The location was perfect, very close to the metro and surrounded by several lovely restaurants and cafés. It is also only about a 30-minute walk to the Duomo di Milano. The service was excellent as well, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great base for exploring the city, would definitely recommend this to others! Soms werd er in de binnentuin afval weggegooid. Dit was soms wat gehorig. Wij hadden wel het raam open. Met het raam dicht was het niet te horen.

I was afraid for the check-in process because saw reviews that the code didn’t work. But in my case, we entered the apartment without any problems in just 3 minutes. I use to go to Milan quite often and would love to stay there in the future!

- KOURIANTAKI (8/5): It is a value for money house near the city center but not exceptional. - The house is located in a very nice area near to the city center and Metro station. Also there are near the house a lot of cafes & restaurants that make your stay even more pleasant and convenient. The process of getting the keys from the lock box was very complicated and also we had to do a check in before hand in order to pay the tourist tax and then get the directions for the keys. Well this was totally a mess for us since we couldn't get the directions on time and left outside the house for a long time. Also the amenities that were provided were very low quality.

- Patricia (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, muy bien conectado con transporte público. El barrio es muy agradable y pese a que hay mucho ambiente por la noche la habitación es silenciosa. La cocina estaba bien equipada. Mucha facilidad para contactar con el personal. Las camas eran bastante incómodas. Hacía bastante frío por la noche y no había mantas o más ropa de cama para taparse. Aunque la cocina está bien equipada hay algunos inconvenientes: la cafetera está viejísima, no hay microondas…

Le code fournit pour accéder au logement ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures d'ouverture du service client pour pouvoir contacter quelqu'un par téléphone. Nous avons trouvé un rouleau de papier toilette vide par terre dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes ne tient pas....le moteur de la climatisation dans la salle de bain goutte et comme il est juste au dessus du lavabo...Parlons justement de la climatisation qui a fonctionné uniquement le premier jour en faisant un bruit de tondeuse donc la nuit on oubli puis en panne, en plein mois d'août à plus de 30 degrés !!!! Concernant la situation très bien, proche métro et restaurants, une très bonne boulangerie à proximité.
- furkan (4/5): be prepared to wait on the doors up to 1 hour in total for a comfortable bed and a good location. - location and comfort is really good for the apartment. they using QR code scanners to open the doors. there are 3 doors to open to reach your apartment. I had trouble 2 of them and these troubles made me wait outside the door more than 1 hour in total during 3 days. This was not my expectation for a smooth check in policy. Very bad experience for a short stay. staff was helpful though, but receiving a reply or solution can take time.
- Mohamed (2/5): - If you’re reading this, there’s still time. Don’t be fooled by the nice location and misleading photos. I wouldn’t even know how the inside of the hotel looked because we were locked out of our room. Check-in is something I have never seen before as there is not a physical person, and you have to go on a scavenger hunt just to find the key. To enter the building, you have to scan a QR code. However, to access that QR code, you have to fill out a bunch of information, and they ask for your passports and a tourist tax. We were locked out of the hotel for 3 hours. Within 30 minutes of being locked out, we emailed the hotel. They were no help and sent us to a different location after 3 hours. We finally got into a room. We then finally decided to contact Expedia. They then put us in another room which was bug infested and had a water heater that was so loud and never let us sleep. In the shower there were bugs everywhere, cockroaches in the bed, everywhere! and water couldn’t stay hot. Italian way apartments/hotels offered no compensation for these issues.

- Yuliya (8/5): - Der Unterkunft befindet sich 5 Minuten von U-Bahn. Gerade neben der Unterkunft sind sehr gute Restaurants und Bars , wo kann man Frühstücken oder Mittagessen und nicht teuer. Das einzige was war nicht gut,dass die Eingangstür musste man mit dem QR Code aufmachen und bei unserem Gebäude hat QR Code nicht funktioniert. Jedes mal wenn wir mustern reinkommen haben wir zu diese Firma angerufen oder klopfen.

There was no tea, still water, even one item like that in the apartment. Also, early in the morning there was noise from garbage collection not a big deal but anyway.

- Adrian (5/5): Frustrating experience but Milan and it’s people helped me out a lot. - The location was great and the apartment was clean and there were good facilities The wifi tripped in and out all day and often it was shared with another apartment making the signal weak. Getting in first day was not achieved, I had to book into a hotel. Customer service said it was not available but contact by email was. They were very apologetic but I still had to pay for the hotel €157. Apparently, the QR code on my phone was blurred. It was sorted the next day but, no recompense was offered. So, that was poor. More instructions were needed about entering my QR code. Snap shot the code maybe?
- Ecem (6/5): - Das schlafsofa war verdreckt, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht besonderes gut und die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer war sehr sehr schlecht auf fragen bekam man keine Antwort und wurde ignoriert. Die Lage war sehr zentral jedoch sehr laut.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, Horrific check-in process - It was one of the worst check-ins I ever had. First, you had to go online on a different website for check-in. There you have to sign a contract with so many pages that starts to freak you out. You also have to pay the visitor tax on this website (you have no idea if it’s a safe one) and upload a pic of yourself and whoever is traveling with holding the passport (I don’t know what they do with that photo cause the GDPR thing didn’t mention). The communication via chat is terrible, I texted 3x but only got one reply. 2h before my check-in I have not received the code to enter in the apt. I had to call them to ask for the check-in info (costumer service hub; international call) and they said they normally send it at the exact time of the check-in (3pm), but they would send me at that time because it was ready. There are so many instructions for so many things that you get lost and insecure. When we arrived, a resident had to help us get in because there’s no indication to where to use the qr code (a small white box with no signs or anything). The apartment is in great condition, is really complete and clean and the neighborhood is nice, but really loud in the evening because it is a bohemian region with loads of bars. The location is really good, with many options to eat and transportation in a walking distance. But unfortunately, because of the check-in process and contract we had to sign, we didn’t feel comfortable and afraid they might charge us for something we didn’t do.

- Liliane G (8/5): Muito satisfeita com a hospedagem. - O apartamento atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades (eu, meu esposo e minha filha), pois tem 2 quartos amplos, cozinha ampla e banheiro. A localização é boa, pois a estação de metrô fica a 5 min a pé. Na rua do apartamento tem vários restaurantes e um mercado muito bom. A rua é bem movimentada à noite, mas dentro do apartamento não ouvimos qualquer barulho. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar nesse apartamento. O único inconveniente é ter que fazer o check-in em outro local, distante do apartamento, carregando malas.

- Konovalova (7/5): Staying at Melzo 12 - Location is great, a lot of cafés, bars, shops around, very close to everything. Metro and bises are 2 min walk from the place. Very nice patio, where you can take coffee or chat, with nice patio furniture. The attitude of the staff:asked for the bedding - was waiting for 2 nights for it, asked for the key, was told it's only virtual and saw a real key in the neibour's hands. No toaster, no coffee maker, nothing except the kettle in the kitchen, very basic,. in the bathroom no shower curtain, water splashes, saw a cocroach in the bathroom. No sound isolation, you hear the entrance door opens and elevator works, when neighbors come at night.

- Amine (8/5): - Zentrale, lebhafte Lage mit sehr lauter Straße. Überraschend positiv: Im Gebäude hört man nichts davon! Die ausgezeichnete Schallisolierung ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Perfekt für Gäste, die das Stadtleben genießen, aber auch ruhig schlafen möchten. Empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mitten im Trubel.

- Elizabeth (8/5): - Once in the property, it had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. Our main issue was the check-in process - i did not receive the email with the QR code and code for the flat, had to phone multiple times and in the end had to get it sent to my partners email. Once we received the QR code, it was then a mission to figure out the QR scanner. For future reference, it is a white box on the wall to the right of the door off the street.

I admit i was a made a bit nervous, by all the coments about how difficult the check in process was and the problems people were having with the QR codes to access the building. But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! Regardless, the flat we stayed wes really nuce and clean and the area is great: central, modern, you have so many dining and shopping options and easy transport links within a short walling distance!

THE WHOLE APARTMENT WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF ROACHES ! THE ROACHES WERE CRAWLING ALL OVER THE WHOLE APARTMENT AND IF YOU TURNED ON THE LIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT YOU COULD SEE HUNDREDS OF THEM.

The check-in process was fast, and the apartment itself is very cozy Before moving in, you have to sign a contract in which one of the clauses states the property owners are not responsible if you’re robbed. This felt a bit suspicious and made us feel unsafe in the apartment

- Carmen (8/5): - I stayed here with my mum for 5 days and we really loved it! Check in was easy, apartment was great, location was perfect, and it was super clean. Only 2 things that I didn’t love: Not enough towels for 5 days - we got 2 per person and there were no tea towels in the kitchen. Though, it was overall very clean and neat, I walked around with white socks and they were imminently dirty. Other than that it was very lovely :)
