• Ksenia (7/5): - Clean in the room, cozy. Close to famous places. There are also restaurants on the street where you can have a delicious meal. The bathroom looks abandoned, some things already need to be either replaced or repaired. There is also a lot of dust, even on the hair dryer there is dust and someone's hair. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, we did not find information in the number for connecting Wi-Fi. And the code with the password, which is printed on a piece of paper and is located at the registration desk, did not fit. Regarding car parking: if you position yourself as a hotel that has a parking lot, then please make sure that the entrance to your packing garage is not blocked by someone's car (for example, you can watch the cameras as soon as this happens, and prohibit the person from parking). I had to look for where to park my car + pay for its parking. (i.e. doubly).

• Ivaylo (6/5): It is not a bad hotel, but good luck with the staff at the reception. - The hotel is a walking distance away from the Expo. There are enough restaurants and bars in the area. The included parking might be a nice extra, IF you get a parking spot. The gentlemen at the reception was extremely unfriendly. Few days before arriving I have asked for a parking space, is was said they are not guaranteed - fine. When I arrived I have asked if there is a free parking space for me. The gentlemen said, he will check after I check-in, there were too many guests who arrived with cars, so he was not sure. In case of unavailability, he said I have to care for my parking alone. And that he will tell me if there is a free spot for me AFTER I pay the room price. On top of everything the asked room prive was 25% higher then in the booking reservation. He also suggested, that if I do not agree, he cancells my reservation. There were other hotel guest there, who withnessed it. the gentmemen at the reception made the checkin really unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. It felt as an extorsion. So I paid, with the outlook of having a dispute afterwards. When I entered the parking/iner yard I was astonished. It was completely empty - 12 ot of 12 parking spaces free! In the covered areas 3 out of 6 spaces were free. And the security cameras were covering the area. So, I really could not understand the reason for the non-supportinve approach. On the other hand, the next days the two ladies at the reception were absolutely professional. Thanks to them I am not giving the worst score to the hotel.

• Johan (3/5): Slecht - De locatie was oké omdat de tram om de hoek zat Veel te kleine kamers. Bed van 1,40x200. Verouderd. Badkamer is geen badkamer te noemen. Overal in het hotel tapijt die vol met vlekken zaten. Neem je eigen kussen mee want dit is gewoon een plat hoeslaken waar je op ligt. Ontbijt zeer eenvoudig.

• Emilie (4/5): Très décevant au vu du prix. - Chambre petite et pas propre. Mur extrêmement fins, on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans les autres chambres. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et des produits pas frais (pains) alors qu'il y a une boulangerie à proximité. Le bruit constant du à l'épaisseur des murs. Le personnel n'était pas des plus sympathiques avec des remarques parfois déplacées de la part d'un des réceptionnistes.

Zou het niet snel aan iemand aanraden - Personeel was aardig Bij aankomt niet bereikbaar ivm afgesloten wegen finale voetbal in het stadion tegen over het hotel Ontbijt inbegrepen maar was echt heel slecht bij aankomst was alles al op maar werd niet bij gevuld. Geheel was erg rommelig en ongeorganiseerd. Dit gemeld maar na 30 minuten wachten nog niks. Passen voor de deur werkten heel slecht daardoor we steeds terug naar de receptie moesten en soms lang moesten wachten voor we geholpen werden

• Andrea (6/5): Für eine Nacht super - Es war Sauber. Verkersanbindung in die Stadt mit Tram direkt vor der Tür. Für eine Nacht super. Frühstückseier konnte man sich selber machen. Zimmer sehr, sehr eng. Kein Schrank. Kein "Bitte nicht Stören- Schild". Kein Safe. Frühstück keine Auswahl. Nur ein Käse und immer der gleiche. Zwei Kochschinken eine Lebererwurst, das war's. Wir waren drei mal frühstücken. Wurde nichts nachgefüllt. Personal praktisch nicht vorhanden.

• Matteo (8/5): Perfekte Lage für Konzertbesucher – ING Arena - Perfekte Lage für Konzertbesucher. Wir haben das Hotel für ein Konzert in der ING Arena gebucht und die Lage war dafür ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich e der Parkplatz sehr praktisch. Absolut empfehlenswert für diesen Zweck. Die Badezimmer waren ziemlich klein und ohne Toilettenbürste.

• Schnieder (8/5): - Ideal für einen Besuch in Brüssel !! Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Min. am Atomium und in 2 Min. an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, mit der man preisgünstig in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Innenhof, in dem das Auto sicher stehen kann.

• Sasa (6/5): - De kamer was zeer geluiddicht, bedden waren goed. Lekkere en goede koffie bij het ontbijt. Kleine kamer zonder een makkelijke stoel. Krappe badkamer. Ontbijt was voor de prijs van 13 euro pp karig. Een soort kaas, geen roomboter, geen joghurt.

• Nolet (2/5): Bien dommage - L'emplacement et le parking Tout. La chambre minimaliste et obsolète. Le petit déjeuner ! Un vrai sketch ! Des œufs crus mais rien pour les cuire ! De l'eau froide dans le cuiseur... Un bain marie chaud mais avec juste 4 pauvres tranches de lard dedans et des bacs vide.. Des pommes pourries dans le panier de fruits. 4 tranches de fromage et 8 demi de jambon ... Nous étions une bonne quinzaine a déjeuner ce jour la. 5 petits croissant et 2 pains au chocolat pour tout le monde et j'en passe.! Et pour couronner le tout le personnel qui venait voir mais ne bougeait pas le petit doigt ! Bref on cherchait la caméra ! Dommage car nous étions venu pour un concert et l'emplacement et le parking sont un réel atouts !

• Elise (8/5): - J'ai adoré la proximité de l'hôtel par rapport à l'ING Arena. On se trouve à proximité d'une bouche de metro pour s'y rendre mais il est également possible de s'y rendre à pied. Possibilité également de manger à proximité (très chouette brasserie) Les portes sont relativement fines et les murs peu épais, on entend donc nos voisins de chambre mais cela reste correct.

• Sarah (7/5): - Proche de la salle ing Arena, bien placé La chambre est confortable, petite mais suffisant pour une ou deux nuit On trouve de la place pour se garer dans la rue, l’emplacement est top Il y avait des serviettes utilisés au sol dans la salle de bain qui n’ont pas été enlevés.. nous avions exprès pris deux nuits pour éviter de quitter la chambre à midi le premier jour et nous avons pas trop apprécié l’accueil en donnant la carte pour partir le soir, on nous a dû se justifier de pourquoi on partait déjà le soir et non le lendemain matin, la dame n’étais pas très sympa, un peu antipathique

• Diane (6/5): Matige ervaring - We hadden een evenement in de ING arena, vanaf het hotel was dat op redelijke loopafstand. Ontbijt was op zich prima. Parkeren was goed geregeld. Helaas geen laadstation Voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald vonden wij het een erg sobere kamer. Hele kleine badkamer, geen minibar oid om drinken koel te houden, vies verduisterend rolgordijn en enorm gehorig. Mensen op de gang die praten, de tv van de naastgelegen kamer.....

• Kathussia (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. - Nothing, the worse experience ever. Worst stay of my life. Three different rooms—every single one filthy. Hair on the beds, dirty bathroom, crumbs everywhere. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was refused with a weak excuse because it was Sunday. I felt trapped and forced to stay just to avoid losing my money. Barely slept. No response from management the next day. No apology, no accountability—just total indifference. Disgusting, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They simply do not care. Avoid this place at all costs.
