- Kat (10/5): Excellent staff made me feel at home - Excellent staff, very accommodating. Filtered water daily. Daily or every other day cleaning service (on request). Staff always on the door and in cafe / entrance area to ensure the hotel - tucked away on a quiet street but a stone’s throw from the shops & theatres around Covent Garden & Leicester Square - was safe and welcoming. Small room took a bit of time to get used to, and not really a desk with chair option if wanting to work, but ensuite was new, bed comfortable & big tv on the wall. Perhaps an upgrade to nespresso machines for the £200 average a night (rather than sachet gold blend) would be a fair consideration at the price for 1 person.

- Sarah D (8/5): - Great central location with excellent ability! The room is tiny, but the layout was great. I stayed for a week and didn’t feel cramped. Would be nice if there was a mini fridge but other than that, it was perfect! I didn’t eat the breakfast since there are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby but it looked decent. They also offer complementary wine and Cheese on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I was pleasantly surprised at their prices and selection of wine.

- Allison (8/5): - I am a frequent international traveller and this was my first time staying with Z Hotels. Overall this was a good stay. It was small, so I wouldn't recommend it for 2 people as I found it very very cramped as a solo traveller. The bed was very firm with no give, and the A/C didn't work well, so my actual sleep wasn't great. The room was clean, but I wouldn't say pristine as my room was a bit beat up. However, the staff here were amazing and so friendly and kind- Nadia was so lovely and let me check in early. 10/10 for the staff here. The location is also great, and the price for location is also good. All this to say, I don't regret staying here and wouldn't mind giving Z hotels another chance in the future.

- Arabella (10/5): - I stayed at Z Hotel Trafalgar and really enjoyed my experience. The room was very small, but cozy and charming. The staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. I especially want to thank Abida and the other gentleman who was working with her during check-in (unfortunately I did not catch his name). They were both incredibly welcoming and made the start of my stay very pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would be happy to come back.

- Mark (6/5): Small and Quirky, but not so comfortable. - The rooms are very small, but we knew this and that wasn’t it a problem. Feels sort of unique. The problem was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I would go as far as to say it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. But the room was very clean, and I have to say the staff were all excellent. Thank you.

Room was small, just a bed, a seat and the small toilet/shower room but has everything you need for a short stay. First time with Z Hotel but will definitely be an option in future.

- Zoe (10/5): - We used this location for a three night stop in between trips. We arrived early and exhausted from travel. The staff were lovely and found a room that was ready early so we could shower and rest. The in-hotel cafe/restaurant was wonderful for a quick breakfast or late night snack without worry. Rooms were clean and had many gadgets. Staff were very attentive making it feel very homey even for the few days we were there.

Very reasonable price for the centre of London. I found the breakfast provided was good value to start the day!

- Fiona (10/5): - A super location for theatre and shopping trip. Very close to theatres, covent garden and Charing cross station. The rooms are small but it is more than made up for by the great location. It also meant the air conditioning was very effective during a London heat wave. I recommend a room with a window, just for a feeling of extra space. Windows had full blackout blinds for those concerned about the street lights. Rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. The staff were very friendly. f travelling with a friend/partner be aware that the bed was only accessible from one side (as it was against a wall) but fine as i was sharing with my child. Also the shower/toilet is partitioned from the room by frosted glass, rather than solid walls! Very good value for such a central location.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent hotel with some minor issues - Clean and decent hotel rooms, very well situated to see central London. Some minor issues - Reception is crampt and check in was a bit chaotic, was asked to wait which was fine but more people turned up to check in while we did with no real system to manage the queue. Shower gel was already empty in our room before we had chance to use it.

- Michael (10/5): - The room was very small and compact but fine for one person - def not suitable for two. I can't fault the cleanliness of the room and hotel. There were 3 hooks for hanging clothes but very close to door which wasnt great - maybe consider having a few more hooks for hanging clothes and damp towels. Was right beside a busy pub and police station so felt pretty safe at nightime. Would definitely consider staying here again.

- Bruce (6/5): Comfortable Train Cabin - We laughed when we entered the room, it was so small. Small is fine; we weren’t expecting the royal suite. But this was so small, you needed to step into the hall to change your mind. (Sorry.) The bed was not accessible from both sides, so one of us had to crawl over the other to get into and out of bed. If it were a train cabin or a ship berth, it would have been luxurious. As a hotel room, well, we were only there for 12 hours, which was plenty. But it served our purposes. The location was great.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great hotel with excellent staff team! - Overall a great stay. The (entire) team was so gracious with helping out with my lost luggage (airline issue). They kept an eye out for it, accepted delivery, and kindly placed it in my room. They also provided recommendations for nearby stores so I was able to get clothes for the night I arrived and the next day and furnished scissors so I could cut off tags as well. Fairly quiet. Overall good hotel, firmer bed (fine by me!), excellent staff. Would recommend

- Kepa (6/5): - Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the desk asked me to wait as he was busy with other clients, but a lovely colleague came to reception and checked me in in a jiffy. She was polite and effecient, unfortunately I cannot remember her name (a South East Asian lady). The room was fairly clean. What was really dirty was the inside of the exterior windowsill, which was covered in what looked like black mould. I took a picture and showed it to the gentleman at reception when I checked out this morning. I hope you deal with this issue asap as it can be rather dangerous health wise, apart from looking really disgusting.

Room was very compact in size, but sooooooo well designed !!! Location was also sooooo close to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery !! Staff were all soooooo accomodating as well. :-)
