Robert (2/5): Buy cheap, get cheap - Too close to road and was too noisy. Stepped on a staple on rug, which means it was vacuumed. Sheet was stained. Dust covered top of toilet tank. Tissue dispenser was empty. The receptionist was friendly.

I recommend this establishment a great place to stay over night and know that you are in good hands. Thank you to the staff for your attention to details and the service is immaculate.
Eugene (6/5): - Room was decent. Nothing special. But no coffee maker. Bathroom has black mold here and there. Beds were comfy, TV was good, outlets for phone chargers and appliances. Convenient location, but not much to look at.

Went to the table to turn the light on and the lamp didn't work. The ac barely kept up to keep the room cool but I checked in late and left early.

The staff was very friendly. Water was leaking around the sink. I would not stay again even though it very close to the coliseum.

nicole (2/5): - This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Bathroom had hair on walls and a dirt all along bathroom. Comforter had holes in them. Walls looked they it had dried spit on them and hadnt been cleaned since it was last painted. A/c did not work it was 89* in room, asked to switch rooms but was told they didnt have any but the two rooms below mw were empty. This is a last resort stay do not book it on purpose.the reviews give it at 8.2 on this site. It should say -8.2.

Douglas (4/5): - The place is rough! Bumpy patched up walls, sloppy paint, crooked toilet, etc. It was clean as far as I could tell, but it looked grungy. Also, I think someone was given the wrong room number as they tried to open my door.

Tammy (10/5): Very nice hotel - This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it is older but very well maintained. The rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable and the front desk attendant was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up having to stay a 3rd night so I went right back to Relax Inn. If ever in Hampton again this is where I will stay.
Lindsey (8/5): Good but slippery when wet. - Overall good stay. As others have said its a decent place to lay your head. Only complaint is that it rained and the ground outside is very slippery. I slipped and fell twice. Fortunately I am okay but there were no wet floor warnings.

louis (2/5): - Booked 3 rooms for funeral. One room was a smoking room. We immediately told staff after checking in we couldn’t stand the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We ask for a non smoking room and they wouldn’t provide but charged us for a night even though we didn’t stay. The reception area has a big sign saying no pets are smoking. Complete ripoff and totally unfair. Misleading advertising. Should have been total refund because they didn’t could not furnish room. Not up to Orbitz standards and reputation
