• Marcella (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, and easy and plenty of parking. They are in the process of remodeling each room. Eventually, every room will have a mini fridge and maybe a microwave. A/C and heater works great.
• Mark (10/5): - The room was clean bed was comfortable staff was awesome felt safe easy access to freeway, restaurant and shopping this is my go to spot when going to downey/bellgardens would recommend this place to anyone okay now they are on the process of updating all the rooms so give them a break
• Pandora (10/5): - I got one of the newly remodeled ones. There wasn’t a phone in the room but I had my cell phone with me. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Clerk at desk was friendly and accommodating. For the price I’d say you got a lot. Bit noisy but can’t blame staff for inconsiderable guests.
• Marcella (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at Fiesta Inn. Staff was friendly. Daily housekeeping, plenty of parking. The only two things I noticed that could be improved is to fix the water heater. It takes 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. Second, I had to have my room key reset daily, because it would not allow me to have access to the room.

• Marcella (8/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at the Fiesta Inn. They clean the room daily unless you indicate otherwise. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Plenty of parking and it was safe. The two things that I noticed that may need attention is that it takes 5 minutes or more to get hot water at the bathroom sink and in the shower, and on a daily basis I could not get access to the room, because the key card had to be reprogrammed. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable.

• Heather (4/5): Ants, no fridge, but cool air - Nice staff, but ants in the bathroom, very thin walls so can hear mumbling from neighbors. Pillows very thin and very bouncy mattress. Arrived in room to broken lamp and faded tv remote with missing battery cover. Also had to call to get Wi-Fi, it wasn’t offered at check-in. Air conditioner worked really well though!

Very musty smell. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors. For $100 for one night things could have been better.

If you picky don’t stay here but overall we had a good stay.

• Jacob (10/5): - The staff at the fiesta Inn are absolutely the best. I’ve been stuck in Los Angeles for three days and I absolutely hate this place. I went to Pomona College and the city has become a total nightmare since I graduated 20 years ago. The area around the hotel is full of drug addicts and is extremely dirty. But the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are very clean and quite large.

After getting to our room it had a funny smell and the room had mysterious stains on the floor and the wall had scratches and scuffs that made the place feel run down. The room service only took trash and gave new towels. overall dont trust the pictures you see of the place, it did have same layout just not in cleanliness.

• Terilee (4/5): - The check-in process was surprisingly smooth and efficient, and I appreciated being able to check in ahead of time. However, my experience took a turn for the worse as soon as I stepped into the lobby, which had a strong and unpleasant odor. The carpet in the rooms was visibly dirty and seemed to be in dire need of replacement. Even wearing slippers, I could hear a sticky sound with each step, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, the motel only had one iron available for the entire property, which seemed inadequate. Hopefully, they can address these issues to improve the overall experience for future guests.

• Verified traveler (4/5): On my "never come back"list - I stay in a lot of hotels based off reviews and I've gotten really lucky in the past finding great little treasures in cities. This place is not one of those places. It's great for a place to sleep but that's about it. Upon arrival at 7pm, my 10 yo old daughter and I checked in to our key not working. The gentlemen at the front desk was wonderful but the problem was out his control as he informed us the cards are pre-loaded and he doesn't have capabilities to fix it and I could come in the morning and get the key activated. I had to bother the poor front desk guy about 4 times throughout the night because he had to let us back in our room. I also noticed several other people checking in and him running to let them in their rooms. My daughter said he looked so tired, and I don't blame him considering no one could get in their rooms and the owners do not leave him a solution. The room was gross. It was a non smoking room but it definitely has a smell like people have smoked in it and not cared about the deposit. The carpet was so disgusting I couldn't walk around barefoot. I kept socks and sandals next to the bed. The refrigerator is so cold that it froze everything inside it. Lastly, the front desk last lady called me at 10:30 asking if I was staying another night. When I said no she made sure to tell me checkout was 11. I've NEVER had something like this happen. It was incredibly rude especially seeing I'm a single mother trying to get two people out. We were out at 10:45.

It is currently umder renovations so there is some noise during the day but nothing a tv playing on low wont drown out. Its safe and affordable. It has a pool that ua very clean. It goes from 3 feet to 5 feet, no lifeguards on duty. Would gladly stay there again!
