• Anton (5/5): Great view but Poor Value for money - Excellent and superfast internet. Lifts reliable. Towels were excellent. Brilliant view from patio watching ocean and seafront activity. Bathrooms clean. Ample storage. Dedicated garage Poor state of repair. Apartment once well designed but now very tired. We booked as photos made apartment looked perfect. 2nd bedroom not useful for any form of sleep due to nightclubs from Thursday to Monday AM. So many broken off cupboard door knobs throughout apartment Main issue was with Terrible customer service from managing agent Host Agents. Dishwasher unusable as bottom rack completely rusted through. Revolting and they would not have that in their own house. Host Agents Reservation Manager’s email response was indifferent and no other guest complained. We chased a week later to enquire when dishwasher will be repaired. Still awaiting a reply.

• Kyle (8/5): Very good - This is a really great place to stay! The location is so convenient and the gated parking is great. Being on the eighth floor the view of Table Mountain is absolutely incredible! A quick walk across the road and you're on the beach which is perfect. The apartment has everything we needed. The internet was fast and didn't go off during load shedding which was a bonus! Some areas are looking a little tired and could do with a little touch up, but nothing too much to complain about as this stay is great value. You do get some noise on busy evenings, particularly in the back room as you can hear music from the nearby bars but that is to be expected in such a central location.

• Albertus (8/5): Very good - Beautiful setting and magnificent views Blocked drain - main bathroom shower seemed to be blocked as water did not drain and you stood ankle deep in water. Did engaged with management company - tried 3 times to look at problem but we were at Coal Indaba so it was very difficult for him to fix it and we really appreciate his effort in trying to fix the problem. Always answered my text messages promptly. Appreciate that.

• Sherone (9/5): Superb - Loved that the shopping, entertainment, restaurants and local bus route are walking distance. To top it all off the uninterrupted view is breathtaking! Will definitely be back.
• Linda (9/5): Breathtaking views from the main bedroom, living room and veranda. - The location was excellent and close to all indemnities and the view is breathtaking. The small table on the veranda was broken and the veranda is a bit small for a BBQ. The unit can do with a tumble dryer, since the sheets and towels are not replaced during the stay.
• Annestatia (8/5): Mini breakaway - The beach views, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the lounge all were identical to the photos!! Felt very relaxed and enjoyed every moment of this unit! 😌 No bathroom mats, no braai stand. But I did buy one and have left it for future guests to make use of.
