- Angelina (2/5): Horrible - J’ai payé ma chambre via hôtel.com, arrivée devant l’hôtel ma chambre était prise, je n’ai pas été remboursé. Ni par hôtel.com, ni par l’hôtel, j’ai dû à mes frais trouver dans l’urgence un autre hôtel!
- Lucie (2/5): - J'ai réservé sur hôtel.com et j'ai appris par l'hôtel que ma réservation était inexistante car ils ne travaillaient plus avec hôtel.com .Ils n'étaient donc pas à jour ce qui est une faute grave et préjudiciable et préjudiciable d'un point de vue pénal (tout hôtel est censé être à jour par rapport aux annonces )
- Delphine (2/5): - Insalubre À l arrivée pas de réservation à notre nom malgré la réservation effectuée le jeudi 24 avril pour 3 chambres !!! Obligé de trouver un hôtel à 1h du matin à 50 min de Marseille J exige un remboursement car le prélèvement a été effectué pour 3 chambres alors que nous n avons même pas dormi à l hôtel
