- Christin (10/5): - We came here for a concert and booked the room months before hand. And it was a good thing. The staff said they were booked the day before and booked the day we were there. We couldnt get our room till 4 pm ,cause they were still cleaning rooms, but the staff was very nice the whole time. The room was awsome. Just about spic and span cleanliness. The hotel is just down the road from the mall and other places, so great area if youre wanting to shop. And it was only a few minutes from the pine knob venue for our concert as well so that was cool. And they do shuddle to that venue for future reference. The breakfast we got the next morning was awesome. It was so good. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bread items, juice and milk bar and so much more. It was worth it. We will stay here again. It was a great experience so thank you.

The rest of the staff throughout the building were also so nice when I would encounter them. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. There’s a mall about a 2 min drive away. Overall, very good experience at this hotel.

They finally gave us one that was available and said it was due to being fully booked (which was not our fault/problem). The woman checking us in asked if we were HYAT members, when I said no, she explained she was going to give us 5000 points but didn’t offer anything else since we weren’t. I would definitely not book here again.
- Mary (10/5): Our new home away from home. - The hotel is fantastic. Front desk/Check in was easy & the staff was kind. Bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic. Great location right off I-75 and extremely convenient. The only issue is the parking. Hotel is built on a very narrow lot.

- Travis (10/5): Thanks for the stay! - The staff was super friendly and helpful, we came in for the FIR concert and we were welcomed with a clean, brand new hotel and great staff! Breakfast was on the higher side for a “hotel” breakfast. Go eat at Bad Brads BBQ, it’s 5 mins away and the food is amazing!

- Alrika (8/5): No Rag to Dry - The room was nice new, modern, updated and had a lovely Kitcheneth. However there were two guest staying in the room and only enough towel and wash rags for one guest. That was disappointing giving that I didn’t know wAnna put clothes on my dirty body to go to lobby to get an extra set of towels. However it was otherwise very cozy and welcoming and I would give them another try. I would just be sure to check the room upon entering to ensure all necessary items are in place

The heated pool was still pretty chilly but that wasn't a huge issue. My biggest complaint was the shower heads; The water coming out was like standing outside in a light sprinkle rain.

And none of the three nights we were there, they didn't clean the room even once, despite us asking both the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff to do it. - Nick (2/5): - Whenever we travel, we always look for the Hyatt brand as they consistently seem to have clean, friendly and well run establishments and they love dogs. This location was phenomonal, newly built. I have only accolades. Every staff member was consistently upbeat and friendly.

My one “complaint” is that housekeeping knocked on our door 3 hours before checkout to “confirm” we were checking out. I find that odd given how early it was and it was the day of our checkout so I think it’s safe to assume we intended on checking out that day.

The girls up front were apologetic and nice but we were frustrated it took that long to clean the room after we just drove many hours to get there. Would have been nice to have our room ready for us at our check in time. Also blindsided by the $40 "incidentals fee" at check in. And I still don't see that given back to me yet.
- Ashley (6/5): - Air conditioning shuts off without movement in the room so night time it gets hot. Blinds are electric but don’t work the best. The tv didn’t log into Hulu and apps like it said it would.
- HERMAN (10/5): - This was a newer hotel. It was conveniently located near tons of shopping and restaurants. It had easy access to the freeways.
- Rachelle (4/5): - Well housekeeping stole my iPhone charger after I left it and called before they even cleaned the room to try and get it back only for them to tell me they never found it. Which is a bold faced lie. So be careful, they are not honest there. Overall hotel was nice and the first desk lady Amy was super nice. Pretty bummed they wouldn’t return my charger though.

- Bethany (6/5): Downgraded room - Was super excited to take my kids for a little overnight shopping adventure but when we arrived it seems the room I already booked and paid for wasn’t even available I paid 60 extra dollars for this room to fit my family comfortably , I was told they’d get me some money back and was never contacted before the employee left I had to even tell my significant other he couldn’t stay because he wouldn’t fit just a huge inconvenience

The bar was disappointing and very over priced . We had only 2 glasses of wine and it cost us $ 30 The food menu was more like bar food over priced so we passed !. Luckily there was an apple bees less then 4 mins away with great menu ,music .
