Jeannette (5/5): Quite exciting adventure but good value for my money! - The staff was very thoughtful and helpful, even bringing me a candle when the electricity was out. They let me store some food in their freezer over night which I appreciated. The breakfast was pleasant. The free shuttle service was great and the driver profusely and kindly blessed my upcoming flight! The floors on the ground floor were totally flooded (except the water didn’t reach my room surprisingly). There was so much water flowing outside the entrance I had to take off my shoes and socks to walk through the water to enter!

Tatiana (1/5): Три дня мучений - Ничего Завтрак скудный. За 3 дня в номере ни разу не убирались. Из посуды лежит 2 вилки, хоть бы стаканы добавили. Холодильник гудит как самолет. Каждая просьба выполняется крайне неохотно. Оплата либо наличными, либо картой. Нас посылали в аэропорт менять деньги, но мы отказались, так как там курс обмена плохой. Помучив уставших после долгой дороги людей, наконец недовольная мадам на ресепшн согласилась, чтобы мы заплатили завтра. Обнаружив в номере 1 кровать, опять пошли на ресепшн, - пришла и открыла вторую комнату. Попросили чайник, - это тоже вызвало затруднение. Оба оплаченных трансфера из аэропорта ждали долго. В последний день нашего пребывания в отеле была отключена вода. Мы чувствовали себя отвратительно, так как целый день провели на экскурсии, и очень хотелось помыться. У нас нет претензий к городской системе водоснабжения, но персонал отеля не обеспечил запас воды, более того, нас обвинили в том, что это мы не закрыли кран, и вся вода из резервуара вытекла. Еще раз повторяю, что это наглая ложь, мы выключали воду. Также на мою просьбу позвонить и узнать, когда дадут воду, хозяйка отеля ответила грубым отказом, вообще вела себя очень нагло. Надо сказать, горячей воды здесь нет вообще. Эту проблему тоже можно решить установкой водонагревателя, но они слишком жадные, чтобы это сделать.

JM (9/5): Perfeito para antes de um voo - Shuttel incluído na reserva para o aeroporto; limpo, cómodo; em rua com porteiro e assim vigiada. O sofá já não é mais confortável... os eletrodomésticos estavam todos desligados. Tem cozinha mas não está disponível para ser usada.

nir (7/5): Not recommended - Close to airport. The internet not good keeps disconnecting. The first room i got the electricity wasn't working. The second was very noisy. People were coming in many times at night banging on the door of the hostel at 3am ,talking. Not recommended
Iris (7/5): Perfekt für eine Nacht nach einer langen Anreise - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch das eigene Bad. Man ist schnell vom Airport da, das ist ein großes plus aber auch ein großes minus. Das Hotel liegt in einer gesichertsten Umgebung. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist gut aber auch schrecklich, sobald ab 3-4 Uhr früh die Flieger starten wird es sehr laut.

In a gated community near airport, but surrounding area a bit sketchy. Was going to walk to airport, but advised against it. Cheap and easy to Uber, or the hotel can arrange a ride for you.
Helen (7/5): Very basic but good for airport - We stayed her just one night when we arrived at 8pm in Guatemala. The shuttle pickup was easy instructions using the airport WiFi which I still had outside the airport. It is just 5 minutes drive away in a safe, gated street. Check in was quick and no extra charges for card payments We had the triple ensuite room which was large, clean and comfy. We were not disturbed too much in the night by air traffic. The terrace with this room is lovely. Breakfast was included and sufficient served in the cute courtyard We got Uber to antigua from here. It arrived in 2 minutes outside the street gates and cost Q350 We would use this hostel again. A good sleep, close to the airport for a very good price. At this price, nothing to complain about

matt (6/5): Good enough for one night after arrival. - - The room was clean, but very basic. - Breakfast was nice and cost about $3.25. - located within a street that has security, so it feels safe. - You can walk to the airport, but it can be a little confusing due to the street layout. Uber to the airport is about $4.50. - The very top floor has a small Sunny area with chairs. Other than that, the inner courtyard on the ground floor is somewhat dark. Definitely not somewhere you would just hang out to relax. The receptionist is not bubbling with personality but she will do what you ask. - The hotel can arrange a cheap shuttle to Antigua. About $13.50 in 2025. - Wi-Fi on the very top floor is weak. - On a windy day in the top-floor room, you can be noisy from the flapping of the metal roof panels. - The electric shower in my room did not work so there was no hot water. - Very cheap sheets and a very basic mattress. - Generally dark room. I think some rooms might have a balcony, but other rooms will be very dark. It is a crap shoot what you will get.

Lívia (9/5): - O hotel é uma gracinha. Fica em uma vila com porteiro. As funcionárias são um amor e uma até me ajudou a pedir comida. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e o cobertor é bem gostoso. Havia água filtrada disponível para os hóspedes e o café da manhã foi um omelete, uma pequena linguiça, pão, café e uma fruta. Bem pertinho do aeroporto e incluiu um transfer. O banheiro possuía apenas uma lâmpada em cima da pia. Ou seja, quando você fecha a cortina, tem que tomar banho no escuro kkkk O chuveiro poderia esquentar um pouco mais também... fora isso, tudo ótimo, ainda mais para ficar só uma noite antes ou depois de você pegar um voo.

Crina (9/5): Very good for a short stay - Our stay in Guatemala City was short, just a few hours, but very pleasant. The property is well secured, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a late check-in and one free ride to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and not soundproof. Bathroom was a bit small, but we appreciated the hot shower. Overall, a convenient and welcoming place, we would recommend it. We didn’t experience any real issues, though it’s worth noting that this is a basic accommodation.
