Pa Yia (8/5): - Staff was attentive. Like like the building was freshly remodeled so everything was brand new. Don't expect much for continental breakfast though, no protein options. Only had cereal, waffles and oatmeal.
Heidi (8/5): - So knowing we were going to be arriving very early, I booked the night before we were to arrive to ensure we could get into our room ASAP. It was noted on reservation and I called to confirm. When we got there, when the desk attendant asked us what we needed and we said we wanted to check in, we were told we couldn't check in until 3pm. I said ah I booked starting yesterday foenthai very reason. So they did give us a suitable room, an "upgrade to a suite (unfinished if you ask me) but it had what we needed because the other rooms needed cleaned. So if we were to have a room on the day before by 3pm but arrive the next morning, why wasn't there a room clean for us? Didn't make sense. Back to the unfinished. We walked in and the front entry was empty like they forgot to finish finishing it. But the bedroom was fine. It suited our needs, was just kind of strange. My only REAL COMPLAINT was the curtains didn't close completely on the sides and we were on first floor with cars and sidewalk outside. People could have peeped in if they wanted which was kind of creepy. But the desk staff was nice, had a small snack selection, limited free breakfast and convenient location and free shuttle to the airport. Overall experience was fine. Also minor, the shower has shampoo/conditioner dispensers! But both had shampoo in them and no body wash dispenser. Minor issue, just mentioning.

It was very quiet at night even though the airport is right across the street. The continental breakfast was typical of most hotels these days...mostly high carbs and sugar-based products, but good coffee. Overall it was a great deal for the price.
Dana (10/5): - Really great stay by the airport. Super nice fitness equipment -wished I’d have checked it out as soon as I arrived. Host was attentive-popped out to offer help as I was slow to enter my room. As a solo female traveler I appreciate the halls being watched. Slept well, nice bed.
Henry (10/5): - We got to Milwaukee after midnight, so the shuttle was not available. However, the Clarion is only one mile from the airport, so a Uber was only nine dollars. The check-in was easy, rooms were quiet, facility was clean, and the stay was enjoyable. For the price, there’s no way you can beat it! All the reviews I read were spot on. We spent a total of eight hours in the room, so this hotel met are needs and greatly exceeded our expectations.

Jonny (4/5): Very underwhelming - The place was subpar. I arrived to a room with hair in the covers and stains. I spoke to staff, they offered another room that was in just as bad shape. They didn't have keys to the maintenance closet. I went back the following day and they sent staff with lent rollers instead of changing the bedding. Would not recommend.

SARA (10/5): Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay - The hotel was newly renovated, very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. I especially enjoyed hearing them speak their beautiful language together — it added such a warm and welcoming touch to my stay. Even though it was right across from the airport, we didn’t hear any noise at all, which made it a peaceful and comfortable stop.

The room was very comfortable, didn’t have any smells, and i could breath well in it even with my asthma and allergies. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was super clean! We really enjoyed our stay. It was calm and peaceful even being across the way from the airport. They also have cameras all over outside in the parking areas and good lighting around the building, which made it feel very safe for our vehicles. A Dennys with decent foot was right next door which was great for us since we were tired and didn't want to go far to find a place to eat. The staff were super polite the whole time. They were very accommodating with my medical alert dog. Just the experience was really positive and good and we already have our next time here booked! Definitely recommend this place!
Andrea (10/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights. The room had everything I look for to have a good nights rest - cleanliness, a comfortable bed, AC, curtains to keep light out, and silence. I was concern about noise considering that the hotel is next to the airport. I did not hear a single airplane on my stay. Either the room is sound proof or there aren’t that many late night flights. Other bonuses to the room were the TV, fridge, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I also liked that the hotel had a little snack and drink store at the front desk. The staff, from the front desk people to the housekeepers, were 10/10! Everyone was so kind. The man that checked us in was very kind and gave us a free toothbrush when we ask if we could purchase one. The housekeepers were all so sweet. The lady at the front desk at checkout, allowed us to store our bags at the hotel while we went into town to kill time before our flight. She also gave us good recommendations on what to do in the city in the meantime. As for the location, it was great. It is next to the airport - only a 15 min walk. Within walking distance from some restaurants. By car, downtown is only about 13 mins away.
Joanne (8/5): Wall murals a nice touch - Hair on bathroom floor was not mine. I did love the Michell Park Domes wall mural. And I left before breakfast so missed that. Room was quiet and I slept well.
Keith (8/5): - Remodeled and clean. Kind of like three separate buildings that are connected. But elevator is in front building. Had to use stairs and back exits to be close to car. Hard to find room. Kind of awkward and a maze of hallways to get to front lobby or elevator. Close to restaurants. Tiny bug in room first day but didn’t see more. Back parking lot is kind of isolated. But inside looks clean and new.

Aimee (6/5): - The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, in the afternoons when we would come back to our hotel our room key wouldn't work. It would let us in the outside door but not our room and we kept having to the front desk to have it reset. While waiting at the front desk we noticed several others that were also having to get their keys reset because they weren't working. Also, they came and got our dirty towels from the room but didn't replace them so we had to go to the front desk and ask for more towels. Other then that, everything was fine. It was an extremely clean hotel.

Shampoo dispenser had no shampoo. No body wash either. Low on staff when I arrived, but the clerk was nice.. Parking area was not very good.. good location next to restaurants and airport.
Verified traveler (10/5): - The layout is a bit confusing but once we entered our room, it was huge, one of the biggest we've ever had. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was large. We wish the breakfast had been a bit more substantial but there were restaurants within walking distance if that's what you wanted. Nice, friendly staff.

candise (6/5): - Sure! Here's a balanced and polite review you could leave for your stay at the Clarion Pointe Hotel: --- I had an overall decent stay at the Clarion Pointe. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to a few food spots. The breakfast was okay — the coffee was good, and there were waffles and cereal, which are great for kids, but not much variety for adults. One thing to note: the hallways had a strong perfume-like scent that wasn’t really to my taste. Also, housekeeping is done every three days unless you request otherwise, which I was fine with, but it's good to know in advance. All in all, a solid place to stay if you're looking for something simple and convenient.

Nicole (10/5): - Unlike any room I've stayed in. You walk in to an open space & big bathroom on right. Kitchen i just past the bathroom to the right. To the left of wall is the bedroom. So much space! Clean. Comfy beds & pillows. Across from airport yet its quiet. Shower doesnt have alot of pressure but its clean & has shampoo/soap provided. Staff is very friendly. Long hallways so you have to remember yours turns to get back to lobby but its not difficult. Breakfast was minor & not alot of choices but i had other breakfast plans. Easy to find - get in and out of.
Amanda (8/5): - Renovated on the inside was clean, smelled nice, cute, comfortable, friendly staff. I mentioned that i needed a shuttle and they made sure someone was ready before their normal run time. They let you store your car on the lot while you're flying out for a small fee.

Patricia (6/5): Ratings were off - The gym was closed due to maintenance and they had no other solutions to provide. The comforter was dirty and the floor looked like it still needed some vacuuming. It was late when I arrived and so I wasn’t able to get it taken care of. The breakfast was very limited. The stairs to go from the first floor to the second floor were filthy and obviously needed a good vacuuming.also The curtains in the room are too short and still allow in a lot of light if you’re interested in sleeping with darkening curtains.
Shannon (10/5): - The room was comfortable & clean with a luxurious bed. It was a great hotel to stay at for the affordable price. My daughter had a competition downtown, and it was easy to travel from the hotel to downtown and back. We saved hundreds by staying closer to the airport. Our room was cute, and I was able to save $ & make us some meals in the room with the perfectly clean fridge and microwave as well as eat out 1x/day at one of the many nearby restaurants. We had a plethora of choices and ate at Amelia's and Kopp's. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. I had no problem parking in a brightly-lit spot near the entance each night, important for a mom and daughter traveling. I'd definitely stay at Clarion Pointe Milwaukee again.

Peter (8/5): - This is a clean, well run property next to the airport, perfect for a reasonably priced overnight stay before a flight or upon late arrival to Milwaukee. Our King bed room was small, but everything we needed was there. We did not hear airport noise. The complimentary breakfast was skimpy on choices, but offered some of the usual: cereal, instant oatmeal, oranges, waffles. No bread options. There are restaurants within walking distance. Two minor negatives about the room: the super loud flush of the toilet and position of the vanity ensures that your roommate will awaken when you get up. The toilet has no lid, the towels are positioned on a shelf above it that is too high for a short person to reach. Knocking them down to access is not an option!
Trevor (8/5): - No complaints really...it serves the purpose of providing a clean and relatively quiet place to sleep and relax. The breakfast was limited to waffle, toast and cereal (no protein, unfortunately), but they had coffee and tea also. There's a Denny's nearby, so that was ok. Overall a nice place to stay and happy with my visit.

Verified traveler (6/5): don't expect room service - Our room smelled like paint because they just opened that wing after renovation.We were there for 4 days and trash and towels did not picked up even after we asked for them.We had to get towels ourselves from the front desk guy after we got in at night. There were other people who left trash outside their door because it wasn't picked up and even that sat there for 2 days at least. They did make the bed and I "assume" gave us new sheets but didnt bother to take out trash or towels while they were in the room. The place was clean enough but it has just been renovated so who knows what it looked like before or what it will look like in the future. There was also dust on our table when we got there and when we left.We may have even been the first people to stay in that room consideri ng it smelled like paint and there was a sign at the end of the hall saying this section closed that had not been taken down yet.
