• Anushka (1/5): I am very disappointed with my recent stay booked through Booking.com. - I am very disappointed with my recent stay booked through Booking.com. When I arrived, the room I had reserved was not available. Instead of resolving the issue, a staff member questioned why I hadn’t contacted them personally after receiving the booking confirmation, which is completely unreasonable when booking through a platform like Booking.com. They then attempted to offer me a very poor-quality room that was uncomfortable and not at all what I had booked. This situation completely disrupted my travel plans, as I was left without proper accommodation at a critical time. What was most frustrating was their lack of responsibility and unprofessional attitude. The staff treated me poorly and didn’t even offer a simple apology for the inconvenience caused. Overall, this is a very disappointing place. The facilities are not as advertised in the photos, and the experience was far from comfortable. I would not recommend staying here.

• Prabodha (1/5): Bad - Room has zero windows. And the Fan is not of a good enough strength. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the heat. Non-A/C options here are just not manageable at all. Had to stay up and away from the room at the middle of the night because sleeping in that heat is nearly impossible, specially with No windows or fans. Cockroaches and other bugs were crawling around too. Although maintained cleanly enough, would not recommend at all.

• Yehan (5/5): Passable - Room have more space compare to other rooms.Bathroom is clean and hot water is available Stayed 2 nights in this room and had to wake up early (both days 5.45am) because loud sermon infront of hotel(i guess sermon is happening everyday because there is a statue of buddha.however it is not lasting more than 30minitues) Stayed in a A/C room.ac in always 33°C .we cannot change it.

• Naffah (1/5): Disappointing experience, but great staff - Just the staff. They were very friendly. The window couldn't be opened so the room's ventilation was bad, and we couldn't use the balcony. The property showcases a pool, however when we arrived, the supposed pool was in a different property and was unclean, it was an instant disappointment.

• Ashani (1/5): Bad - NON Actually we booked the hotel through booking.com and the number i mentioned was incorrect that means the first 2 digits. But the mail I mentioned was correct. So they confirmed my booking. And once we reached the hotel they told us like we cannot give u the proper room since didn't pay an advance, so I told them without informing how can we pay it. Then he informed me about my number and then I told him, though my number is wrong atleast they would have drop us a mail so then we would have book another hotel. We were all the way from hambantota through matara. We were so tired on top and once we reached there and they told us room aren't available and do not believe the pictures they have uploaded on their page. Before booking it double the check the photos of the rooms.
