• Evan (10/5): - My stay was very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. The staff was super friendly and very relaxed and I could come to them for anything if need be. I would gladly come back here anytime.. sooner rather then later.
• Stephen (4/5): - The room was not the cleanest and when we first walked into the room there were flies through the room? The pool had lots of bugs, leaves and dirt in it. We had to use the pool net to take the bugs etc out if it. All the outside wood chairs and tables were very old and broken and covered in bird crap. Really not worth $200 a night.

• Jaimie (6/5): - It was below my expectations for how much the room was. No dresser. Tv was mounted in awkward spot. Water ran hot cold in shower. Shower wouldn't drain. Lights blinked when ac was on.
• John (6/5): - Rooms can definitely use an update. Bathroom is very small. One of the handles on the shower is broken and no hot water in the sink. I turned the hot water on underneath, and it was pouring everywhere.
• Shane (4/5): - The property was not as promised and it caused a problem with our vacation plans. We chose to pay and extra $100 for this room instead of saving the money and staying at a motel near by because it had a washer and dryer . We were returning by car to our home province and felt the convenience of washing our clothes before we left would be very helpful. It also had a stovetop and a living room in a one bedroom suit. The housekeepers informed me they have ni suite no rooms with Kitchener’s and the staff leaves at 9:30 pm and return at 10pm it took 1 1/2 hours to have staff to respond attendance at 10pm. I made the choice to pay the deposit in cash to be sure I would get the entire amount back the fallowing day. The owner who was the person in charge that day told me to come back the next morn and I could get money then . I had no where to stay no friend or family who could put me up. I had no funds that were not allocated to another need in this nightmare vacation. I spent the night in the car and after some conversations I finally got my cash back .
• ATILLA (4/5): - This property is so old and never been renovated. All equipment are old and in stain. We could not stay here. Staff are all good people, however we are paying for a good vacation. The air ac was so loud and we had to left the motel since we could not slept.

• Amélie (4/5): Odeur de vieille clup dégeulasse - Super acceuil au depart ! Nous a meme permis darriver sur place un peu plus tot ! Des notre arrivée, la chambre avait une odeur de cigarette très forte. Je n'osais meme pas metre mon bébé par terre, tellement ce n'étais pas propre. Nous sommes donc partis a la plage, a pied ce qui etait l'idéal. Lorsque nous sommes revenus, l'air climatisé ne refroidissait meme la chambre et l'odeur de cigarette etait encore plus présente. Nous avons donc pris la decision de ne pas dormir sur place apres avoir déboursé plus de 150$. Lorsque jai indiquée a la dame que sa puait tellement et que je ne resterait pas dans un environnement comme celui la avec mes enfants, elle ma simplement dit que les clients fumaient dans les chambres. Pourtant leurs chambres indiquent non-smoking, mais bon. Donc sans excuse de leurs part, nous sommes repartis ! Est ce que je recommende : NON, a moins de vraiment pas être dédegneux.

Only downside was that the staff was not readily available on site, had to call them for everything and they would drive on site to handle the issues. Rooms were very outdated and musty. Bathroom direly needs renovations to update it and make it look cleaner. Otherwise great amenities like bbq and picnic tables on site.

Stained upholstery / stained carpet / no hot water at sink; called to let know and nothing done / no plug in sink / no one to check us in - had to call a number and wait for a person to arrive. A very old property. We booked for the pool and even it wasn't inviting.

Mais la chambre propre mais tellement pas propre aux niveaux du tapis ( tacher et super vieux ) À tout bout de champs le breaker sautais car on faisait fonctionner la cafetière ou autre ! Cafetière tellement pas propre j’ai dû la laver avant ! Douche en morceau et manque de rénovation , surtout pour le prix !! Car pas de femme de ménage compris dans leurs prix ! Propriétaire très accommodant et gentil !
• Michelle (6/5): - We stayed in this room and while the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, the room itself could really use some upgrades and a more thorough cleaning. The furniture and fixtures seem outdated, and some parts of the room felt worn down. There was noticeable dust in corners and a slight odor that made the space feel less fresh than expected. The TV remote is not working too. I hope they will make the room inspected and have it updated.

• RAWDI (2/5): - We arrived four hours before the check-in time. And the rooms were still not ready yet. They gave us an option for a townhouse steps away from the beach, but the townhouse was so dirty. We even saw mice poop on the bed on the bed sheet very very, very disappointed we had kids they start crying And the weather was cold. Very bad experience. I would never recommend this place.
• Diane (6/5): - Although clean, the motel was very dated in terms of furniture/beds. The one chair in the room was very uncomfortable. The bed was just ok in terms of comfort. The chairs outside the room would look cute with a fresh coat of paint. The lack of attention to simple details is unfortunate. It could be more amenable with a little attention. The staff I dealt with were very friendly.

Firstly, the carpet in the room was wet and had a strong, unpleasant moldy smell, which made it uncomfortable to be in the space and raised concerns about cleanliness and health. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, resulting in standing water while I was trying to take a shower, further diminishing my comfort during my stay. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it challenging to relax and sleep. I also faced a frustrating check-in process that took 45 minutes due to missing keys, which was particularly inconvenient after a long day of travel. Lastly, at 1 AM, I was disturbed by guests outside my room who were partying and making noise. This lack of consideration from other guests, combined with the earlier issues, made for a very unpleasant night.

• Rosemary (4/5): - When we arrived, no one was in the office (which it turns out is the norm). We called the emergency line and waited for them to arrive. Once they did, they couldn’t find a key that would work for our room. The maintenance man had to be called in to change the locks. The room was not clean (smelled of cigarettes, as well). The staff were very nice. They are working with a tough situation.
• Genevieve (4/5): Close to the beach, but not clean enough. - Dirty carpet, garbage from others pass visitors under the bed. No one was at the office when we left. The pool was not so bad, the ac worked but we had issues with the eletricity flashing a lot when using the microwave or other equipment.

Only thing I would love to see improved is parking, some families bring more than 1-2 vehicles which take up the limited spots. Would like to see that limited or provided with some sort of parking pass per unit for 1 vehicle per unit to guarantee spots for every unit.

• Randy (8/5): - The property was very dated. Our room AC had all the controls snapped off and didnot work. Got very cold at night and bed had only sheets! Froze to death!!!

Dirty, smells like cigarettes, arrived to check in on a Saturday of the long weekend no one was there in the office, after 5 mins a lady walked to me asked me if i needed to check in, pulled a key open one of the room said "oops" like someone else was there, called her boss then pulled out a different key and said "you are staying here i guess". Paid for 2 nights via expedia however on the morning of the second day a different lady knocked on the door and said that "we have you staying only 1 night I am going to need youe information". I pulled my phone showed her my email confirmation with expedia of 2 night and she said "please send to my boss". Been traveling for over 25 years and this was frankly one of worst stays. Website said pool was open however water was dirty and definitely not in services. If you are only going there to sleep and a quick shower then spend your money there otherwise you should choose another hotel.
