- Linsen (10/5): - Very conviene location. Easy check in. Staff were very friendly and communicated with us promptly whenever we had questions.
- Kiron (8/5): - Very centrally located and a short walk to the Lake Geneva waterfront. The only downside of the location is that there is a fair amount of street noise till 11 PM. Also as the toilet and shower are not separated by a wall, make sure you keep a towel handy to wipe down the toilet seat and remove the toilet rolls before having a shower.

- Michelle (8/5): - This property is very clean. The first time we booked...the room very small...just a little walk way around the bed. The second room was bigger and had a desk and shelves. Both times the washroom is entirely as shower and toilet / sink together. The last one, the drainage was not good and water over the entire floor. Was worried it would go into the bedroom floor. So it is different. Very clean... downtown central and walk to bus station close. Just be aware of the Shower is the same space as toilet and sink....therefore all a shower. Otherwise it was a great place to be central in Geneva!

- oscar (6/5): - The property location was great The only problem is that we didn’t had any hot running water for us to shower.. at 5am no one was going to come and fix the problem, we just showered with cold water, we were doing an early check out due to our flight. Everything else was fine is just annoying having an inconvenience that early in the day.

- CHINWOON (6/5): - Location is good, easy to get to train station as well as local transport. However, the room did not have enough space to even open our luggage. We have to move the chair around in order to accommodate our luggage. The street traffic also generates lots of noise throughout day and night.
- Rachel (2/5): Unable to check in resulting in not staying - It was made clear on booking that I needed to check in at least 24 hours before arrival as there is no reception at the property. I tried to do this by communicating with them on the Hotels app. I was supposed to be sent a secure link in order to check in. I had a couple of messages asking for my email address, which I gave, but the app hides the details. They then stopped responding to my messages. Wholly unsatisfactory and I didn’t even attempt to arrive at the property as I hadn’t checked in. A very poor service and I am financially out of pocket as I had paid in full up front.
- Janet (8/5): - It's more like an AirBnB, as there is no reception. It was hard to access the building with the code - it didn't always work. The rooms were compact but comfy, but a little noisy. Good value for central Geneva though

- Minjia (6/5): - To be honest, this hotel is not too bad, clean and safe. But it’s not convenient cause it’s keyless and contactless, no any staff inside the hotel, no one can help you if something goes wrong. I didn’t have any problems to get in, but I had a hard time to get out after I checked out. I call the hotel number but nobody pick up my phone call. I stuck inside the hotel (apartment) a while til I got someone’s help who just passed door, I gave a code to him and opened door outside for me. It was a very bad experience, because I had to catch a train.

- Axel (4/5): - Il s'agit plutôt d'une chambre RBNB et non d'un hôtel ! La chambre est propre et confortable mais il n'y a pas de table ni de chaise pour travailler. Il service est inexistant car il n'y a aucun personnel sur place ni desk d'accueil. La procédure de check-in est au travers d'un formulaire internet dont la protection des données n'est pas assurée. Il faut encoder des codes de carte de crédit ; ce qui n'est absolument acceptable en terme de sécurité. Vous aurez a payer une taxe de séjour en plus de votre réservation sur place. Mais il n'y a personne pour la percevoir.

- Gemma (8/5): - Excellent location and at an affordable price. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and was modern and clean. It has everything you need for a short stay in Geneva. The rooms don't have 'bathrooms', they are more showers with toilets in them, so not much privacy if you're sharing a room!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Arrival 16:00 Departure 10:30 a little short… in most of the hotels in Switzerland the checkout is around 12:00 The windows are not the best, not soundproof, therefore very noisy. No personal, nobody around, and online check in is not working well, as you’re not really informed that you should still check your email, fill out forms and pay online the city tax.

WC dans la douche un peu spécial mais nous nous y sommes habituées ! Il manquait juste un contact humain direct. Nous reviendrons chez vous si l'occasion se présentait.

- alessandra (6/5): - La struttura è ok, la camera molto carina e la posizione è buona, però il check-in online richiesto via email nei giorni precedenti non ha funzionato e, una volta arrivati, abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avere i codici. Inoltre non c’è un vero e proprio bagno: accanto al letto c’è l’ampia doccia con dentro anche il WC: non male come idea, ma sicuramente serve una certa confidenza con l’altro viaggiatore :)

- MIGUEL ANGEL LESCALE (6/5): - Bien ubicado, solo que no hay personal para dudas o trámites o pedir jabones, solo ponen uno para todos que es muy chico y es el mismo para manos y regadera. Cuarto frío, nunca encontré como subir la temperatura. No te aceptan antes de las 4pm que es un horario tarde, en la mayoría desde las 2pm. Y el check out es muy temprano 10 am.

- Azem (8/5): Great Location - The location was quite good. However, there’s no reception, or anyone in the hotel to ask a question. This is service business. Seeing a welcoming and smiley face is the basics of service industry and they have removed it. Price was quite good. They offered some tea and coffee but there was no coffee at the corner cafe and many of the teas were not available. No sink to wash the glasses or just rinse them. Some plastic bottles were provided, which is contrary to being eco friendliness. There were a lot of water bottles in the bin. There’s a lift and it went only up to 5th floor. The people staying at the 6th floor should be warned or there can be some sort of warning for people with larger suitcases or disabled people. They normally would accept admission after 14.00 but I received a text at 11.42 and I could enter when I was there. This is a positive experience. Overall, if you’re not too fussed about the non-existent staff, it was a nice experience altogether. One more thing lacking is the unavailability of the temporary locker. I had to go to the train station to put my stuff in a locker and paid 8CHF for that. This is also one of the basics of a hotel business, which was not available in this hotel. The bed and bedsheets were great and comfortable. Bathroom lacked the designated shower space, so after the shower, going in for washing hands meant getting your feet wet.
