Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable - The checking in process is not as handicap accessible as the listing makes it seem. Once you are checked-in, you can always take the other door(a public door) to access the elevator. Room was comfy but hot (August), staff was nice. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Jacqueline (10/5): - Hotel was a great stay overall. Upon initial arrival, the hotel was a bit hard to find (look for “Hotel 41” sign) and it stated there was parking at available but it was full. We parked at the parking garage by Aldis and it was 20 euros for 24 hours. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. The old town of Heidelberg was beautiful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Aynı zamanda konumu gayet iyiydi. Otelde çalışan personeller de çok ilgililerdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz..

Heidi (10/5): - Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were comfy & bright. We drove there in our own car, and I’d recommend you drop off someone from your group to go fetch a garage key and map from the hotel staff before trying to park in the dedicated hotel parking area.

The walkout sliding doors were amazing and the hotel was in great condition. We did not try the breakfast options as we would walk into town or stop at the baker.

Die einzige Sache die ich beanstande ist das meiner Meinung nach bei der Buchung der Junior Suite für 280€ die Nacht das schnelle Internet (5€ extra pro Tag) inklusive sein sollte.
Brad (10/5): Wonderful place, like new - Seems to have been renovated given that some of the photos online are rather old, this place is anything but, it is very new and was possibly one of the nicest places we stayed while in Europe for 5 weeks. Its very green and new age but all the creature comforts are there, large bath, excellent shower, view from the window with a great design and nice little cafe downstairs.
Liz (10/5): Lovely Heidelberg Hotel - Really nice staff, and excellent accommodations. They were also very flexible about a later check-out time. Wi-fi is reasonably priced at 9 Euros per 24 hours.
