Guest Reviews
- josh (6/5): Charming But Overpriced With Issues. - When we arrived at 11:30 in the evening the central air system was completely off and it was a muggy 84 degrees inside. It took all night to get the place cooled down. The grass was extremely high and had not been mowed and this is extra concerning in an area with venomous snakes. The beds were very comfortable and the place was furnished well enough and had charming decor. However, the home is very uneven and almost feels like you are running down a hill from the living room to the dining room because it slopes so bad. Also, the water is extremely hard with a smell and could use a water softener. If you like the nightlife in Bay St Louis the location is good. However, the property sits right across from the back of a bar where all the trash is taken and the smell is pretty bad. Entry instructions were prompt, clear, and precise and the unit had pretty much everything we needed. All in all it was a charming place with a few hiccups but was way overpriced when you consider all things. And looking at the picture I took now I am reminded that the fridge and freezer were also dirty.
