Guest Reviews
- Leland (10/5): - Great price , staff and location !
- Karene (8/5): - We had not realized the room was for students. It was very basic but still clean.
- Cecilia (10/5): - Very spacious room, quiet and accessible residence hotel to Lambton Mall.
- Chijioke (8/5): - Everything
- Karrie (6/5): 4/5 - No television room bed was very soft .. too soft
- Alyssa (6/5): - Very easy to get to from the highway, very nice staff, price is super cheap. Mainly marking down because the mattresses were really uncomfortable (and I'm usually a person who can sleep on just about any mattress without complaint). One of the two beds wasn't clean (had hairs from previous guest in it), although I didn't mark the place down too much for that because apparently we could have asked them to change it and they would have.
- John (10/5): - Perfect for a quiet bights sleep
- Abhishek (10/5): - Great place. Can recommend for family.
- david (2/5): - They overbooked to a few people.
- Michel (6/5): - For the price, it provides plenty of aminities nearby.
- Rick (8/5): - Clean college campus style room. Well stocked with towels. Nice to have a fridge. Nice, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Only thing I wish they had was a TV in the room. Other than that it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
- Charles (4/5): - Just a college dorm room. Not fit for all travelers.
- Sai (6/5): - Good location
- Gunther (8/5): - Overall a good experience
- Gunther (6/5): - Liban is a front desk worker who is very knowledgeable at his job, patient, pleasant and very helpful with my accommodation. This makes my stay enjoyable knowing he is around when I have questions concerning booking, housekeeping, etc. more shelving and co-operative cooking ware for the kitchen room other than that an ok place to stay
- jennifer (6/5): - Rooms are fine and basic as expected. Bathroom tub was very dirty. I cleaned it myself to my standard.
Last night was disrupted at 2, 3, and 4:00am with excessive hallway noise.
- John (10/5): - Perfect.
- Alicia (2/5): Terrible and degrating service - The general manager was very rude to me and attacking out of nowhere. She confronted me about smoking on the property and was very mean about it but I complied and walked to the road although I have sever spinal stinosis I was not offered an alternative place to smoke but also my room was placed at the back of the hotel which made me walk a great distance to get to my room. On my last night in the room I heard a bang on the door and it was a general manager along with front desk person and the U-Haul person in charge of the U-Haul I was renting to move and do you hope I was yelling at me to return to U-Haul truck cuz it was late and I asked him to lower his voice because he was embarrassing me and the general manager said I should be embatesaed. When I proceeded to close the door without responding to her she forced her way and by pushing the door open while I was closing it and it could have hurt me so I let go because she was using force. I'm not sure what she thought she would accomplished her way into the room but I was a little bit scared. She was clear that we weren't welcome there so we left and I didn't get my two nights there I only got one
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I was not familiar with the dormitory style accommodations it was. The bed was very high. But I didn’t fall out of it. We pushed my side against the wall. Other than that it was great.
- albert (10/5): - Nice and easy
- Kichu (10/5): - Great stay
- Athul (10/5): - Great stay
- Regan (10/5): - I liked that it was so close to the college for my graduation and I am familiar with the rooms as I lived her for the past 2 years as a student so I knew exactly what I was going to be staying in which helped
- Leland (10/5): - Great prices and staff.
- Michael (4/5): - Not clean...there was a mouse in the room..had to move rooms...other person said they had a dead mouse too in room... said it was a known issue there...even if it's a student dorm no one should have to deal with vermin that carry diseases..and floors not swept good and long black hairs in bathrooms..manager lady in blue suit said nothing...
- Sheryl (10/5): - Friendly staff, amenities clean
- Michael (4/5): - Where do l start? For a week stay they put me in a room with constant traffic out front and a tiny kid that wouldnt stop talking loudly. The bathroom door had unpainted drywall patchs on it. The trash can looked like it was moldy. There were long black hairs in the bathroom and in the one they moved me to after a mouse came out and they had no traps and wanted me to wait until the next day because guy didn't know what to do. The first room the toilet seat was falling off and loose. I couldn't sleep or concentrate after the first room after the mouse so l stayed 1 more day and l also had stayed in London before for extended stay about 7 weeks but Sarnia one was way below their standards and was sketchy people in parking lot coming and going like shelter people lived there maybe. And also both rooms l could see had not been swept or mopped properly with corner debris buildup. And if you wanted paper plates or salt and pepper packets they acted like they bever heard of such a request before. The sraff was polite but seemed lackadaisical and manager lady l believe came out at one point acting like nothing was unusual about the first dumpy room with the mouse and dry wall hole patches. And because it's a college dorm is no excuse for such sad standards. One student l talked to said yes there was a mouse problem there on was under her bed dead. Be forewarned.. l wanted to warn a lady checking in but l shouldn't l have to say anything about rodents.
- diane (8/5): - Quiet. No tv
