- GABRIELLA (7/5): Viene meno la tipica accoglienza dell’Emilia Romagna. Peccato davvero!😟 - La posizione. La colazione. In reception un ragazzo che a stento capisce e parla italiano. Camera priva di aria condizionata. Assenza di prese elettriche accanto al letto o comunque sia comode, per poter ricaricare vari accessori. Illuminazione scarsa, soprattutto in bagno. Doccia di dimensioni ridotte ( molto ridotte). Tv piccola e molto scomoda da guardare dal letto, sovrastata dalla tenda della camera. Dimensioni camera davvero risicate. Al check out il ragazzo in reception mi dice che lui non ha il numero dei taxi 🤨. davvero?

Cena enorme e buonissima a un prezzo imbattibile ! Colazione top! L’hotel è un po’ vecchiotto ma con delle nuove tappezzerie farà tutt’un altro effetto. Auguriamo ai nuovi gestori un’ottima prima stagione!

Il servizio colazione non adeguato e non pronto a iniziare una stagione e non c'era neanche tanta gente.

The facilities are old, the breakfast selection is limited, and the worst part is that there is a bar on the ground floor of the hotel that plays loud music until 4 a.m., making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I do not recommend choosing this hotel.

Forse per raggiungere la reception potrebbe essere necessaria una rampa o qualcosa di simile, per agevolare le persone paralizzate in sedia a rotelle o quelle con passeggini, evitando così le scale all'ingresso.

- Axel (5/5): Hôtel agréable et bien équipé, mais oreillers peu confortables et voisins bruyants (portes qui claquent dès 7h30, enfant - L’hôtel est agréable et bien équipé, rien à redire sur le confort général et les services proposés. En revanche, deux points ont gâché le séjour : les oreillers ne sont pas fameux et surtout, le manque de savoir-vivre de certains clients. Claquements de portes dès 7h30 du matin et enfants laissés à hurler dans les couloirs, sans que personne n’intervienne ni ne dise quoi que ce soit. Dommage, car l’établissement mérite mieux que ce genre de nuisances.

- Gerlie (8/5): - The hotel reception was friendly, and the housekeeping staff was also friendly. The breakfast didn't have much to offer and it wasn't possible to book half board. The hotel is very near to the beach, and there’s a lot to do in Miramare, Rimini. It was a good holiday.
