- Ann (2/5): - It is well decorated and the room was very smart. Unfortunately there was no record of my booking via Expedia, no staff on site and I had to wait 2 hours to be allocated a room. Without help from other guests I would have been left on the street for the night. I then had to endure hearing a violent row going on all night in the next room, with no-one to help me.The staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. I had to.move to another hotel on the second night. My short break has been an expensive disaster.
