- David (10/5): Perfect in every way! My new favorite hotel. - I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel. There aren’t enough superlatives to give it the review it deserves. In terms of style, comfort, service and location it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in my long life of travels in SE Asia. Our balcony overlooked the lake and we are right in the near part of the old quarter. Mr David gave us wonderful professional service from meting us at the curb to getting our luggage to the room. Even breakfast was top notch. My only reservation was not wanting to do this review and see this place overrun with tourists. Don’t be put off by the Circle K entrance - it is convenient and makes this like a real hidden gem. Outstanding.
