• Nono (2/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND - Nothing I dont even know where to start with this property, there were soooo many issues. We got there, there were mouldy dishes in the dishwasher, the unit hadnt been cleaned the couch area was filthy, cupboards had excess dust, mould in the showers, pool wasnt clean, there were 3 glasses + plates for 8 people, sliding doors didnt lock (bare in mind there is a forest situation next to the house and we couldnt lock the doors for approx 4 days, anxiety levels were very high for 4 days), between 8 guests there was 1 remote until we requested another. We had a security issue happen well on the property at 3am. There is NO TV, NO BACKUP POWER.. And the owner really doesnt care about the experience that the guests have. The fourth bedroom is literally a dungeon outside the house and theres a forest opposite this room where we had the security issue. We were at this property for 11 days and honestly the worst stay iv experienced in CPT, i personally do not recommend this property unless youre really desperate as we were. The Host agency initially tried to assist us as best they could but once we started mentioning several issues with the property they just fell off the boat and didnt attend to our needs. Their helper used our products that we as guests bought almost finishing them in one clean, we complained and they said they would replace them and they never did. ANOTHER THING TO NOTE IF YOU DO DECIDE TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY... It literally doesnt come with anything, the houses iv stayed in before come with basics such has hand soaps and this one didnt so ensure you have done your groceries before arriving otherwise you cant even wash your hands. Honestly, this property was just a nightmare for us and for the amount paid, its really not worth the drama of going back and forth with the host and the owner for really basic things.

• Stanley (8/5): Very good - The place was homely and great ocean views. I would book it again if we are looking for a 3 bed place. The so called fourth bedroom is really not upto the standard, it id located at a separate section of the house outside. It is not homely at all and i wish tbe property advertisers can be clear about this. I will never book the place if we need a 4 bedroom place.
• Yolanda (1/5): Horrible - . The house was not clean, there was food in the oven and the bins in the bathroom was not cleaned. To a point where I told the manager and was informed that he will send a cleaner but never did. We were not informed beforehand that electricity needs to be bought by us and that the cleaner we need to pay for them to come. We only spend one night and the other days we booked for we went to another place

• Gwenael (7/5): Good house in a good location , 3 bedroom + 1 detached - Great location , spacious house, beautiful upstairs and sea view. A nice modern house as long as you are in the main building bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is downstairs outside , kind of a basement bedroom with no security whatsoever. We didn’t feel safe sleeping there . Also it has no wardrobe, no storage space , no toilet bin , not an actual bathroom but just a sink (without a shelf or storage) and a shower. We were told on day 1 that the main door doesn’t work so we have to enter the house through the garage, which is already not very nice but also every time the electricity went off, we could not open the garage door so we had to climb the garden gate to enter the house … image girls in dress and high heels in the dark doing that … also there is a weird way for the electricity and we have to text the agency to get a code where we run out … very strange. Finally no alarm system in the house , and everyone from outside can enter via the garden and the pool area as that door also didn’t work. We hoped camps bay was very safe as the house itself doesn’t feel secured.

• Phethani (7/5): It was peaceful and very specious - The views, pool, scenery, games provided. The showed were very clean. One could hesitate to step on the shower tiles. A few facilities were broken
• Abongwe (9/5): Highly Recommend!!! - The property was just as the pictures. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Our property manager, Tania, was the highlight of our stay. She was always available and made sure she we had everything we need to enjoy our stay The WiFi was unavailable on some mornings
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Charmaine the host was always on standby to help with any queries. Space was really nice and felt homely Electricity is on a meter, and sometimes cut out (not load shedding). However Charmaine ensured we were up and running within a decent time frame.

• Marubini (10/5): A thoroughly enjoyable stay, highly recommended - Modern and spacious, was easy to live in and comfortable after a long day at work. Entry and exit could be better. Some back up for load shedding could improve.
