The room needed to be swept and or vacuumed. I had to request two new pillows because two other pillows were for hair, different types of hair hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Not sure if this is the norm but 10 minutes to sweep vacuum would have done a world of good.

- Nikita K (10/5): - The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The shuttle buses to the parks are convenient and run on a frequent schedule. Food was a little expensive on site but very good and tasty. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the epic universe park. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride to city walk and the other universal parks so if you’re only visiting those parks during your trip I’d probably recommend one of the hotels closer to those parks.
- tricia (8/5): Was a little let down - The hotel lobby is very hollow and loud. The room was clean but small. I found the bed to be too soft and the linens were too thin. The food court was good. The hotel charges $30/D parking. This does NOT allow you to park at their theme parks without a second parking fee, so if you're handicapped and choose to take your own car, you have to pay for parking twice.

My only complaints would be the lighting and light switches in the rooms were not practical imo. Switches were the flat push kind and I had to really push to get them to come on. Lighting was small can lights that didn’t give off a lot of light. Also, the doors going in and out only open with the handicap automatic push button. I saw several ppl try to come back in from the pool and not know how to get the doors open. There’s no sign just says automatic doors. Other than that it was great!

My only recommendations for improvement are minor, like the addition of make up mirrors, provision of shower gel (rather than skin drying soap bats) and better recycling facilities. - Irina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything feels new, modern, and very clean. The food options are excellent, and the staff is consistently warm and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The shallow pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, with plenty of beach towels and chairs always available. I especially loved the convenience of mobile food ordering by the pool. The hotel also offers great extras like movie nights and a cozy fire pit, which make the evenings really enjoyable. Both the fancy pool bar and the stylish lobby bar are excellent spots to unwind. For the quality, the room rates are very reasonable and affordable, and I appreciate the hotel’s commitment to being environmentally friendly. Parking is extremely convenient, though it does come at $30 per night for guests. On the plus side, the complimentary shuttles to and from the parks and CityWalk run every 20 minutes, making it very easy to get around without worrying about driving. Overall, this hotel delivers a fantastic balance of comfort, convenience, and value—I’d gladly stay here again!

- Kelly (8/5): - The hotel is so beautiful with all the colorful bricks! Inside it’s big, clean, smells good, and staff meet you with a smile. Check in was fast and easy, staff even offered to upgrade to a pool view for our anniversary but we stuck with the original Epic view. Rooms were comfy, we did have a stain on the chair and the rug needed to be vacuumed better but that wasn’t a big deal. Food was delicious, shop was great, pool and hot tub were nice after a long day at the parks. My only complaint was the lack of respect by women at the pool, as a family resort I do wish they’d restrict thong/skimpy bathing suits because I saw more than I wished too. It was fine without kids but I would never want my kids to see all that honestly.

At least they should check to refill those things so when we get back from the parks we don't have to wait. For everything else, it's nice and practical for park days, and it's clean.
- Christine Mary (4/5): - Our stay at Terra Luna was sub par. The front staff were great, as were the luggage attendants & restaurant workers. Housekeeping was the main problem. Our room was never cleaned. Our stay was 5 nights. The first day we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door. Totally our fault! Second day we were at the pool all day. Made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Room didn't get cleaned. Next day I called ask for a specified time. Shorty after that time I received a text telling me they could accommodate my request, but could send someone to replace towels & empty the trash cans. I said OK reluctantly. Mind you, this hotel is not cheap. So, the housekeeping girl comes with a bag of towels. Hands them to me & then starts to walk away. I asked if she was going to empty the trash. She then asks me to hand her the trash! I was shocked! I paused & told her she could come get it. This was absolutely unacceptable! All that being said, I called the hotel manager & he gave me a $50 credit on our room charges. Very nice of him. But, I am still shocked! A couple of other things that were not so great, was the food selections at the Omega Cafe. The food at Moonrise Grill, which is an outside pick up window, was much better! The shuttle/bus transportation really wasnt great. The wait time leaving the hotel was too long! This morning, we stood there for approximately 25 minutes waiting. & honestly, the wait time coming back was way too long also! Won't stay again

- Andrea (6/5): - The main reason to stay at a hotel is to sleep, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing in that regard. Both nights, I was unable to sleep well due to a malfunctioning LED light in the bathroom that flashed every 30 minutes during the night, like a camera flash, waking me up repeatedly. The pillows were also uncomfortably high, with no option for low-profile pillows, which should be a standard in a new hotel. Additionally, there was excessive noise coming from behind the walls. If the sleeping experience were improved, this hotel would be perfect, as everything else—from the food to the service—is outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff’s service is excellent. Everything is very clean, the facilities are new and well organized, and the location is extremely convenient.

Casi no hay meseros , cada dos días hacen el aseo del cierto , no hay quien te ayude con las maletas y por lo tanto le falta personal . La alberca está fabulosa , con salvavidas y muy amplia .
- Nathalie (8/5): Meilleur hotel universal - Hotel très proche d epic universe on le voyait de notre chambre navette régulière pour le parc service impeccable personnel tres souriant et a l écoute. Pour les points negatifs on voit que c est un value car les murs sont tres fins on entend les voisins mais quand on est fatigue apres une journee de parc ce n est pas derangeant et la piscine est tres chaude nous avions fait le royal pacific l annee derniere pour visuter les parcs universal et celui-ci est beaucoup plus accueillant de tres loin.

- Alex (10/5): - The property and grounds were very clean. Rooms were simple but nice. The staff was great and the shuttles were convenient. Food on site was also very good. We would definitely stay again!

- Ambar (10/5): - Great hotel, everything is new and clean. Great for families, has several kid friendly restaurants. Super convenient shuttles to and from the parks. The pool closes at 11 pm each day, gives you a chance to relax after long days at the parks. Will definitely recommend!

- Stacey (10/5): - Wry convenient for a visit to Epic! Beautiful pool! We ate dinner at the hotel Market Cafe and did not really care for the food. We also did not like the grab & go hit breakfast bagels from the marketplace. The food and beverages are extremely overpriced in the marketplace so bring your own snacks and drinks to avoid paying 4x the regular price. Very nice hotel and I will stay here again. Highly recommend!

- Mark (8/5): 3 night stay while at Universal Parks - The checkin staff was amazingly friendly and informative (Mariana). The stay was comfortable and exactly what we needed as we were at the park most of the time. Pool looked awesome but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again!
- Corey (10/5): Great Pool and other Accomodations. - Pool is large and fun to play in. Kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the drink options at the lobby bar. Staff was nice and the rooms were FANTASTIC! Having easy transportation to Universal parks was a huge plus!!

- Jesus (6/5): It’s an okay hotel - Stay was okay, staff was very great and friendly. Just need to clean a bit more hallways / entrance literally smells like a hospital. Fight’s breaking out at the hot tub @ night lol. Sauce on the floor in the hallway people literally throwing there trash outside the front door with big ball of dirty towels. Just freaking disgusting but it is what it is.

The oil was great as well The cafe opened at 6:00 and unfortunately the service was very slow both morning we went there. I got there at 6:15 and there were only 4 people ahead of me and it took 2o minutes to get 2 regular coffees.

- Alberto Manuel Morales (2/5): - The night I arrived at the hotel (JUNE 6, 2025), apparent engineering issues forced them to transfer me to the Dockside Hotel. I don't understand why I wasn’t notified by email or phone call; even though I had called the hotel that day, there was no record of my call. This completely spoiled the birthday surprise for my husband. I expected so much more from them—sometimes a simple 'I'm sorry' isn’t nearly enough. I am truly disappointed, and I feel that they have lost a customer.
- Priscilla (10/5): - O hotel é ótimo, confortável para um casal. A piscina é uma delícia e, somada à entrada antecipada aos parques, é o que faz valer ficar nesse hotel. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e é ok, muito básico pelo preço, e faz falta ter um microondas, por exemplo, mas eu sabia disso no momento da reserva e escolhi me hospedar no Terra Luna pelo acesso antecipado aos parques e pela estrutura de lazer de piscina. Fora isso, o staff da recepção era muito simpático - nota 10. Mas foi nota 0 para uma atendente que ficava no que parecia ser uma área de concierge - zero agradável quando perguntei sobre reserva de restaurante no Helios e se ela poderia me ajudar.
