• Julia (9/5): - Zentrale Lage, eine blühende Einlkaufsgasse in 300 m, U-Bahn direkt davor,problemloser Zugang zum Appartement, nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett und gute Möglichkeiten für die Abdunkelung der Fenster. Jedes Zimmer hat ein ins Zimmer integriertes Bad/WC. Für die Einzelbelegung ist ok, bei einer Dopppelbelegung müsste man das berücksichtigen. Wenn ich mal wieder nach Köln muss, .Würde ich das Appartement gern wieder buchen. Übrigens, im EG gibt es eine interessante kleine gemütliche Bar, wohl auch mit Austern.... Nur eine Kleinigkeit - der Spiegel schmeichelt so zugunsten der Schlankheit, dass man sich nicht mehr wieder erkennt.

• Birgitte (10/5): - Det mest charmende, gennemførte og flotte sted vi længe har været. Alt var så fint. Alle detaljer var så flotte udført. Bellliggenheden var i top, nem parkering i parkeringshus ved siden af til 9 euro om dagen. Helt sikkert et besøg hver denne lille oase i Køln

• Zach (7/5): Convenient location and access but a bit over priced. - The location was good with shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport near by. Access was easy via a door code and electronic locks. The interior was a bit dated and the decoration felt quite cheap and cheesey. There was no door for the bathroom, only a curtain. We were on bottom floor where we could hear the drain pipes quite loudly through the night every time the rooms above flushed their toilet…
• 吉野 (1/5): ４泊は毎日辛かった - ない ４階（実質５階）の６番の部屋でした。エレベーターがないのが辛い。 １階では炭酸水が自由に飲めるようですが１本もないことがあります。コーヒーも飲めるようですが暗くて清潔なのかわからないので飲みませんでした。紙コップが置いていました。 部屋の清掃などはメールなどで連絡しないと一切してくれませんので注意してください。部屋の電気ポットは洗っていないのかミルクがこびりついて汚すぎて使えません。部屋の折りたたみテーブルは傾いていてグラスはおけません。部屋にティッシュはありません。 メゾネットで２階がトイレシャワーサウナバスタブ洗面所トイレですが扉がないのですべての音が聞こえます。洗面所には歯磨き用のグラスがないので紙コップがあってよかった。バスタブはありますが体は洗えません。サウナは操作の仕方がわかりません。バスタオルをかけるところがありません。意味のない椅子が置いてありました。

• Stefanie (10/5): Luxe en genieten - Het was een enorme luxe met een sauna, bad én douche op de kamer!! We hebben enorm genoten Het toilet was boven, wat soms vervelend was. Ook was er een flinke scheur in het hoeslaken. Die mag wel vervangen worden.

• Bianca (10/5): Small but perfect. Had a lovely stay. Can only recommend this hotel. - The hotel is in a really quiet location, so perfect for a good nights sleep, but still extremely close to the city center. Wheter you need to go to the central train station or would like to visit the cathedral - everything is in a really short walking distance. Also the rooms are really lovely furnished and decorated with love. And most importantly very, very clean. Additionally they provide more than enough towels. I really loved the small fridge to store some yogurt and fruit for the mornings and the electric water kettle. Parking in the Quincy-garage is also possible directly across the street, which for me is also a major plus. I hope there will be a room available when I visit the city again. This hotel will be the first I look into. I would really like to come back and I my first choice will be this hotel. I can only recommend to stay there. I liked everything. Just a really small suggestion. Take some ear-plugs. The location is extremely quiet but there is a really loud noise when other guests, above you, flush their toilet and wash their hands. In the middle of the night, that’s not so great to wake up to, but with ear-plugs there is no problem at all. So just take some, in case you are sensitive to the sound an have some neighbors that use their toilet frequently at night.

• Federico (1/5): - Ich habe darum gebeten, die Buchung auf ein anderes Datum umzubuchen, da ich an diesem Tag nicht rechtzeitig in Köln ankommen würde, und mir wurde am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Offensichtlich wurde mir die gesamte Buchung in Rechnung gestellt. Ich hatte dieses Problem bereits zuvor bei anderen Hotels, und dort wurden die Daten problemlos geändert.

• El (10/5): Perfect for a solo traveller. Would stay there again - I had an excellent stay as a solo traveller. A large, comfortable bed, spacious room, quiet and comfortable and i had all I need. I would have perhaps preferred a different hotel if I were there as a couple. There is only a curtain separating the room from the toilet.
• Isabell (8/5): Angenehm, bequem und sehr gut. - Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral und alles ist im Zentrum von Köln gut erreichbar. In der Unterkunft ist alles sauber und ordentlich! Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine! Und danke für den Tipp mit dem Quinzy-Parkhaus, so konnte einfach und bequem mein Auto parken. -

Very clean rooms with a very eccentric and unique decoration. Located in a quiet neighboorhood to get a good night sleep! Absolutely perfect for couples on a romantic excursion in the beautiful city of Cologne!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürtig, dass das Badezimmer inklusive Toilette keine Tür hat. Das Hauptproblem im Zimmer war jedoch der Kanalisationsgeruch und es roh schimmlig / muffig...

• Elisabeth (8/5): Het was fantastisch om na een koude dag activiteiten, te ontspannen in de kleine sauna. - Fantastische locatie, alles is op loopafstand. Musea, leuke wijken met restaurants. Hoewel het een heel fijn verblijf was, zijn er enkele dingen die aandacht behoeven. De wc bleef doorlopen en de spoelknop dient nog een keer ingedrukt te worden. Lastig als je alweer beneden bent op slaapniveau. De rolgordijntjes moeten nagekeken, lopen niet zoals zou horen. Verder was alles naar wens!

• Kate (5/5): Good location and fun connection to Napoleon. - Good situation and good back story. Hosts very helpful in communicating with us and we thought the key code and check out time worked well. Good to have tea and coffee provided. Bed sheet was on the small side for the bed and we thought that the velvet curtain hanging in front of the shower curtain probably does not help with airing the room. The decor was not to our taste although we appreciate the way it has been put together with conviction and thought by the hosts.

• Julia (9/5): Außergewöhnlich - Die außergewöhnliche und hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Sauna auf dem Zimmer. (NR.6). Kaffeestation im Eingangsbereich. Ich werde den Hype mit dem nicht abschließbaren Toilettenbereich wohl nie verstehen :D, aber man weiß vorab worauf man sich einlässt.
• Harry (9/5): Ein tolles Erlebnis! - Das Zimmer war mit einem besonderem Niveau eingerichtet, schön künstlerisch gestaltet. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Die Lage war super Central und das Parkhaus war direkt über der Straße. Parkgebühr für einen Tag waren bei 9€ und das bei dieser Lage, einfach top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall, bei unseren Köln besuchen, immer versuchen ein Zimmer zu bekommen.

• SHARON (8/5): Lovely stay in charming, unique room in excellent location - Quirky, attention to detail, lovely room. Easy admission process. Clean, beautiful decor, lovely shower. Coffee & bottled water. Good storage. Minor issue that coffee in communal area so we couldn’t have first thing on waking. Other refreshments were in room. Just a personal preference.
• Weitensucher (10/5): Süffig und schwer. Für das besondere Köln-Wochenende. - Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen für einen Bummel in den umliegenden Straßen. Außergewöhnlich ist der Stil und die bewusst süffige Ausstattung. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Man muss wissen, dass es keine richtige Tür zum Bad gibt, nur eine Art Sichtschutz. Für's erste Wochenende eines frisch verliebten Paares würde ich eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen. Da wir zwei uns schon seit über 30 Jahren kennen, war aber alles perfekt 😏.

• Dr. Marion (8/5): - Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Online-check-in hat gut geklappt. Das Zimmer war sehr speziell eingerichtet, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt viele gute Frühstückscafes in der Nähe.
• Victoria (8/5): - Tolle Lage, wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit besonderem Charm. Check In war sehr einfach und man konnte sofort entspannen. Hygienisch und sauber. Das Licht in der Sauna hatte einen Wackelkontakt, sodass man leider oft im Dunkeln saß. Unter dem Waschbecken ist die Verkleidung kaputt, diese sollte repariert werden.

• Dariusz (10/5): Świetne dwa dni odpoczynku w dobrym miejscu. - Świetna lokalizacja - w samym centrum Kolonii, 300 m od kilku pobliskich parkingów. Hotelik maleńki, przytulny, w holu dostępna woda i ekspres Nespresso. Wystrój całości (holu i pokojów) jest niebanalny. Bardzo polecamy na krótsze i dłuższe wyjazdy do Kolonii.

It was cold, there was only 1 small heater in the bedroom, not enough to warm the whole appartment. Good that it was quite warm outside, start of spring. Not practical wardrobe, I was missing some shelves, there were only 2 big and the rest very very little.

The room had a noticeable smell, similar to old furniture, and the open-plan bathroom and shower layout reduced privacy and seemed to contribute to the room feeling less fresh. In addition, the cleanliness could be improved, and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Overall, with better ventilation and attention to housekeeping, the experience could be more aligned with the price point.

• Peter (10/5): Wer etwas Besonderes sucht... - Sehr kleines Boutique-Hotel mit tollem Zimmer. Wer etwas anderes möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr angenehm und auch immer sehr schnell.
• Matthias (3/5): - Austattung ist sehr gut . Altbau mit steilen Treppen . Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet !!! Das im kalten Februar . So etwas geht überhaupt nicht . Man sitzt im kalten Zimmer . Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt . Sehr , sehr schade .

• Stefanie (10/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel in einem bezaubernden historischen Haus. Gemütliches, leicht „frivoles Zimmer“. Recht klein, abe - Sehr gut! Mir hat alles gut gefallen.
• Günter (9/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder! - Tolle Lage, erstklassige Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Spitze, alles hat funktioniert. Ideal für Besucher der Stadt, die keine Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Zusatzbetten, etc. brauchen (und bezahlen wollen).

• Elisabeth (8/5): - Super angenehmes Bett. Die Lage ist einmalig direkt in der City, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kaffee konnte man im Erdgeschoss kostenlos nehmen.
• Paul (2/5): Heating a tiny room with a hairdryer - Nothing. (I correct: The location is good if you want to stay close to the main station) Update: After my review which was 1/10 I was insulted by the owner as a man of bad character. I agree with the owner that I rated the location too low. It is close to the main station. So if that matters to you the location is ok. The neighbourhood itself however is not particularly nice. But I had an tiny unheated room. I think it is understandable that I was upset and therefore give low rating. To on top insult me is a total no-go. I would have dropped it all, but after the insult I reported the property to Booking! (Please see the exchange in fotos) Location only good if you want to be close to the main station. The style is personal. I did not like it. It is intended to look fancy, but very cheap. ...In general: The rooms are very well photographed and do not represent the true picture... at least not of the room I stayed in. The room is very very small. I had no real room to unpack my suitcase. I had to put it on the bed or clear a tiny table for it. The toilet is 1.5 m away from the bed. No staff on site. Most importantly: Heating did NOT work. Had to heat with the hairdryer. The owners claim that I did not find the valve. That is not true. I found it also because it is clearly marked on the heater that it is below the heater. To reach it you need to push away the bed and then bend down. I tried both directions and even tried to carefully knock on the heater to see whether the valve is stuck. It did definitely not work.

• Yagmur (8/5): Decent stay - The bed was very comfortable, the location was good. Check in instructions were clear. Nothing much really, It would be better if the bathroom has a door to avoid any noise but I knew that before I booked it so It wasn’t a huge deal
