very kind and helpful for our stay. They earned our support! The rooms were very clean the bathroom was very nice and it even had a Roku TV. If we ever come back to Vallejo we will definitely be staying here again.
- Michael (10/5): - The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly
- Enoka (4/5): - It's under new management and need more staff.
- Michael (10/5): - As a repeat customer, they learned my name. The staff went out of there way to ensure my stay was pleasant. Room very clean and the private balcony was useful.
- Jesse (8/5): - I was unable to watch TV. The TV in my room required a Roku account, which I did not have. I did not want to make an account for one night.
