- Rachel (4/5): - Some of the rooms with a view do not match what is advertised. The rooms flooring feels very cheap, and they do not change your sheets when they clean the rooms.
- Stephanie (6/5): - We previously stayed here in 2018 and it was great, the wine and cheese hour was fabulous but this round was very disappointing. Staff was a bit sterile this go around and we got put into the basement which was very noisy as we heard the subway and even staff early in the AM. It was easy to catch public transportation from the hotel but overall would suggest picking a different hotel if budget allows.
- Michael (6/5): - Perfect location to get around london right outside old street station, plenty food around hotel too! Room was clean, on the small side but ideal for a solo trip but also acceptable for a couple trip providing you dont mind having not much room to walk around. This is based on the room without a window. It had air-conditioning but it wasn't that great/powerful so didnt seem to make much of a difference. Room was quiet but occasionally could hear the underground but wasn't too excessive. Its really ideal if its just somewhere to put your head for the night but not if you were going to be staying in the room for long periods or having to take awhile to get ready to go out.

- Robert (4/5): Worst Night Sleep Ever - The room was very noisy with a water system for the air con for the hotel constantly filling. the basement room is also close to the main Old Street underground which can be heard clearly. IMO this should not be a bedroom

- MARTIN (4/5): Poor overall - I noticed a mistake with my booking dates and contacted them immediately after booking (weeks before my stay) but there was nothing they would do to support. This is worse than the service offered by notoriously low-service airline Ryanair. The room I'd paid extra for 'with a window' was underground with the window blocked out by a smoking shelter or similar. The air conditioning was very noisy and kept waking me up through the night. The window blind was broken. I was moved to another room for my second night which was much nicer and in better condition. I've stayed here before but this experience was poor overall.
- Tahsin Kerim (10/5): - I stayed at the windowless room. I was a bit apprehensive at first but it ended up being a very comfortable stay. If anything it was a quiet cocoon in the middle of the bustling city. The staff should also be commended for their hospitality

- Cameron (4/5): Pay a little extra for something way better - If you are like me then after a long day of travel you want a clean comfy bed and a hot shower. This is not the place. The shower was warm at best. the shower floor felt mushy? As if water had gotten under there and rotted everything away. The headboard of the bed had a lot of noticeable stains (I don’t even want to know what from) and the bed wasn’t even comfortable. You can’t lay in the center, it’s raised up form just the center, so it’s constantly tying to role you offf.

Her advise about transportation, shopping and taking the train everywhere I wanted to go, were excellent. I certainly will return in the future. Thank you.
- Wayne (10/5): Value for money. - We had a lovely stay, the bed was very comfortable and their amenities were very good as well. very close to the tube station and great bus services.
- Artan (4/5): - The first and the most important thing i t was the toilet inside the room, everything from the restroom ( smelling, noises etc) comes in the room. A shy person can’t choose that room style or even to visit that toilet. Also the room doesn’t have fridge and wardrobe too ( only some hangers ( modern screw)in the side of the room. No fresh air at all ( the window was locked)

Room was tiny which we expected but the bathroom has only a glass partition and even though it looks like frosted glass its completely see through so you can see the other person on the toilet! Most off putting and wouldnt consider staying again purely because i like a little more privacy

I would not recommend booking the room without a window either as it is very intense and with the train noise it heightens this claustrophobia but the room was clean and has everything. - Riste (6/5): - The purpose of your stay will determine how good this hotel is for you. If you are doing a short stay as a single person and want to save money, do it. Otherwise, it’ll be very uncomfortable for anyone else. The rooms are tiny, the ac worked half the time, there wasn’t much room to store stuff, and the tiny sink made doing hair/makeup nearly impossible.

- Greg (6/5): 2 issues marred an other good stay - It’s in a decent central location and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and big TV with good range of channels. It’s a very compact room but no issue for me as I was on my own. The room had air-con but it was very weak, and with no windows / other ventilation it made it difficult to sleep. The shower was good pressure but the water had an odd smell which wasn’t pleasant.

- Jonathan (4/5): Absolute basics but good location and price - Simple rooms with all necessary amenities. I appreciated the tea/coffee/water set up, it was great. However, I was put in a stuffy basement room which shook every time a train passed on the Northern line. It was loud and uncomfortable.
- Edward (6/5): - The entire non-smoking hotel reeks of smoke. The carpets throughout are filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no top sheet so you had to sleep with the hotel comforter directly on you. The floor in my room had soft spots from prior water intrusion from the bathroom.

- Sandra (4/5): Not great - I booked a room without a window so that was as expected. However there was a constant hum of an extractor fan which kept me awake even wearing earplugs. Flush on the loo wasn’t great. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Jordan (8/5): Clean and well located, but small Rooms - It had everything we needed, but the double room was very small, we are both quite small people and we had to get ready in turns, with one waiting in the lobby. If you want to use the loo in the night, you need to climb over your partner and avoid the steel column in the room. It is well located, clean and great service though

Found the room being really nice and clean, front desk employees: Marija and Alena making the room available early made my stay enjoyable and definitely I will stay here again. Saturday afternoon with different kind of cheese and wine was a nice surprise.

- Sherry-Lynn (10/5): - Fab little budget hotel, a convenient 5 minute walk from Old Street tube. The windowless room we had was very warm though, even though the air con was set at 18’C. Otherwise highly recommended, friendly helpful staff who didn’t mind us having a late drink after a concert we went to. The windowless room was a similar design to Bloc or Yotel. Thumbs up and will stay again.
