We were only there one night and my son was keen on staying longer to explore the grounds more. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location can’t be beat if you are looking to do some hiking and visit the Miette hot springs.

Though there should be plenty of parking, guests had already filled the parking bays by leaving large gaps between cars. Not the property owners fault, unless they can mark out bays to help residents park.

Every time we went out in the morning, we came back to find everything spotless in the afternoon. Plus, they’re pet-friendly, and it was amazing to have our dog with us in such a safe and welcoming space. I 100% recommend it!
• Kimberly (10/5): - Thank goodness for the abundance of amenities. I forgot my shampoo but there was plenty provided. I also loved that there were coffee grounds and a full sized coffee pot!
• Loewen (6/5): - We stayed in one of the little log cabins on the property beside the motel. It was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. There was a king size bed and a small kitchenette. The property is well maintained and the grounds are nice. It does sit right next to the main highway which creates traffic noise day and night. The cabin was nice, however there are no privacy curtains under the light blocking curtains so it was a little dark without lights on inside. Also, the septic system was right next to our cabin and the wind was just right so that the smell was bad outside. Overall this is a super convenient location for accessing Jasper National Park and is also close to Hinton.

• Christy (8/5): - Jasper Gate was a lovely stay for our family. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy to find, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We did notice that the floors weren't swept when we arrived but a broom was in the room. We stayed in the motel on the top floor, where there's a large window at the high point of the ceiling that does not have a cover. If you're like me and need darkness while you sleep, this suite would not be for you. Overall, it was all we needed at a great price.

Our room was great--comfy and clean--and the view from just outside our door was breathtaking (pictured). It was also conveniently located just outside the national park. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Jasper, and I hope I can stay here again.

Wenn man im Untergeschoss ein Zimmer hat kann es sehr laut sein. Die erste Nacht war schrecklich. Ich hatte über mir eine Familie mit Kindern, die bis 12 Uhr nachts rum getobt, geschrien und gepoltert haben. Die zweite Nacht war ok. Im Zimmer war WLAN verfügbar.

• Rubeena (10/5): - It’s a beautiful clean and safe place. It’s 59km away from Jasper national park and the nearest town is Hinton. Rooms are nice cozy and bed was comfortable. The best thing is that they have all the kitchenette items available in the room. They have a play ground area as well for the kids which is amazing for the kids. We really enjoyed pur stay. Front desk is welcoming and helpful. They will assist you with their best. I was wondering if they do not provide housekeeping service. We were there for 2 days and they did not provide housekeeping service. However, they provided us with enough toiletry and other stuff in the room for 2 days. There was a broom and a dustpan in the room to clean. Overall A must visit place If you want to spend some quality time with your loved once. Will surely return back and stay there whenever we make a plan to revisit Jasper or Hinton. Thank you team.
