Logo que você chega leva um susto com a fachada achando que foi enganada, já que está é bem antiga e velha, mas já na recepção percebe que é só a fachada mesmo. Reservei o quarto mais simples já que iria ficar apenas uma noite. Das 5 cidades que passei, sem dúvidas este tinha o melhor chuveiro, chuveiro com alta pressão, lava até a alma haha. Assim como todos os hotéis na Tailandia, sempre tem água de cortesia e alguns cafés e chás. Cama boa. Bem localizado, bem próximo, à famosa khaosan road, só virar a esquina e isso não foi um problema, não tivemos problemas com o barulho. Isolamento acústico ótimo. Possui elevador, fiquei no 3 andar. Café da manhã não está incluso, não provei e não tenho como avaliar.

• Clare (8/5): Great service on Khaosan's doorstep! - This hotel was ideal for our two night stay in Bangkok; just around the corner from Khaosan and it's many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room which was a good size and had a large window letting in lots of natural light (not a great view but nothing less than expected in the middle of Bangkok!). The manager was extremely friendly and encouraged us to provide lots of feedback; if we had one gripe it would be the fact that there was a kettle in the room but no mugs/teabags, etc. We fed this back to the manager and we felt that he took this on board positively and appreciated our comments. Overall the room was great; we had plenty of sleep, felt rested after our long journey from the UK and ready to move on to our next destination.

• Tamie (8/5): 喧騒の中　落ちつけるホテル　 - 2015年3月20日、3月26日から28日まで宿泊しました。からカオサンロードの横にあります。夜中まで賑やかです。最初の晩、タクシードライバーにぼられました。ホテルのスッタフに話すとまず運転手の写真を撮ること、ナンバーをひかえることなど親身になって話をしてくれました。タイの人すべてが悪いわけではないと話してくれました。子どもがトイレを詰まらせたり、領収証がほしい等のお願いを嫌な顔一つせず引き受けてくれました。チップは受け取ってもらえませんでした。仕事だからと・・・他のホテルより親切だと思います。ホテルに対して安心できるホテルだと思いました。 ＊カオサンロードの中のセブンイレブンはぼります。買い物の後50バーツ付け加えて請求します。買い物の際はある程度概算されることをお勧めします。 They treat us as guest ,kindness.Staff are so kind ,all of thing.They solve problems as them duty.They never have taken tip.I am appreciate all of staff's service.
• Guanglai (8/5): 交通便利，服务不错 - 地理位置非常好，到N13码头、考山路、大皇宫都不远，离夜市更是近。服务也不错。 唯一是我们订的没有窗户的房间，个人不习惯，觉得喘不过气来，建议如果小孩和老人还是住有窗户的房间吧
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel sehr Zentral - Ich würde dieses Hotel aufjedenfall wieder buchen. Sehr Zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zimmer war sehr sauber von der größe ganz in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster was ich nicht schlimm fand. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Pool im Schwester Hottel Boddy Lodge durfte man mitnutzen war sehr schön und erfrischend. Das Schwesterhotel war ca. 10 min vom Hotel entfernt und sehr sauber.

• Dora (8/5): Nice budget hotel near hustle and bustle - I stayed here for a couple nights on my own to explore Bangkok after having been at a mid-range hotel for work the week before, and I can say it wasn't too far off from the other place. I had a standard (windowless) room, so I expected it to be really quiet, but I could pretty clearly hear the nightly Thai traditional dance put on at Tom Yum Kung restaurant directly behind the hotel. I had to sleep with earplugs in. However, for how close this is to Khao San Road, it is remarkably quiet within the hotel. My one other complaint is that the pillows were so incredibly high that I actually had to sleep without a pillow (which is weird, because usually hotel pillows are like flat pancakes). I saw a couple small bugs scurry across the bathroom sink one night, but I didn't see any by my bed- and I knew that this would be a possibility because of the area I stayed in. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, helped me with getting to the airport, and came to my room within 5 minutes when I couldn't figure out my A/C unit. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place that's super close to the main temples and within the backpacker scene without being too rowdy, this is definitely a good choice.

• angie (6/5): I'm not a vampire - The staff were really nice and accommodating. The place is obviously all cement but its nicely done. I thought I would be ok without windows as I had read all of the reviews. But it turns out that being a part if the outside world is important to me. I wanted to see the sun in the morning and at night when I was too tired (bad jet lag this trip) to be outside it would have been nice to open the window to see or hear or even smell Bangkok. I'm a solo traveller and it would have been nice to have a gathering place - restaurant, bar, pool, etc...

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, dark room - The location of this hotel is ideal; right next to Khao San but far enough away from the noise. Markets on one side and temples on the other. Our room had no windows and also had a busted lighbulb which we couldnt be bothered to fix, but overall it was pretty good for the price we paid. Would recommend.

The circle is just next door but beware of the circular road, they won't stop so when crossing the street, you run..with your life! Close to river and grand palaces say this hotel is 4 out of 5
• Simmerdown (8/5): Price sensitive acceptable accommodation - Fine for younger people looking to take advantage of the locations nightlife. Nothing special, nothing awful and certainly not overpriced.
• Rigsez (8/5): Excellent location - Room had modern feel. Air con was excellent. Reception was always friendly and pleasant (I really appreciate this - makes a big difference). Only minor issue is the place needed a bit of a clean in an overall sense - but I only say this as friendly advice - not really a problem. The location was incredible - walk out the back exit and you are on Kao San Road. If you are new to the area I encourage you to go exploring - there are many great things to discover in every direction!

• Tobias & Olivia (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - We definitely enjoyed our stay at Buddy Boutique. The hotel is still fairly new and thus, rooms are in good condition. The double bed was big and comfy. The room had no window, which is actually ok, as the outside is hot, dirty and loud and you wouldn't want to open a window even if you had one. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Probably the best feature of the hotel, though, is its location, right at the corner of Khao San Road with all it's market stalls, shops, bars and restaurant. We did most of the sightseeing in the old town of Bangkok on foot (Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Dusit Park). From the airport we reached the hotel by the Airport Express Train and a Taxi from the train station (insist on a metered Taxi). On the way back we took a Minibus transfer that leaves every hour from right outside the hotel for THB130.
• Mark (10/5): Nice hotel ideally situated - stayed here october 2012 and will be staying again june 2013, nice hotel tucked a few metres into a passage way from khao san rd, a great place to start a holiday, rooms are very clean, comfortable bed slept well and although its just a few steps away from all the action i did not find it too noisey.
• Tania M (8/5): Pleasant stay! - Stayed in room 603 I was looking foward to this hotel since this was my second time visiting bangkok, it is Located in the heart of Khaosan road with clean rooms. and within walking distance to all the sights, hotel is located in one of the oldest sections of bangkok. At first I was dissapointed that I had recieved a room with no windows because when I tried to book I was shown a superior room with windows. I later realised that this was a blessing in disguise!!! this room with no windows, after all the relentless music and crazy atmoshphere of Khaosan it became my private sanctuary of peace, and quiet due to no windows it became soundproof. I highly reccomend staying here. It was clean, conviently located and stylish. the Buddy group owns more properties which I will stay in the future. There was much more to this story and experience because of the wonderful staff and management. words can not express my gratitude and happiness. I look foward to returning and rebooking this hotel. THANK YOU Buddy Boutique Inn!! Tip.. skip the fancy resteraunts and check out the neighboorhood for street vendors very delicious!!!

• Lena (8/5): Great hotel in the heart of the city - The hotel is located right on Khao San road, which is a perfect area, if you want to go sightseeing, but also has all the great shopping, dining and party places nearby. Unlike most hotels on Khao San, this one you can actually sleep in. They also have another hotel from their group about a block away, so you can use their gym and pool for a small fee. Palace and Wat Pra Kheo are within walking distance, and the rest of the places can be explored by boat. About 5-7 min to get to the boat station from the hotel and for 15B (.50c) you can get anywhere you want. Great new place overall

• Law (10/5): A getaway from the usual shopping district - A place to go stay when you would like to experience the other side of bangkok..... the room are spacious, clean. Althou the tv channel are limited but the hotel offer in-room dvd player. The wireless service was not functioning well, but problem are resolve once the issues are made known to the hotel staff. Like the hotel lobby and the location. Just 2 minutes away from police station, hence making it easily spotted. There is also a express airport transfer service right outside the hotel at the cost of 130Baht per person, which is cheaper compare to the taxi.

• matt bayer (10/5): a nice alternative on khaosan road - We spent a few days at buddy boutique and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was small but not too small. We never felt cramped. Our towels were folded in the shape of elephants which was a nice touch. My favorite part was that the whole hotel is exposed concrete. It gives it a different feel. The only negative is that there are clubs right there and they play loud music until 6 in the morning
