- A (2/5): No Understanding from hotel - Booked for 3 nights originally, then decided to extend to 4, but in error made a new booking. Hotel wouldn’t refund one of my bookings - only ended up staying 2 nights (due to completing work early. Not a very good stance from the hotel - won’t be booking here again
- David (10/5): - The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back.

- Craig (10/5): A great stay at the Aberdeen Dyce hotel - The Aberdeen Dyce hotel was extremely comfortable and very, very clean. The pool and changing areas were great - super to have when travelling with children. The bar area is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff across the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This included the reception staff, pool staff and bar staff. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. A great choice and plentiful.

- Zachary (6/5): Dont stay near 201 - We were in room 201 directly above their function suit, there was a wedding taking place and i understand it is a time to celebrate…but loud shouting, cheering and screaming until past 01:30 am is unacceptable, i figured it might go till 11-11:30 i event reported to reception how loud it was at 00:20 and they did nothing Im sorry but if your going to allow that you cannot have people staying directly above it thats unfair to those booking the hotel and needing sleep
- Nuchanart (10/5): - The reception staffs are friendly especially Susan who is very welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. All the staffs are very welcoming. The hotel is located in a very good location not far from the wedding venue. Good value for money.

It smelt nice and clean upon arrival, the room was clean other than the inside of the bathroom door which had stains down it, the pool area was clean, the breakfast was nice with an adequate choice. I loved the pastry selection but Id have preferred the sausages to be cooked for slightly longer. The bar staff and receptionist with the short hair and glasses were all very friendly. The only thing id like to see would be an adults only swim from 8am -10am and 3pm - 8pm and the jacuzzi needs fixing as thats a must have for a relaxing break!

- Alison (10/5): Amazing 5 star stay at Aberdeen Dyce Hotel - Booked this at last minute after cancelling a stay at a hotel in Blairgowrie. What a bonus it was finding this hotel. From start to finish, the staff couldn't have done enough for us. So happy in their jobs which is fabulous to see these days. Service was excellent and in particular in the bar . Fiona, Hannah and Chloe in particular. As a business , you should be so proud of them. Great selection of food at breakfast. We ate both nights in the hotel and everyone's food was excellent, no complaints, not even minor ones. Food and drink prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, comfort and quieteness. We had ground floor adjoining rooms as my Parents both have mobility issues. They were perfect. We'll all hopefully get vack again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Aberdeen Dyce Hotel - Just home. •nice welcome by lady on reception •main entrance lovely •had to pay for parking, which we didn't expect..although discounted rate £12 instead of £24 for 2 nights •daughter almost 16 told by person at the desk she would be okay to go into the pool after 7 but went to book the pool and young guy said no she cant go in after 7. Swimming lessons were taking place both days we wanted to go into the pool which put us off •opening hours of pool useless for paying guests •used the lockers in the pool changing room then it wouldnt open so couldnt access clothes and shoes...lady on pool reception very helpful, got handy man to remove the lock..had to stay in pool longer than planned •breakfast open for a decent time, lots to choose from but cooked breakfast not that hot •room okay if you like yellow decor Wasnt as special as we had hoped
- Robert A (10/5): Great in every aspect except breakfast - My wife and I stayed at the Dyce hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. We got good use out of the gym and pool. The evening food was great but breakfast was a let down. The "hot" food on offer had been sitting out for a while and didn't taste good. The potato scones were over cooked and brick hard. If you threw one it could possibly kill someone. I'm sure the rest of it would have tasted fine when it was fresh out. Our timing was obviously poor. The staff we met were lovely and helpful.

You have to book a pool session and only find out once you check in so we had a disappointed child. The breakfast was Luke warm and the bakery and fruit on offer didn’t feel fresh.

The hotel is furnished to a high standard and the cleanliness was above and beyond. The evening meal was spot on, as was breakfast which had many choices. This is wide-open Dyce with lots of surrounding open fields. Moreover, their parking lot has plenty of rough patches and potholes, so why am I paying for parking?

- Greg (2/5): - Not the nicest place in the world but more bothered by the fact that I left an item in my room accidentally when leaving and even after calling back the same day I checked out, this couldn’t be found. Not only that but was told by the same front desk staff member twice that she would return my call once she had checked. This didn’t happen, I certainly won’t be staying there again. If you do chose to stay then make sure you clear your room out properly as you ain’t getting anything you leave back!

Breakfast was delicious and nothing was a bother for the chef, freshly made soft poached eggs delivered to the table!! Bar area is lovely and comfortable. - Verified traveler (6/5): - Pros: Good restaurant staff, clean room, Cons: Poor initial impression, cold welcome, no toiletries in the room (Receptionist promised to replenish them but didn't, and didn't say anything as we walked back) The restaurant staff were very friendly, but vegan travellers beware-there are two items, a vegan burger or a vegan pizza. The said vegan pizza, I am 99% certain, is a supermarket-Chicago Town Vegan Stuffed Crust pepper-no-ni.

I think because there were very few guests the staff weren't paying much attention, so I had to wait a long time at the front desk before anybody came to help me. And nath rooms was very roomy and nice. There was some noise from the nearby AirPort, but it wasnt so bad, i slept like a child anyways. Bus stop right outside. Took about 20 minutes to get to Aberdeen city.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Staff attitude - When I checked in she was giving the guy in front of me a hard time for going to the wrong machine to pay for parking When I got to the desk to check in she was very abrupt then her phone rang so she stopped speaking to me mid sentence. I then tried to ask her about the location of my room and if they served food in the evening (I wasn't going to take breakfast all the reviews said they were poor!) but never got answer as she was now speaking to someone else. Room was old fashioned and generally except underneath which looked like it hadnt be hoovered for months.

We spent to nights in Aberdeen with my husband and our two boys (7 and 9 years old) and the room was comfortable, quite and good size bathroom. The hotel is very close to the airport, The surroundings are very pleasant to walk around the river. The breakfast was very chip and deliciuos.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I have stayed at this hotel many times before and never once been made to pay for parking. The swimming pool is closed even though photos are displayed on the web site. The hotel is very expensive compared to when Marriot operated it.
