The tennis, pickleball, gym, bikes, and other available games are a really nice touch too. Great service from warm and friendly staff as well. We loved it and don’t want to leave.

They had a volleyball net up and a bunch of activities available, like pickleball, a pool table, tennis, board games, and a gym. Wish they would enforce the quiet hours a bit more but that’s not really their fault. Also the grill outside is not available for guests to use, only for the restaurant but it’s outside. Only dislike of our stay.

We loved having the option of two pools and would have tried out the onsite tennis/pickleball courts if it hadn’t been 100+ degrees. It truly felt like our own private retreat while still being conveniently located. Downtown is technically walkable, or a very quick drive away. Our room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with a fridge, steamer, and blow dryer. The sleek, modern ensuite was a highlight and we loved the shower. We can’t wait to return—especially once the onsite restaurant and bar open. We’ve never stayed at the same Palm Springs hotel twice, but Casa Palma has changed that. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was so aesthetic, spotless, and unbelievably quiet—it truly felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. There’s so much to enjoy both in the area and right at the hotel—pickleball, the beautiful pool area, and more. Our room was even better than expected—super comfy and instantly felt like home. Every staff member we met was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We can’t wait to come back soon!

- Brenda (10/5): - Had an amazing stay at this fabulous boutique hotel. It is walkable distance from the main road and popular restaurants are just a 6min drive away! The grounds are well kept with plenty of shade and beautiful plants. With two pools, there is enough space for many, also with it being a smaller property the chances of you having the amenities all to your self is highly likely. The rooms are very pretty and my the bed is so so comfy. Don’t forget to check out there breakfast in the mornings!

- Brunno (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Palm Springs Heat - We stayed at Casa Palma during a very hot spell — temperatures reached up to 45°C — and it was the perfect place to relax and cool down. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having a couple of swimming pools to choose from, which were a lifesaver in the heat. Overall, Casa Palma exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs and would happily stay here again on our next trip.

Lots of dos & don’ts, fairly aggressive tone & eye contact directing me to record my VALID address, VALID email, VALID phone. Just a “we’re happy to have you here” to begin would have helped. During my evening lap swim the man spraying down the sidewalks drug his hose through the pool blocking my swim lane — then moved & did the same across the other side. He had plenty of hose length to keep it on the pool deck & reach all areas of the deck instead of dragging a dirty hose directly through my swim path. I want to love this place but…

The only thing is the restaurant was under construction and so I had to go done outside or order food to be delivered,they estimate the restaurant to be up and running hopefully by August,there are restaurants within walking distance.It looks just like the pictures ✨.I sure will be back when the restaurant is open for a full experience

The environment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with calming touches everywhere you looked, from the landscaping to the airy, crisp, and stunning decor. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, we felt like valued guests. They were always ready with a kind word, a helpful tip, or a small gesture that made a big difference. It’s rare to feel that taken care of while traveling. Casa Palma is the kind of place that instantly soothes your spirit. We’re already talking about when we can return. If you’re looking for tranquility, comfort, and incredible hospitality, this is it.

- Nadia (8/5): - I liked that you couldn’t hear the people in the pool in front of your room but you could hear all the footsteps upstairs, it was very loud. I think we were also by the service stairs so you could hear all the doors opening and closing and people coming and going constantly. If that’s not an issue for you then all the other amenities should be good for you, the pool, the bikes, the roomy counter for all your toiletries. The only other hiccup was the shorter than usual closet, I couldn’t fully hang up my pantsuit for a wedding.

We enjoyed that everything seemed clean and the pool area was immaculate. there is still some construction for a restaurant that will be on the property and some of the finishing touches in the room still need work. The decor needed a little work as the alarm clock and tv stand seemed to not match the rest of the rooms vibe, but I'm sure it will only improve as they make for a full opening. will definitely be back.
- Christina (10/5): Peaceful Haven - Our stay at Casa Palma was wonderful! From the moment we stepped in the staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Pam (front desk) was very attentive with accommodations to make us feel welcomed and secure. Everyone in particular had a great mood and made us feel taken cared of. Overall the hotel itself is very clean, very new and modern and PEACEFUL! It was the perfect get away and will definitely be coming back!

Best of all, it’s owned by the sweetest young family who clearly pour their hearts into the place. Can’t wait to come back!
- Kyle (10/5): - The property was very nice despite having some construction going on. The pools were lovely and the room was fresh and clean. There was no true desk in the room to do work, but you can improvise with the shelf under the TV. The muffins in the morning for breakfast were delicious and they had coffee and orange juice; no cream for the coffee but they did have coconut milk and almond milk. It should get even better once all of the updates and renovations are finished.
