The employees were helpful getting our bags up and down which was great. The town was very cute and walkable however a lot was closed. This would be a great stay for summer months! The beach town is amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and recommended a great and affordable shuttle service (Radio Taxi Transport) to collect us from the airport. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a very early morning check-in due to flight delays. The accommodations are simple, clean, and comfortable — not a resort-style stay with extravagant amenities, but exactly what we needed: a peaceful, safe, modern and reliable place to rest. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to land in the Fiumicino area. We enjoyed the continental breakfast (and even had fresh coffees made for us!) I can’t emphasize the friendliness of the staff enough. They bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one.

- Danica (6/5): - The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street. Staff are super friendly and helpful and great communication from the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee good. The room is well appointed but much smaller than it appears in the photos (you can’t even turn around in the shower, it’s so small). And, while they’ve tried, the hallway noise is not abated by the wall or doors. It was also a little more dated or worn than the photos show. It wasn’t worth the price we paid but is still a standard rate for Fuimicino.

Do not book here. I rebooked with a chain close by and am trying to get my money back. A big scam and not even close to being accurately represented online.

- Maria (10/5): - For our two weeks vacation in Italy this was the the most comfortable stay we had, the air conditioning was blast, they understand what the guests prefer, especially for tourists who are not used to a 25°C room temperature. Italy usually is hot during summer, tourists are doing a lot of walking under the sun so you will like to be comfortable when you get back to your hotel. The property has no elevators but staff are all helpful in carrying your luggages to your room.

- Susan L (10/5): good place but not recommended for people who can - good experience but no elevator i needed to check in and check in was not at ground level but there was a movable chair up stairs to check in but not to where breakfast was served in the morning. Tthe people fortunately had a room on the floor where check in was. Placws not near restaurants. Not for handicapped people. The place was clean and bed comfortable.

- Sandra (10/5): - We had an unexpected and very difficult situation during our stay, and the hotel team went far beyond our expectations. We arrived late in the afternoon, after a long day, with many suitcases and with my mother feeling unwell after a fall. The receptionist was simply amazing—he helped us with all the luggage and provided full support with my mother, being attentive and kind at all times. Later in the evening, when her condition worsened, the two ladies from the breakfast area helped us immediately by calling emergency services and assisting my sister with getting a taxi while I followed the ambulance to the hospital. Their empathy and prompt action made all the difference during those stressful moments. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The location is very convenient, close to Fiumicino Airport, which was our main reason for choosing the hotel. However, the quality of service and care we received exceeded anything we could have expected, especially considering the affordable price. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. This hotel will forever have a special place in our memories.

Walls and doors are very thin and our room was connected by a glass door to a large common area patio that all guests could access and see or walk into our room if the doors wasn’t locked and curtains were not closed. Would not stay again or recommend.

She said the hotel and staff took great care of her and even accommodated her scheduling issues. I hope to visit someday soon just too stay at this hotel.
- Estaban (2/5): - First of all I couldn’t find the place. There was no lights. The picture of the hotel looked nothing like the place. There were people hanging all out in the streets. They were several bags of garbage. There was no elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs. I wasn’t happy and asked for a refund before even stepping foot in the room and they denied to give me a refund. I would never even go in that direction again.
