• Bob (6/5): It’s Okay - Difficult to find due to signage and street address (see photos for accuracy). This site lists the property address as: 1119 3rd St, on lobby door it’s listed as 1107 MT-49. Overall it’s okay. It’s in a rundown and shabby area. Best rooms are ‘motel’ rooms (cabins are very small). Picnic table, grill, and fire pit are a nice touch. Friendly staff willing to help with your needs. Stayed one night on way to Glacier NP.

• Levi (2/5): - Room did not have heat, and the mattress did not have support all the way through, if i sat in the middle of the side of the bed, itd sink into the foot of the bed & raise the head end up. They way they handle their room keys made me feel extremly unsafe. I ended up not staying at this property and would advise against it. I did not get a refund, which is fine as i didnt communicate to tbe hotel that night about me not staying (reason for not communicating is that their office was closed for the night, and also i just didnt have the time, i needed to get to sleep asap)
• Kristin (8/5): - Cute little cabin! We enjoyed our stay and were close to GNP for an early start. Checkin was quick. However, the heater didn’t work in the room so there was a tiny space heater - not the safest to sleep with so we woke up cold. The room smelled heavily of carpet powder (I know that is what it was because the housekeeper left a trash bag with an empty box of Arm and Hammer carpet powder behind). Aside from that it was great!

• Larry (4/5): - It was not what we expected. Would not consider staying there in the future. TV did not work. Heat did not work. Outside was a mess. How can you represent a place like this. I should get a partial refund. The only plus was that it was convenient to the park.
• Hannah (6/5): - Booked through expedia then received a message to text them with arrival time. When I texted they said it was totally booked beforehand. We arrived anyway and someone just so happened to cancel last minute so we got in, otherwise we would have been stuck without a place. This sounds like it has been a big problem for a while and they do nothing to fix it. They even have a sign up saying they don't offer refunds and to contact expedia or third party booking app. So they oversell rooms to these apps and don't have enough when guests arrive. Anyway, since we were lucky enough to get a room, I'll tell you about it. It was nice to have a cozy cabin to ourselves, and their were food trucks walking distance away were we had a good dinner. Not much else to do in the area besides outdoor activities, which was great for us. There was no working heat/AC in the cabin so it was very cold at night. The room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't exactly clean either. The woman at the desk we spoke to was nice enough. Shower has hot water which was a plus. Overall would stay here again if they got their booking issues and heat fixed, but it definitely needs work.

• Alissa (2/5): Misleading, unsafe, and poorly maintained. - I do not recommend this property. The original hotel we booked did not honor our confirmed reservation, and we were moved to a “sister property” that was just as bad. The building had no heating system (only a small space heater, even though it was cold), the bathroom floor was soft and unstable, there were dead bugs on the ceiling and walls, and the room was dirty (old stained carpet, unwashed coffee pot with old coffee left inside). There was a refreshment table which had hard-boiled eggs and yogurt tubes left out at room temperature for multiple days, which is unsafe. Communication was unprofessional, and the property seemed confused about our booking even after checking us in. This stay was completely misrepresented on Hotels.com. I strongly urge future travelers to look elsewhere.
• DAVID (10/5): Comfy and cute - Comfortable clean room. Convenient. Georgana was very pleasant and informed. Nice little snack and breakfast layout. Some issues with wifi and TV they were working on.

• Sarah (2/5): - We did not stay at this property. We arrived to check in after a long day at Glacier Park and we were told that because they hadn’t heard from us, they had given away our room. We arrived at 8:00pm. I feel that detail is important. The manager tried to find us a sister hotel to stay at further away and when I questioned it, she yelled at me to leave the property and said we were not welcome and that she wouldn’t authorize a refund. Beware of this place. We never saw the inside of a room, but the office was unkept and the “breakfast” they seemed to offer was an open box of off brand cereal, eggo waffles and Quaker granola bars.
• Robert (6/5): - Property had different name than that shown on Expedia.. Eastern Glacier, NOT 2 Medicine. Property very old, not painted in long time. TV in room, I could not make mine work, no instructions re remote, clerk had no idea how to make work.
• Dorothy (4/5): - We reserved through Expedia and planned to pay on arrival. But Paradise Park LLC had charged us quite a bit more than our room fee on our credit card when we made the reservation. The desk clerk refused to accept our previous payment. She sent us to another motel owned by PP, and that desk clerk called the owner. She eventually honored my previous payment. The breakfast consisted of some yellow juice, and a veggie tray with dip that had bugs crawling on it. The room decor is very old. I do not recommend this place.

• Farida (10/5): - The room had a fully functional fridge, microwave and was clean, the only problem I felt was it is right near the road and can hear lots of noise during the night other that it was a very strategic location to explore East Glacier Park
• Leena (10/5): Nice budget cabins near Glacier - I was reluctant to stay here due to several reviews calling it a “scam”. I am happy I ended up booking a cabin here. Very rustic, not fancy but all the amenities were there, kitchen, bathroom, coffee maker, fridge, even a picnic table and fire pit. No problems communicating with the staff, eateries within walking distance. Good budget option to stay near Glacier NP. WiFi was very spotty.
• Paula (2/5): - This is a shabby old motel. Very run down, light over bed broken, stain on pillowcase, only toiletry was a bottle of soft soap. No ac or heat in cabin. Was Not a down comforter as stated-Walmart comforter and pillows. Look at the rating- not the reviews. The reviews are false. Would NOT recommend!!!! Would love to upload pics I took!
• Michelle (4/5): - When we arrived at this Motel it was very unsettling just due to the visual appearance - scary almost! The cabins out front look very old and was not what we expected when reading what they advertise. Would not stay here again
• Kathleen L (6/5): - The staff was fantastic and laundry facilities and pet was free but many problem with the rooms... electrical outlets that were worn out, curtains that were supposed to be room darkening were not, deadbolt lock was inoperable, parking was tight for large vehicles, low hung branches made it difficult to walk, toilet would not shut off, table was sticky and when wiped off, it was very dirty.

Place is very old but seemed clean however we ended up with tons of bites that were most likely bed bugs. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and communicated with us prior to our arrival. So props for that but I would not stay there again.

We liked the food trucks next door. When I booked months out and there went any reviews yet and no pictures. Expedia had like 5 stars...then a few days before our trip I started reading the reviews and was scared. thankfully check in was a breeze, no smells and no bugs. This place is old, like everything else in Montana. But beats camping or sleeping in your car. Good place to crash and shower after a long day exploring Glacier. This place does deserve a chance.

• Gary (10/5): Adorable place to stay - Wonderful, affordable cozy hotel! We are traveling from Arizona to Montana as a family trip and this was a perfect stop for the night. The beds were nice and cozy and a perfect sized room for myself, my husband and our kids.
• Eugenia (2/5): Scam - I think this property is a scam. I booked two nights with them. When I got there at 9pm nobody was at the front. I had to call a phone number. Nobody picked up. People out front said my room was given away bc I "never showed up." I had my whole family with me and had to scramble to find a hotel nearby. They still refuse to pickup the phone from me and from hotel.com so I never got a refund.
• Mark (2/5): - The description of this property online doesn't match the reality in almost every way: no mountain views, no separate dining area, no queen beds, no functioning high-speed internet, etc. etc. It is also listed under several different names online (Two Medicine Inn; East Glacier Motel; Paradise Park) and has no website of its own, from which I can only conclude that this place is intentionally running a scam to get double bookings. AVOID IT! We asked for a refund immediately on seeing the reality of these run-down cabin huts (not "4-star apart hotels"!) and had to really work the phones to get the refund to go through since the manager wouldn't respond to Expedia's attempts to contact the motel. We finally did get a refund from Expedia, but no one should have to go through that experience.
• Phyllis (2/5): - We left and did not stay after checking in. The cabin was old and had not been updated in years. It was clean, but there were no pillow cases on the pillows. The pictures on Expedia are not representative of the property. The ladies checking us in were pleasant. The property was not what we were expecting.
• julie (6/5): - This property is very basic and whilst you can see they are updating it, I think they should have started with new beds not new TVs, the bed in no 6 is literally collapsing in on itself.

• Troy (2/5): - We booked a room but when we were about 20-30 minutes from arriving we received a text saying Expedia had over booked them and they had no room for us. We had to go an hour out of our way to find a room available. We haven't received a refund yet either. We were upset with the property because we had been in communication with them up until the day we were to arrive but we weren't told we had no room until minutes before arriving and Expedia still hasn't refunded our money ( this was about a month ago). Both parties blame the other as the reason we haven't got our money back.

• Carol A. (2/5): - Do not stay at this motel. The whole property is shabby and unkempt. Our room was of poor construction. The TV didn’t work and had many strange wires hanging down. On the hot day we arrived, the one window didn’t open and the screen of the other one was torn in numerous places. We refused to stay the second night we had booked. The hotel owner would not refund our money. Terrible place. The only good thing about the motel was the clerk, who was very sweet.
• Ricky (6/5): Needs some TLC, but works in a pinch - Couple items to note: aside from the East Glacier Lodge, there aren't an abundance of options. This is an old motel with potential. It's an old motel, and it's ok for a night to last your head. Anything more, is either choose the lodge or up in St Mary (if you're going to Glacier). There are places to eat and Two Medicine Lake is really close, convenience is a plus. The lake is close and it's way less busy than the Going to the Sun Road stops, and the hiking is beautiful.
• Lisa (2/5): - Got there and sent to another hotel. They said they didn't have room. Drove around two hours looking for a room. Owner wouldn't answer phone, after texting several times to know when we were checking in earlier in the day. Phone went to voice mail, not set up. we went back and were given a small room that they said was a certain amount and charged us almost twice as much, and told us take it or leave it, literally. Owner promised us a refund but stopped answering after texting we'd get a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!
• Brandy (4/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! It is not what you pay! Go ahead and pay a little more and stay some where much better. Beds were ok. No air but you couldn’t open windows bc there were no screens. It didn’t feel like a safe area to go ahead and open windows anyway. The adjoing rooms and small kitchenette were good for our family of 8. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST EXCEPT FOR SOME FROZEN BURRITOS AND KIDS JUICE BOXES! VERY MISLEADING! The towel holder was off the wall. Most lights didn’t have bulbs. Carpet was old and dirty. Coffee,coffee filters, creamer and sugar were just sitting open in styrofoam cups! GROSS!!! Luckily we had brought our own. On top of all of this after asking when we would arrive, we got there and were told it would be another hour before we could check in bc the were fixing damage from the latch people that stayed.
• Max (2/5): Cancelled 5pm Day of Stay - Upon arrival, I was told my reservation had been cancelled because they were overbooked by hotels.com. Whoever is at fault, this couldn't be checked earlier? I later saw a message early the next morning as if my reservation was supposed to start the next day? Make sure you double/triple check your booking with this place.
• Melissa (10/5): - From when we arrived to when we left, we had a wonderful experience. The cabin was compact but spotless, with everything we needed We were picked up from the train station, they got us firewood so we could have a fire, more coffee whenever we asked. Georganne was an excellent host, and I'd stay there again.

Hotels.com was unable to refund me money when I wanted to to cancel booking. Hotels.com was unable to contact them.

• Robin (8/5): - The good: very clean and the staff was super nice. The room was cozy and had a cute sitting area outside with fire pit and picnic table. The not so good: definitely not mountain views from the rooms and the shower was super small, including the shower head being very low. (I am 5'8" and had to bend pretty substantially to rinse my hair). Those two things aside, I would stay again. It was quite charming.

This was probably built in 50's to 60's and the door and windows didnt look safe. The bathroom stunk like urine desk help said i needed to contact expedia,which i have been trying.

Name was different than listed, breakfast advertised but we were told there were only limited options because it is being phased out, no Mountain View from our Mountain View cabin. Property was clean but run down. Mattresses were terrible, lamps with no bulbs, WiFi didn’t work.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Owner cancelled my confirmed reservation - I had a confirmation email from the hotel and a long text about checkin process. Then, on the day we were to arrive, the owner messaged me that they had an "overbooking problem" and I would have to find another hotel.... in Glacier National Park, on a weekend????
• Craig (6/5): - We stayed in a rustic cabin that had typical amenities but was dated. Heating unit worked but did not control to a temperature. Our stay was good but the main complaint is that it was expensive for what we got. The host was nice.
• Amy (4/5): Glacier's Two Medicine Inn stay - Communication wasn't great. It wasn't clear to me that the GPS location that was text messaged to me was for the business across the street and that the name of the motel was not up, that it had the previous motel's name sign. We were assigned a cabin and our ETA was pretty late due to construction during our road trip. We were told the keys would be waiting for us but we weren't explained how the lock to the cabin works. When we finally picked up the key from the front desk the next morning, we were given the incorrect key to our room. The WiFi felt more like consumer grade than for a business. It was spotty and couldn't get connected. We wanted to book a boat trip online but was unable to. We ended up checking out of the hotel a day early and the front desk team seemed more relieved we were checking out than trying to understand WHY we would check out a day early. Although this side of Glacier's National Park entrance is beautiful.

• Kristie (2/5): Make sure what you book is where you stay - Hotel was not what we booked. It was overbooked and we were sent to a “sister hotel” ..Dancing Bear. It was old and run down. Everything so close together you couldn’t drive between “cabins” and hotel. Abandoned building with busted out windows next to property. It was very dated with very old carpet. It appeared clean but other cabins had dogs coming in and out. With older carpeting it didn’t feel sanitary. It was not what was advertised Front desk girl kind and helpful. We asked for refund and didn’t stay. They were willing to do that.

Everything was booked until I found this hotel super late. I could hear banjos playing as we pulled into the parking lot. Should have turned around then. Filthy parking lot, dirty chairs and garbage all around property, then we checked in, the over charges us for our dogs (even though the sign stated a price) the room was super cold, carpets wet, couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was in the way, lamp shades had gosh knows what on them, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Mirror had wipe marks on it, tub…don’t get me started. Couldn’t shower and hot water…none! Don’t stay. Run!!!!

• laurie (2/5): Hotels.com sucks! - I had a confirmation from you and they didn’t have rooms blamed it on you we had no where to stay with kids it was a nightmare no way to contact you I just get a I asst I got charged and bought travel insurance with no way to contact hotels.com
• Barbara (2/5): - About an hour before we arrived I got a call from Noel asking when we would be arriving and that she would text me the address. We already had the address to Two Medicine Inn, I figured she wanted to be sure we had the right address. When we arrived at the address she had texted it was for Dancing Bears. It looked like a motel from the 1950s! I called Noel back and she said we were at the right place. No explanation as to why we were sent to Dancing Bears. Noel was very nice and friendly. No breakfast. She had grapes, coffee service , popped popcorn in a bowl and granola bars. Dancing Bears is very old and in need renovation and a good cleaning and painting. Not what we were expecting at all. Two Medicine Inn was listed as Exceptional, unfortunately we didn’t stay at an exceptional place. In fact it was very disappointing but it was late and we were tired from driving so we stayed. We felt like it was a bait and switch. There weren’t really any other places to stay at that time of night. The next day we tried to find Two Medicine Inn but we were unable to locate it at the address we were given. Dancing Bears was right in town and very close to Glacier NP entrance. Within walking distance of restaurants and general store. That was the only positive about the place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
• rosa (2/5): - first of all that is not the name its real name is glazer motel and cabin no ac direct tv not working and check out 2 days earlier and they have not refund me the 2days that I did not stay
• kim (2/5): - Terrible stay. There were so many flies in the room that we didn’t even want to sit in it. There was a crack around the door so big, I see why it’s full of flies. The room was so hot and we couldn’t open the windows because there are no screens and we didn’t want more flies. I went to the office at 845 am to get coffee since the room wasn’t even big enough to make 2 cups I brought my own coffee) and the office was locked! They were supposed to have breakfast but I couldn’t even get coffee. Why would your office be locked at 845 am? We just left the key on the ground in front of the door. And don’t plan on sleeping well because the beds are not comfortable and the pillows are paper thin. I understand they bought the place and are renovating, but they need to do the work before renting out, especially at that price. It’s not ready at all!
• Leslie (6/5): - This was about a step above tent camping. The bed was small, old, and uncomfortable. The room light didn't work and the light on the bed was a bare florescent bulb that was a hazard. We took it out so we didn't accidentally hit it during the night. The fridge was hanging off the edge of the counter which looked dangerous. The coffee, creamer, and sugar was loose in condiment cups and we didnt even want to use it. The shower was so small you couldn't turn around and the faucet was taped together. The linens were threadbare. The property description is inaccurate on several things. It is about an hour from the East Glacier Park entrance. The milege is misleading if you are not familiar with the area
• Tonya (8/5): - The site is not updated. The owner was extremely nice and tried to fix any issues.
• Marcie (2/5): - Address provided was incorrect. Motel was mislabeled and was between abandoned buildings. Smelled like smoke and didn’t feel safe. Room was double booked and had to share room with another traveler. Other person did not yet receive refund.
• Stacy (4/5): - Main area was locked in the morning, so we couldn’t get the complimentary breakfast or return our key. I was supposed to get a $15 resort credit for VIP, but the check in person argued with me and didn’t honor it.
• Andrea (10/5): Awesome place for relaxation - Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Room was very clean and check in was very simple.
• Snehal (2/5): - The rooms and bathrooms don't look like anything in the pictures. There is no view of anything from the room so don't go by the room description. Bathroom was also not clean and looks like it was recently constructed
• Michelle (8/5): - The property is conveniently located to the east entrance of the park. Communication and check-in were quick and easy. Restaurants were in easy walking distance for breakfast and dinner. Room and bathroom were spotless. We had everything we needed for our stay.
• Ben (10/5): Good place to sleep - Excellent place for those looking for an affordable room in a good location. Not extravagant, but friendly staff and a good place to sleep
• Jayson (2/5): - They overbooked and left us with no place to stay. Poor communication between the people that take care of the booking. They didn't try finding other arrangements for us even though it was their mistake. Talked to some of the near by lodges and apparently this place has a reputation of overbooking.
• linda (6/5): - It was in quiet area. They said only opened two weeks. Needs Lots of attention. It was ok But. Pillows were paper thin no mattress covers on beds, gross took forever to get hot water. Toilet ran whole time, two days. No ice on properly. No USB plug ins. Just needs lots of work. Website made it look so much better than it was.

• Lynn (2/5): Not as depicted. - This hotel was not as depicted. We expected a nice room with a dining area and a kitchenette. There was a very dilapidated kitchenette with no dishes or cookware. There was no hot water for bathing and the TV did not offer any channels. It’s like the dish was not hooked up. The door to the outside had at least a half inch gap all the way around it. I did not feel safe there. We ended up finding another place to stay. I definitely do not recommend.
• Lori (4/5): - The property was not what was stated on the website.no mini kitchen with untendils only a fridge nothing else. Ran out of toilet paper and wanted fresh towels and office was closed. I was told We would get reimbursed for 2 nights and have not heard from them since and no reimbursement as of yet
• George (6/5): - The cabin is very small and low for my husband at 6’5”. They are quite old and definitely rustic.However,it has everything one could really ask for with fridge,microwave, kitchen sink and a few dishes. No air conditioning but a ceiling fan kept us comfortable until the evening cooled off with the windows opened. Chairs and a small park area with fire pit to sit outside.The breakfast was very limited but had everything we needed to start the day. A fine place to spend the night if you are going out and about all day. Not good for spending a lot of time there. The one thing that made up for everything else that might be lacking is the staff,specifically Georganna. She texted us a few hours ahead of time to get out arrival time and inquire if our needs. We got there 2hrs before check in time but no problem. She took us to look at our options so we could choose our unit. Very pleasant and accommodating. Our outside light would not turn off because someone had broken the chain. As soon as I told her it was fixed before we got back. When we left,we forgot a small light. We called her and she is mailing it to us. Best customer service ….seen so seldom so a wonderful surprise. Because of this,we would recommend staying there as long as you realize the limitations
• Verified traveler (8/5): - No breakfast as advertised. rooms were clean. Thin walls. Not many restaurants in town. About 45-60 minutes to Glacier NP. Older facility but not a bad stay.
• Jocelyn (2/5): DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE - This place does not even exist! There is no Two Medicine Inn! You get put into the Dancing Bears and it is so old and tired. The only thing nice I can say is that the owner was nice. But the office was so dirty - really, I was supposed to get a breakfast from there!?!?! The mattress had stains, it had been turned over to the wrong side, just can imagine what they were trying to hide. There was only one sheet. No mattress pad, no fitted/bottom sheet. It was the middle of summer and all there was, was a down comforters! We left after one night! There was AC - a window unit in the bathroom over the toilet! I will never use hotels.com based on this reservation!!!
