- Alan (8/5): - My stay was satisfactory, hotel parking was convenient however I was charged 10$ for that upon arrival which was not stated before booking so it took my by surprise as i assumed parking was included and was not gonna get charged extra last minute. Overall room was clean, ac worked fine, the bathroom sliding door kept jamming and getting caught on the railing but it was manageable. Room was nice and neat. Quiet for the most part but there was some noise coming from the neighbors, sounded like they were definitely enjoying their stay a little too much. Overall good stay nonetheless

I likely could have also tried to find a spot on the street. Staff was nice. Wi-Fi was included. It would get louder during the day as the maintenance cart would roll by and I was close to the service desk so everytime someone would ring the door bell (ring cam doorbell) I would hear the chime. I also killed two big bugs in the room during my stay. Overall it was a good stay for the value and convenient location for what I had to do in the area.

One side of the bed may be a little hard to get to for some wheelchairs but overall a great experience. And very friendly staff! Would definitely stay there again knowing I can safely use my wheelchair there.

But the rooms are updated and I got a suite with a separate bedroom that had a nice bunkbed. The rooms have nice electronic upgrades to them. There is a modern feel and surprisingly the beds are very comfortable. Definitely worth the value of staying here.

My only complaints were the bathroom barn door kept sliding open, there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, and the motion sensing lights under the beds were too bright and woke people up when others made a late night trip to the bathroom.
- Ronaldo (8/5): Very nice motel - This is a new motel and it is definitely a gem for the location! Everything is brand new and newly renovated. The staff work hard to keep everything clean. Our room had a beautiful aesthetic. The only minor issue was that the barn-style sliding door to the bathroom felt jammed, making it really difficult to open and close the door. Other than that, no other complaints & I would stay here again for sure if I am ever in the area!

The area was a little sketchy since it’s like a motel but very convenient since it’s super close to Universal. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s definitely a budget friendly yet modern. It made me feel a little more comfortable seeing nice cars parked
- ANA LORENA (10/5): - , The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion and shampoo , but 2 of the 3 were empty when we checked in , but the guy at fd refilled right away , also , they CHARGED us $10 per day for parking , which it wasn’t stipulated when we booked the hotel , it was so unpleasant as we were not aware of it .

- Tiffany (8/5): A nice surprise - I have driven past this place tons of times, and from the outside, I would have never guessed that the rooms were as modern and clean as they are! The manager was wonderful and helpful. My flight got delayed overnight, and he went ahead and checked me in so that it didn't automatically cancel. My only complaint is that there is a bit of space between the door and the door frame... just enough that you can hear every single noise outside. Some of those rubber weather-things would fix that right up. But all in all, it was a really pleasant surprise, and a very affordable option in a pinch.

The no storage space in the room also wasn't a problem for me. I say this is a good hotel for a quick trip! Easy check-in and check out.

- Laura (10/5): - Son and I had an absolutely lovely stay for 1 week at this newly remodeled Inn & Suites. The staff on site were very helpful and quick to respond for anything we needed. Beds in particular were super comfortable, quiet location, felt safe the entire stay. Cost of the stay was quite reasonable. Parking easy right outside our door. Closely located to cozy coffee shops, eateries, and shopping. Would definitely stay at this location again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Don’t stay here - The amenities in the room were upgraded however the location was bad! Super ghetto outside def felt unsafe! The walls were thin and people partied all night our room had a broken fire alarm that went off while we were sleeping at 2am not only did it wake up our children but we were terrified thinking it was a real LA fire!! The bed was not comfortable barely got any rest. They don’t offer ice or water fountain and they charge for parking per night - something hotels.com doesn’t warn you!

- Marisa (6/5): - We had a 3 bed room with 6 family members in it and the only bathroom had a sliding barn style door on it that did not close properly (it would slide back open a bit after being closed because it was installed unevenly) and there was no way to latch or lock it. We had to rig it by stuffing a cloth under the door each time to keep it closed anytime we needed to use the bathroom- pretty ridiculous. They also had motion sensitive lights at the bottom of the beds so the bright lights would come on in the middle of the night anytime anyone needed to use the bathroom- disturbing all of the other sleepers. We also asked for an iron to iron our clothes and they said someone else was using it and it would be few hours but we needed it before that so that was disappointing. We also needed to check out early in the morning around 6am and it was unclear how to check out- there was no one at the desk, no directions, and no one came when we rang the bell so we just slipped our card under the window and left it on the desk.

It was really small for pricey night. It was disappointing. Even, we don't feel safe in that area where we cannot take a bus. We had to walk more than 20 minutes to get to the hotel from metro center. The bed is too close to the door. It freaks me out in some way. Just so glad we left. Thanks.

There was no trash can, only one tiny one in the bathroom that held enough trash for 4 times blowing your nose. There was not one hanger or any drawers or anywhere to put dirty towls or any of our clothes we had to keep our clothes in our bags the whole stay . I would say its nice they have a room with 3 beds but i would never recomend or go here again this was the worst hotel ive stayed in during my 44 years of life and my parents were not people with money so growing up ive stayed at some bad places .

There was not one hanger or any drawers or anywhere to put dirty towls or any of our clothes we had to keep our clothes in our bags the whole stay . I would say its nice they have a room with 3 beds but i would never recomend or go here again this was the worst hotel ive stayed in during my 44 years of life and my parents were not people with money so growing up ive stayed at some bad places .

- Anna Damaris (4/5): - It wasn’t your regular hotel room. There were no closets or dressers to unpack. No iron or ironing board. No counter space anywhere in the room to place things to get ready for the day. The tv didn’t work because there were service issues and wouldn’t be fixed until Monday, so there was no tv all weekend. Not worth the price. It was basically a room with a toilet and shower. For the same price, we could have stayed at the Sheraton
- Jacquita (8/5): - Everything was great the property was clean the room was clean except the bathroom shower was dirty it had old soap scum on the shower curtain and also the TV was not working. Other then that everything was great.
- Tina (10/5): Cute Motel - Cute motel that has been recently updated. Rooms on the small side but well done with quality work and materials. I hope they plan to add wall hooks, a railing or a dresser to hold clothing since there was not a closet.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - This is tough review because the staff and actual rooms are amazing. It's been newly renovated and has a high end feel. That said, it's in a neighborhood that feels run down with graffiti and typical L.A. filth. There's a homeless population and people with clear mental illnesses. I did not like having my kids in this area and we did not feel safe because of it.
- Steven (6/5): Nice room but needs improvements - The room was nice and clean. However, their room phones don’t work and also their TV remote. There is only one garbage can in the whole room which was located in the bathroom. They should’ve put more garbage cans all over the room. According to the front desk, I was told that they just opened up 20 days ago.
- Dianela (8/5): - Clean, comfortable basic room. TV was not working and nobody could help. It seems to be a problem since about a week ago so I kinda seem troubled by them not fixing it ASAP. TV didn’t had cable nor internet (either wired or wireless) so it was useless

- Biscuit (4/5): - Let me start by saying I was traveling with my 7yr daughter for spring break to take her to Universal Studios Hollywood for her first time. I've traveled to Southern California many times and stayed all over and know what the locations and neighborhoods are like of where I'm booking. Location is good and was the least of the issues. Booked for 3 nights and couldn't of asked for a better location or price. But that's was about it. Floors were dirty and had stains and crumbs all over. Not swept or mopped. The shower was dirty with what looked like dried throwup on the walls and shower floor. No toilet paper, nowhere to hang your towels and housekeeping never came to clean or replenish all 3 nights. The bed had 3 thin sheets with no blaket/comforter and 2 pillows that the cleaning lady brought to the room before we received our room key. TV didn't work and nowhere to put your luggage or things as the rooms didn't have any kind of table or chairs and no garbage can besides the little one in the bathroom that was never emptied. Upon checking in, the owner was wanting to run my card to pay for the room that I had already booked and paid for online a week prior. They never asked for a credit card deposit (as listed online). Can be loud and parking is open to what's available and pull up to your room as it more of a motel than hotel. I walked out the second morning to a man in the parking lot with no pants on and just a shirt going through his things to get dressed for the day.

- France (2/5): - I would NOT recommend this place. Looks like a motel in an unsafe area. Check in at 7 pm (opens after 3 pm) but they did not inform me my 3 bed room is no longer available and no equal substitute. They downgraded me and wanted to charge me for the same price until I insisted they adjust the price. Still over paid and 20 min later and after talking to Expedia. They told me to call Expedia to request a partial refund. No lobby - check in desk where I stand outside and talk to them like ordering tickets at a movie theater. They were doing reservations on a hand written sheet of paper and were whispering until I asked is there a problem with my reservation, and wouldn’t tell me right away that my room was not available. Lastly, no closet or place to hang anything nor trash can. Room is small and overpriced, esp based on quality of service and room.
