I would let people know that shower gel and shampoo are provided to save people packing any. There weren’t enough lockers in the neighbouring property so would suggest adding more. I know there were some elsewhere but it was inconvenient.

• Iryna (10/5): Un séjour confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. - Je me suis reposé avec les enfants et nous sommes tous très à l'aise. deux chambres, appartement très propre et confortable, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et encore plus. l'emplacement est également pratique, près du centre et près du métro, des cafés, des magasins. Je recommande ces appartements !

• Csicsi 71 (10/5): - Szép, tiszta igényes nagy apartman volt. 🥰 Kicsit izgultam, mert nekem bonyolult volt a regisztrálás. Fényképet küldeni, iratokkal igazolni magad, ami a biztonság miatt nem gond, csak egy idő után angolul kért mindent, szerencsére akivel utaztam tud angolul. 1héttel az utazás előtt, ha nem sikerül baj van, ha netán nem tudunk személyesen találkozni és fényképet küldeni magunkról. 1 nappal az utazás előtt kaptuk meg a lakás, kapu kódot. Ezzel sem volt gond, csak ha netán vmi nem sikerül várni kell, ezért hagytunk ki programot, és inkább mentünk a szállás rá, ami gyönyörű volt, a bejutással sem volt probléma.

Ideale per una famiglia anche perché posizionata in una zona centralissima di Barcellona, infatti parecchie attrazioni si possono visitare a piedi. Comunque la casa si trova anche a due passi dalla fermata della metro e bus.

We woke up one morning to a strong sewage smell so owners may want to check on that.

• Wim (8/5): Top locatie. - Top locatie. Overal dichtbij en gemakkelijk met diverse vervoermethodes te bereiken. Netjes en voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Mooi gerenoveerd pand. De gehorigheid was niet best. Alle geluiden van de bovenburen (wij hadden de beneden verdieping) waren te horen en dat was best storend. Ook de vaatwasser was niet erg stil en geen aanrader om in de nacht aan te zetten.

• Jon (8/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in L’Eixample. - Great, spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location. Once we had the right building, it was easy to get in with a code. It was very comfortable and well suited for a family. It was a little confusing to get in (with two buildings from the same company next to each other), and we didn’t understand at first that there is no reception so bags have to be stored in lockers on checkout day. In the end it all worked out fine.

Yo ya había estado aquí y si bien tuve problemas con la puerta y los códigos por problemas de su sitema impidiendo ingresar y esperar afuera lo tomé como algo al pasar y regresé vez mas (porque puede pasar) pero luego de dos años vuelve a pasar lo mismo, pero no solo no puedo ingresar, me dan un dia antes instruciones mal, el piso y apartamento y codigos incorrectos. El link no funcionaba Luego, lo esperado, con codigos y link "correctos" la puerta no abria. En fin si quieres disfrutar barcelona, mejor no vengas aqui, estaras llamando al telefono al customer service o pensando e la puerta en vez de disfrutar. Siento mucho comentar esto porque lo demas era perfecto.

• ناصر (9/5): تستحق التجربة - الموقع ممتاز قريب من محطة مترو ، قريب منه عدد من المطاعم والكوفيهات والبقالات قريب نوعا ما من ساحة كاتالونيا 20 دقيقة مشي تقريباً الشقة نظيفة ( غرفتين مساحتها ممتازة و صالة مرتبة ) وأمان في الدخول و الخروج صاحب الشقة متعاون و متجاوب معنا مشكلتها دورة مياه واحدة فقط تسجيل الدخول متأخر الساعه 4 مع انه تعاون معنا نوعا ما وجهز لنا الدخول الساعة 2:30 لكن في نظام الشقة يعتبر متأخر قليلاً

• Nina (10/5): Very clean room in a great location - Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping and metro stations. We could walk everywhere. It was nice to have a kitchen and a sitting room, and everything was very clean. We couldn't get the washing machine to work. When we arrived, the code to the elevator didn't work, so we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage.

• MARIANNA (10/5): - Everything was great! The apartment is next to many bus stops and just 100 meters from the metro station. There are two supermarkets one block away. You can find good food and nice places to drink on every nearby block. The rooms were really quiet, and the house had everything we needed — a cleaning kit with washing machine pods, a sponge, trash bags, as well as a coffee machine, tea bags, milk, and sugar. And the garden with the pool was so peaceful. It was just perfect!

• PING (1/5): The apartment was not as clean and nice as described, and the staff were not friendly. - Good location The apartment felt clean, but there were a number of issues. The washing machine was incredibly noisy, and the small room, with no windows and located near the elevator, made it impossible to rest during the day. There was a large bug inside. The microwave didn't work on our arrival day, and they couldn't fix it after three visits. The last time, they brought a small microwave (which was dusty and had crumbs inside). We had children and had to get an early flight that day. I texted and called multiple times to try to arrange an earlier check-in, but the responses were always robotic and impersonal, saying check-in would be at 4:00 at the latest because they needed to clean the room. I had seen they had rooms available, as the building was fully rented. The room wasn't as clean as they'd promised. The washing machine washed our towels, which were supposedly white, and they turned gray. Because we couldn't reach an early check-in date, I took my children to the nearby park. They told me we could check in at 3:00, but I never made it. The broken microwave kept us awake that afternoon. If you're traveling with children and large luggage, I really don't recommend this apartment. You can't walk ten minutes along a carved path with a child and a large piece of luggage to check in and then retrieve it. There's no way the child can take a nap.

• David (10/5): Great apartment, very convenient. We are completely satisfied. - Great location - all major attractions could are within one hor walk. Metro is in 20 m from the door. Very clean, big apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. There are at least 5–7 supermarkets around the apartment. Nice restaurant are located very close. Our flight was in the evening, so we needed a place to keep bags for a few hours, and this apartment doesn't have such option. This is the only thing that could be improved.
