Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder,auch wegen der hervorragenden Lage des Hotels. Alles perfekt!!!!!

Exceptionally clean and has everything needed for a wonderful break. Fantastic sea views and lots of places nearby for food and drink.

She did some washing for us and provided towels and a picnic blanket for our trip to the beach. The home made cake on both days was superb. The location could not be faulted with easy access to the cliff railway, model village, local pubs and restaurants. Paul informed us in advance that due to ill health they would not be providing a cooked breakfast. Therefore the choice at breakfast was limited although the home made granola was very good

• Lorraine (10/5): Perfect place for a stay on the Devon Riviera. - The location was excellent, right on the Babbacombe Downs. The host was lovely and friendly and looked after us very well. Nothing.
• Karen (10/5): A lovely, memorable and comfortable experience. - Although the hotel is small it packed in everything we wanted. It’s location is ideal as it looks on to the downs looking out to sea. It had all the amenities we required. The bedroom and bathroom were fully equipped and beautifully clean. Our host Cheryl looked after us incredibly well. (Paul was incapacitated so we didn’t meet him) Breakfast was made to order and cooked beautifully. We found this better than the self service in the larger hotels. There was even a little teat (homemade cake) left in our room for us when we arrived back late afternoon. Our every need was met by Cheryl. Thank you Cheryl (and Paul) for making our stay comfortable and memorable! If you don’t want a large, impersonal hotel, we highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing. It met our expectations.

• Price (9/5): A very pleasant and comfortable 2 night stay with Cheryl as an excellent host. - The breakfast was superb, cooked fresh from order and piping hot!!! Great choice of cereals and fresh fruit and yogurt. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the room so it wasn't much of an issue but it was quite a dark room.

Super size room with comfy bed and everything we could wish for. Really surprised by the lovely spacious shower room too. Spotlessly clean and even a delicious slice of home made cake waiting for us on arrival. Breakfast was great - lovely selection on offer - including home made compote. Wish we had been staying longer and will definitely return again. Nothing !! It was perfect !

• Lynn (10/5): Relax at Seabreeze - Me and my partner had a 2 night stay at The Sea breeze and it was absolutely fantastic! The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door, nothing is too much trouble. We had amazingly good home baked cakes left in our room each day which were absolutely delicious. We stayed in the room on the ground floor which also has a separate lounge area with beautiful views of the sea..perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are impeccable. It's a beautiful old building with lots of history and character. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and all locally sourced. The eggs Benedict with bacon was fantastic. We loved it here and are definitely planning on going back! I can't praise this place highly enough. There was nothing we didn't like...and that's unusual for us 😂

We had a downstairs room with a lounge, lovely room. Unfortunately it felt rather open and not enough privacy. There is a net curtain but only a small way up the window and people could see in. Had it had been warmer and people sat outside having tea. They would have been able to see everything in the room. Felt we had to keep drawing the curtains early.

Very comfy bed and lovely size bathroom. The only negative was the room was extremely warm but we did visit on the hottest day of the year. The fan certainly helped. If we were visiting again, I would certainly opt for the front rooms .

Our room was was not sea facing, but quiet, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, good variety and fresh local ingredients. As a special touch there a slice of homemade cake on both days which were also delicious. We would highly recommend this lovely B&B, which has a beautiful sea view and ideally situated to visit surroundings places to visit, The place also has a sea facing terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or a nice cup of coffee and sandwiches that Paul serves. Its right across the road from the pat down to the beach. There is also a very popular local Fish and Ships shop (Hanbury's) around the corner that is a must try! We will definitely stay at Seabreeze again.

Very clean and bed very comfortable. Cheryl and Paul seemed to have thought about everything that makes your stay so special. Nothing, the only slight problem was that I had not read the hotel information throughly and I booked a room on the top floor. This was difficult for my mother, who walks badly, totally my fault though and should have booked a lower floor. The hotel itself had no faults at all. Would totally recommend.

• Beatrice (10/5): Full of pleasant surprises, like the comradery among guests & home baked confectionaries in our room - Many likes including: The quality of food (breakfast) was exceptional, and its preparation totally individualized beyond what is expected of a 5-star hotel. The busy husband and wife team (proprietors), who personally run all aspects of the hotel, were incredibly helpful and over generous with their precious time. Sea view up the coast, further than Exmouth, and across the horizon was stunning. One very minor dislike as requested for this review: Some of the floorboards under the fitted carpet around the sink in the spacious on-suite shower room/toilet did squeak when walking close to the washbasin. The proprietors, who had bought and tastefully renovated the hotel only in March of that holiday season, are having those floorboards refitted and re-carpeted before the next holiday season.
• Susan (10/5): We shall return to see Paul and Cheryl at the Seabreeze with a sea view. What more could we ask for - From the moment we arrived at Seabreeze and met Paul and Cheryl they couldn't do enough for us. They were so welcoming, it felt like we had known them a long time. They went above and beyond helpful. The room was quite small but had all the little touches anyone would need to make you feel like your at home. The fridge in the room was a bonus, which was topped up every day with fresh milk and water. Also we had cookies or brownies left to have when we got in from a day out. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast had everything you could want and yet again nothing was too much trouble . The personal touches made it feel special. We shall definitely be retuning. Walking out of the hotel was wonderful the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Nothing really. Paul and Cheryl were perfect host and hostess. They made it special and you can't ask more than that.
