- Egan (2/5): - They charged my credit card $100 for incidentals and claimed to send a refund at checkout. I called 2 weeks after my stay to inquire about the refund and they claimed it was completed, but my credit card company had no record of the credit. I called again 3 weeks later, and the front desk "assured" me that the $100 credit was applied. So I asked for proof of the credit, either a transaction number (which they said they didn't have access to) or a screenshot of their system that shows a credit back to my creditcard account. I gave them my email address and the employee said it was emailed to me; nothing. I verified my email address spelling and they said it was sent, I asked them to stay on the line with me while I refresh my inbox and checked my spam folder and still nothing. I haven't received any type of proof of the $100 credit and before I could ask anything else, the employee hung up on me. These people are either highly incompetent, or they're running a scam.

Rang the ring doorbell was advised that the person would be with us shortly that they were checking in someone at their sister hotel and it would take approximately 5 to 10 minutes. At least 25 minutes later we got buzzed into the building and it is actually someone that is checking you in virtually. The person was actually very friendly. It was the first time checking in on a zoom call the computer issues, keys, and the Wi-Fi code. The first room we were assigned was dirty. My friend got her hand stained from the dirty desk and there were dirty rags in the bathroom. We changed rooms that room was clean. If you need to call the front desk or go to the front desk there is no human it is someone virtually the entire time which was not disclosed when we checked in or book the room. The only humans that we saw were the next day that were cleaning the rooms. The area is not great. It is right next to a Chevron station and there seem to be a lot of unsavory characters hanging out around there. It is not a property that I can recommend. It’s not the worst motel I’ve ever stated in my life, but not one that I’m eager to go back to.

Coffee and pancakes had run out, and there was only one staff member handling everything from cooking to refilling food. He seemed more focused on asking guests which room they were coming from rather than keeping up with breakfast service. Additionally, the floors in the breakfast area were sticky, likely due to the staff shortage and difficulty maintaining everything with only one person working. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

They were not concerned since we were about to check out. We couldn’t leave fast enough. Towels were stained and a little threadbare. The virtual check in was weird. Still waiting to hear a response from the hotel about what they can do for us.

We arrived late and just needed a clean, safe place to sleep, and it met our expectations. We booked a room with two queen beds — it was clean, tidy, and stocked with all the essentials like towels and toiletries. The main downside was the bathroom ventilation — the fan didn’t work well, which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was fine for a short stay.

No one in the breakfast area for help no matter how long, loud or number of times you pound on the kitchen door no one answers. The e chargers did not work...we tried 3 of them.

- Stephanie (2/5): - No elevator, no maid service, robot check in and check out. Stairs were not well maintained, furniture in room had seen better days. The breakfast was sad.
- ricardo (4/5): NO POOL - We payed a bit extra to stay here because they advertise that they have a pool. Sadly upon arrival we noticed that the pool was emptied and closed. No one informed us beforehand and the pool was not listed as closed.
- Emily (4/5): - Very limited parking especially for anything that is somewhat tall.
- Rocio (6/5): I won’t say again. - It looks like this Inn recently change to a Ramada franchise, not up to Ramada standards yet. The breakfast was not good. Cold eggs, and cold pancakes. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable.
- Rachel (8/5): - It was nice but short, would have liked to check out but no one was available at the kiosk waited for 20 min at the front desk to get a receipt but no one ever came.
- David (2/5): Couldn’t pay me to stay there again! - Horrible check-in procedures. The talking head on the screen was useless. I don’t see why there was need to check-in online and then again at the location. It seems like they needed unnecessary information (probably for marketing). Why would and app ask you to leave tips for staff before you have even gotten to the hotel. Very poor look! Rooms look they could use a make over. You see holes in the walls. Ice machine on second floor broken for some time. Filthy and disgusting. Since saying out of order but no direction to ice machine. Cover or remove the filthy eyesore. Last of all. Ready to get on the road. Stop in for the complimentary breakfast. After getting a cup of 40-45 degrees juice from the refrigerated dispenser and the attendant acting like this was perfectly acceptable. It was time to hit the road. Can get better service at a gas station.

- Michael (4/5): I wouldn’t come back. - The hotel is basic and dated The walls are so thin you hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. Breakfast is awful, just awful.

- Todd (8/5): - You could not turn on the shower. Something wrong with it. You had to check in with a Kisok, a live person somewhere else in the world. The speakers were so bad and cracking, you could not hear what she was saying. Took 3 times as long, as she had to yell out what she was talking about. It was awful.

- Thomas (2/5): - Staff was rude. Then, a hold was placed on account that was not returned as promised. Property will scam you for your money. Charged me for room 3 times after prepaying on expedia. I am suing!
- Judy (8/5): - It seems as though everything is done online or remotely. The accomodations were acceptable for a short stay considering the cost. The continental breakfast was adequate but certainly nothing special.
- Yue (6/5): - Asked for extra towels and the person helping was complaining about giving me 2 more extra towels . With an attitude, he stated “there is already 3 towels each room”. When you have a total of 4 people staying in a room, 3 towels will not be enough. I asked for 2 more and was given an attitude. This is just pure laziness and bad customer service. The rooms were decent. Hair dryer did not work, but since I only stayed one night, I was fine with not using the hairdryer.
