We were extremely happy with the stay and the price was great as well. We definitely would stay here again. Lori and Andy were lovely and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel should be proud to have them represent them. Hotel staff did a wonderful job keeping us supplied and everything tidy. It was nice to have the daily breakfast. Overall my husband and I were were very pleased with our stay.

After parking my car in the underground garage, I couldnt back into the building wirh my room key for some reason, it was not working. I had to go all the way down the stairs and exit out the side of the hotel and walk in through the front again

- Lisa (10/5): - Our accommodation downtown Montreal was terrible, not what we had planned for five months ago. Staybridge ‘saved our holiday’. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us find the right room (fitting for my sister who has a slight physical disability). We loved the extra large room space, cleanliness and newness of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was fabulous and the eating area was lovely and big.

Some rooms have the highway noise, but the staff was accommodating to change our room even though we had requested a quiet one initially. Parking is available underground too for a fee. Breakfast had the basics.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, our only complaint was they didn't keep the pool towels very stocked, and they didn't mop the deck the 3 days we were there (there was a fake nail on the ground the whole time). Would definitely stay here again though, worth every penny.

- brandyn (6/5): - Charged a no-show during family emergency; no help modifying arrival date I booked Staybridge Suites Montréal Airport on Expedia while rushing to a family emergency and accidentally selected the wrong arrival date (one day early). Within 30 seconds I called the hotel to move the date; they said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, but I was told a manager couldn’t adjust it at 8:00 pm and they’d email management. The next morning I was informed I’d be charged a no-show fee of almost $300 and my reservation was canceled. When I arrived in person the following day, I spoke with General Manager Asma Hamila, who said nothing could be done because I booked via Expedia and that the no-show penalty would stand. I understand policies, but given the immediate contact, the same-week stay, and a documented family emergency, I expected basic flexibility or a one-time courtesy. Disappointing customer care.

- Bernadette (8/5): - This is a brand new facility and they are still ironing out the kinks. Staff is very accommodating and wants to help. The self serve breakfast offers a good variety of hot and cold options which are topped up as needed. Currently there is free guest laundry and it came in very handy for our family with children. We did experience some challenges with our accessible room not really accommodating the mobility needs of our family but the property was quick to assist in making our stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. We booked a suite and were very pleased with the amenities.

Very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Underground parking was a great plus and we felt our vehicle was safe. Will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended.

- Pao Jen (10/5): Perfect hotel - Wonderful hotel, so crystal clean that you can even smell the greatness! The room is so spacious equipped with a section that you can cook yourself a delicious meal and relax in a comfortable couch and watch television. Really better than most hotels for me. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, with normal 3 hot meals (bacon/scrambled egg/potatoes) seems a bit too less of options for such a beautiful hotel. The bananas were all black brown skins, sign that they are almost past due. Of course, there are cereal, milk, toasts, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, every normal things that you can find in a cheap motel, which don’t match with this palace hotel
