• Karolína (9/5): Hezký byt ve fajn lokalitě - Velmi ochotná a milá paní domácí, která rychle reagovala na všechny dotazy - naprosto bezproblémová komunikace. Supr lokalita blízko fajn restaurací (velmi doporučuji O´Lolos a Kalyvas) i Akropole. Byt prostorný, zrekonstruovaný, čistý. Hezky zařízená kuchyň. Určitě můžu doporučit. Jediné velké mínus jsou určitě sousedé. Na dveřích bytu je vyvěšené upozornění, aby se návštěvníci chovali tiše, protože v domě bydlí starší a nemocní lidé. Na dovolenou jsem jela jen já se svou starší maminkou, takže jsme rozhodně nepřijely pařit nebo se hlasitě projevovat. Naopak si myslím že jsme se snažily být co nejohleduplnější a potichu s ohledem na sousedy. Sousedé jsou nicméně nejspíš už alergičtí na turisty, takže během quiet hours (23:00 – 7:30h a odpoledne 15:30 – 17:30h) nás opakovaně konfrontovali s hlukem z našeho bytu. Vadilo např. že jsme v 16h přešly "moc hlasitě" přes ložnici. První noc nás zároveň velmi vyděsilo, když jsem se kolem půlnoci v koupelně sprchovala a někdo ze sousedů přišel přímo před náš byt a začal nám kvůli tomu bušit do dveří a zvonit. Byly jsme v bytě jenom dvě ženy a velmi nás to vyděsilo, bály jsme se a nechápaly co se děje. Toto se během pobytu opakovalo několikrát a to jsme si v bytě nepouštěly televizi, muziku, nic. Stejně tak jako když jsme si večer v posteli před spaním povídaly (upozorňuji že jsme opravdu nekřičely). Druhé velké mínus byla rekonstrukce vedlejšího bytu. Chápu že na to nemá majitel ubytování žádný vliv, ale kdybych o tom věděla předem, vybrala bych si jiné ubytování. Rekonstrukce totiž začínala každé ráno přesně v 7:30 a to přímo na druhé straně zdi naší ložnice, takže i špunty do uší byly úplně k ničemu. Pracovat přestali většinou kolem 9h, pak už bylo ticho ale stejně už jsme byly vzhůru.

• Anna (9/5): - Peaceful stay, great location, and very comfortable bed! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and the windows face an inner courtyard. For me, it was very peaceful! At night, it was so quiet that I could even hear the pleasant singing of the birds. The bed is large and has a high-quality mattress – I slept very comfortably. The apartment itself is quite spacious, with a slightly unusual layout. The kitchen is in a separate space near the entrance, but you get used to it very quickly. There are no unnecessary items, but plenty of space for things in the closets if needed. The living room and bedroom are connected by a shared balcony, which was nice. Lots of light and everything was perfectly clean. I really appreciated that communication with the owners was very prompt. Check-in is self-service via a key in a locker, and there is an elevator, which is important for those with luggage. The location, in my opinion, is very convenient. It's really just a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis There was only one minor incident with noise when the neighbors decided to do some drilling on a Saturday. However, I wrote to the apartment owners, and their reaction was very quick—the issue was resolved promptly. Also while finding the proper locker there was a question, but owners helped quickly

• Vivi (7/5): - Η κυρία Δήμητρα από το mulitipath θεωρώ είναι ο άνθρωπος που χρειάζεται ο κάθε ιδιοκτήτης!Ήταν εκεί να απαντήσει σε κάθε ερώτημα που είχαμε και κάθε ανησυχία που προέκυψε,με ευγένεια και κατανόηση.Την ευχαριστώ κ πάλι για όλα!Το κατάλυμα είναι κοντά στην Ακρόπολη κ σε στάσεις κ έχει αρκετά μαγαζιά γύρω,φούρνο απέναντι κ λαϊκή τη Δευτέρα από κάτω .Εχει πλυντήριο ρούχων κ απορρυπαντικο σκονη κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ένα μικρό welcome box με 8 φρυγανιές ,λίγες μαρμελάδες,τρεις καφέδες κάψουλα και λίγο τσάι κ ζάχαρη,υπαρχει πτυσσόμενο τραπέζι τοίχου κ σκαμπό για φαγητό στο χωλ που είναι φουλ πρακτικό αν είστε ενήλικες μόνον,το κρεββάτι σχετικά άνετο κ μια ευρύχωρη ντουλαπα.εχει δύο air-condition ,δεν υπήρχε θέμα με την θέρμανση. Ο από πάνω από το κατάλυμα έκανε μονίμως παρατήρηση χτυπώντας τη σκούπα ακόμη και ώρες που δεν ήταν κοινής ησυχίας ή ακόμη κ όταν τράβηξα το καζανάκι κπ στιγμή λίγο πριν τις 7 το πρωί (τραγικός), ηχομόνωση καθόλου δλδ (ήμασταν δύο ενήλικες που πήγαμε μόνο για ύπνο ουσιαστικα κ μια μέρα γυρίσαμε να αφήσουμε κάτι κ να φύγουμε πάλι σε ώρα εκτός κοινής ησυχίας).Ο ίδιος βέβαια έκανε φουλ φασαρία Κυριακή βράδυ μετά τις 12...Το υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν οκ αλλά η πρόσβαση στο παράθυρο ήταν δύσκολη γιατί η απόσταση του κρεββάτιου από την ντουλάπα που είναι γωνία απέναντι είναι 5 δάχτυλα κ έπρεπε να περνά κάποιος πάνω από το κρεβάτι για να ανοίξει το παράθυρο.Το μικρό μπαλκόνι ήταν σκονισμένο κ το ίδιο κ η απλώστρα,αναγκαστηκαμε να στεγνώνουμε τα ρούχα στα καλοριφέρ.Το πάτωμα ήταν σκουπισμενο πάνω πάνω κ όταν μου έπεσε το σκουλαρίκι κ πήγα να το πάρω κάτω από το κρεβάτι, υπήρχε παραπάνω από αρκετή σκόνη.Δε βρήκαμε έξτρα σακουλάκια για σκουπίδια (δε ξέρω αν δεν είχε ή δε βρήκαμε),στο μπάνιο για το ντους ενώ είχε υποδοχή για σαμπουάν κ αφρόλουτρο, πρόσεφερε μόνον ένα μπουκάλι αφρόλουτρο.Στο σαλόνι έχει μαρμάρινο τραπεζάκι που είναι επισφαλές κ ο καναπές ήταν ότι πιο άβολο να καθίσει κάποιος.

• Εμμανουήλ (8/5): - Ευχάριστος χώρος και πεντακάθαρος!Είχε ολα όσα χρειαζόμασταν απο ηλεκτρικά είδη , είδη κουζίνας και λευκά είδη! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά! Πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό! Εύκολη πρόσβαση και γρήγορη σε μουσεία, μνημεία, κεντρικά σημεία κτλ., κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ, Φούρνους, καφέ, εστιατόρια! Το μόνο που μας αγχωσε ήταν ότι τα πατώματα στο σαλονακι ήταν ξύλινα και έκαναν αρκετό θορύβο όταν περπατούσαμε ακόμα και με γυμνά πόδια!Επίσης κατά την γνώμη μας το μαρμάρινο τραπεζάκι δεν ενδείκνυται καθόλου για τέτοιο πάτωμα, θέλαμε να το πάμε στην άκρη για να ανοίξουμε τον καναπέ και εκτός του ότι ήταν πολύ βαρύ, ενόχλησε τους γείτονες από κάτω! Και τέλος όταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο στην πόρτα είχε Χαρτί στο οποίο ενημέρωναν ότι στην πολυκατοικία έμεναν ανθρώποι μεγάλοι σε ηλικία και άρρωστοι κάτι το οποίο δεν είχαμε σαν πληροφορία από πρίν και αυτό μας αγχωνε ιδιαίτερα γιατί είχαμε και 2 μικρά παιδιά και τους κάναμε συνέχεια παρατηρήσεις ,ακόμα και σε ώρες εκτός κοινής ησυχίας γιατί φοβομασταν μήπως ενοχλήσουμε, με αποτέλεσμα να δυσανασχετουμε όλοι! Αν είχαμε πληροφορηθεί κάτι τέτοιο κατά πάσα πιθανότητα να μην επιλέγαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα! Για ενήλικες είναι ότι πρέπει!!!
• Sergio (9/5): Buen lugar - Buen apartamento, tranquilo y buena ubicación. Los viernes hay mercadillo justo en esa misma calle. La limpieza del apartamento se notó al entrar. Podría mejorar con algo más de utensilios para cocina. (Tostadora, un colador, una pequeña cafetera italiana...la echamos de menos en nuestra estancia)
• Francisco Javier (7/5): Si volvería a utilizar este apartamento. - Lugar tranquilo, algo alejado del centro, pero relativamente cerca de la Acrópolis (15 minutos andando). Hay ascensor, terraza que da a patios interiores. Gran tv con Netflix en comedor. Vajilla no completa en cocina, lavadora, frigorífico grande. Baño completo y bien equipado. El sofá es malo malo, se hunden los cojines y es muy incómodo. Que solo haya una llave para poder entrar. Cámaras en la puerta de la entrada afuera, parece que te están vigilando continuamente. Que te cobren 100 euros de depósito por si estropeas algo. Me lo han devuelto a la siguiente semana.

• Nitay (9/5): very good value for money - Very clean and organize place. the area felt very safe and nice, easy public transportation to all the interesting places of the city. quiet location. easy check in. good kitchen no dinning space (no table no chairs). to be clear - it is not like they write something else but it is important to notice. beside this everything was great

• Mona (7/5): Gut gelegene Wohnung mit kleinen Schwächen - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem charmanten Viertel. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit der Metro schnell erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die Bäckerei gegenüber – dort wird gelegentlich live Klavier gespielt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Das Haus ist hellhörig, und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer bereits recht durchgesessen. Auch die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war für uns leider nicht so bequem. In der Küche hätten wir uns eine etwas umfangreichere Ausstattung gewünscht.

• Stefano (10/5): Non si può trovare di meglio!! - L’appartamento è ben organizzato, piccoli spazi ma sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è ottima, sotto casa c’è un baazar (alimentari super fornito), ristoranti e con soli 10 minuti di camminata ci si trova ai piedi del Partenone 🏛️ e Museo dell’Acropoli. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

• Clare (8/5): Very good - It had everything needed for a short stay. Great location- good neighbourhood with fantastic bakery just across the road and great places to eat in Geor Olimpiou St- easy to walk into town.

• Marilena (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cosy appartment in Koukaki. 5 minutes walk from Syggrou Metro Station. Lot of amenities near to the appartment. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not really soundproofing so you have to be quiet in noon and evenings within the quiet hours. If you respect this everything will be great!!!!

As a tourist I like to sleep in so neighbours waking up to do their normal day to day activities was quite loud. For example could hear TV next door! However wasn’t the end of the world as my noise cancelling headphones worked as I want them to

• Lina (9/5): Good place to stay! Recommend! - Location was great! Many restaurants just down the street. On friday we saw locals fresh fruits/ vegetables market. Quite street in the night. Comfortable bedroom bed. Good shower. The host was very kind to let us early check in. Tank you! There wasn’t official parking near the apartment, but we found parking space in the street/ in next street near by all the time. We booked for four people, but bed prepared only for two. Sofa bed is not for sleeping - it was very uncomfortable for my daughter (12 years old) to sleep. We search for additional blankets, but “normal” - nowhere to be found (only like for decoration). But it wasn’t cold- so just enough of bed linens. In general - perfect place to stay for two (couple) and + baby (sleep in the middle)..

• Tracey (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment itself was lovely, with separate bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, lounge & small patio. It is located on the 3rd floor & there's a small lift if you don't fancy the stairs. The agent was really helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The only thing we didn't like was noise from a neighbour on our last night which really disrupted our sleep. The other 3 nights were fine with no problem.

• Mariel (7/5): Nice stay for short stays - The location is super good, you have many restaurants and nice places to go and all the “touristic things” are super close to go by walking. And also it was super quite, as it is residential building . They have a switch for the hot water that you have to switch on/off which is sthg you have to pay attention every time you take a shower . There is no black out (curtains) and there are no side lamps in the bedroom. The bathroom is not as comfortable but it was ok for the stay.

• Saraswat (9/5): Comfortable apartment that made us feel at home - The apartment has been set up in a comfortable manner. The best part is that the location was phenomenal! - It was right in the centre of where one should be if visiting Athens - The lanes are beautiful and peaceful, and its a 5 minute walk to the main streets of Acropoli & Koukaki In fact, let this review be more of an advertisement for the location! This is not a complaint, just a suggestion :- Another great tip would be for the hosts to put up details of all the locations close by. It will up the overall experience. I actually spent an entire night hungry at the apartment (first night there) without realising that the main Koukaki restaurant street was two lanes away. I should have checked myself, but it was my first night and I was acclimatising. Just an information card would go a far way to up the experience :) The pricing can be a little more economical. Don't get me wrong, I loved the apartment, but the cost could be just a but lower to hit the sweet value-for-money slot.
