- Chumeng (9/5): comfortable stay - The communication was very effective, we had a little hiccup to arrive to the correct door and Claudia has been extremely helpful on the phone giving instructions with image Very central location but extremely quiet, air conditioning was already on when we got there so everything was nice and cool. The kitchen sponge looks new, and they also prepared 2 laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. A nice gesture to know that the company is willing to improve tenant's quality of living with something extra. Hot shower was really nice and hot, and super fast to arrive with good pressure. We had to sign some kind of contract for bureaucracy reasons but didn't really have the time to read through. I signed it anyways since it's just a place to stay and we've stayed at many places without trouble. It would be nice if the contract is sent beforehand just to have some time to read Would have been nice to have some sort of garbage classification, I know that not everyone follows the rule but for people who care about sorting it would be much easier given the right bin.
- Eva (9/5): Good - Great location close to train station and all attractions. Busy street but room was very quiet. Two stories of stairs to reach the unit.
