- M.K. (7/5): Super Zimmer in etwas verwirrendem Hotel - Die Fensterfront in den Zimmern war cool und auch das Frühstücksbüffet war super. Das Zimmer war auch gross, das Bett bequem und die Regendusche ein Highlight. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da leicht die Ubahn, die Busstation sowie das Einkaufszentrum erreicht werden können. Ich fand den Aufbau des Hotels etwas verwirrend mit den zwei Türmen und musste etwas suchen, bis ich die Waschmaschinen im anderen Turm gefunden hatte. Eine kleine Broschüre mit Übersicht was wo ist wäre evt. hilfreich. Auch dass es eigenltich mehrere Hotels gemeinsam sind hat mich etwas verwirrt.

- AHLA (9/5): - 주차가 정말 좋았습니다. 부산 숙소 중 주차 괜찮은 곳 중심으로 3명 숙박을 찾았던 건데 그 조합으로는 이만한 숙소 찾기 어려울 것 같아요. 욕실이 꽤 넓습니다. 변기가 절수형이라 오래 누르고 있어야 하긴 한데 쓰는데는 전혀 불편함 없습니다. 어메니티 향도 마음에 들었어요. 택배 보관공간이 있어 급한 택배 받기 좋았습니다. A동이었는데, 세탁실이나 헬스장이 모두 B동이라 오가기가 불편했습니다. 침대 크기는 괜찮은데 공간 자체도 자체이나 맞은편이 바로 보이는 통창이라 커텐을 편히 열 수가 없어서 더 좁게 느껴진 것 같아요. 저렴한 옵션이라 그랬는지 모르겠지만요.

- Reena (3/5): very bad and worst experience ever - Location is good thats all I paid for a family room with 3 beds with city view. I was given a room which was very small and barely had any space to move without hitting my had on the TV hanging from the wall. There was no view of city, rather only walls with hardly any sunlight coming. Even after repeated requests that I was uncomfortable and feeling claustrophobic in that room, hotel staff was rude and didnt help. They rather tried to justify by saying that city view means view of the walls of the buildings in the city. There was no iron in the room and for ironing I had to go to building other Building carrying all my cloths. Lifts are super slow. Will not recommend this property to anyone for a comfortable stay.

- JISOO (8/5): - 타이밍 좋게 성수기인데 저렴하게 예약했어요 수페리어 트윈룸이었고 방이 넓지는 않아요 화장실이 넓은 대신 방이 좁음 소음도 별로 없었어요 직원분들도 친절하셨음 엘리베이터가 많고 빨라서 좋더라구요 침대도 편하구 꿀잠 잤습니당 창문도 열려요 매일 생수도 새로 채워주시고 청소도 무난무난 무엇보다 위치가 깡패 벡스코 방문하시는 분들한테 넘 좋음 바로 앞은 아닌데 주변에 음식점이나 카페 가기 좋아서 접근성이 괜찮은것 같아요 백스코 빠르면 3분컷입니다 천천히 가도 5분이면 감 체크아웃시 짐도 맡길 수 있어용 카페트 바닥이라 먼지가 좀 많은거 같아요 비염인인데 숨쉬기가 좀 힘든 너낌..뷰는 그냥 건물뷰 환기를 시키려고 해도 앞이 건물이라 더운 바람 들어옴ㅠ 어매니티 치약이 없어서 아쉬웠어요

- Roberta (10/5): - Very clean and nice. Getting there was hard because my taxi driver couldn’t find the address. Used the laundry area and that was really convenient. The dryer machine is so strong. Elevators move so slowly that you’re not quite sure if it’s moving. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

- Grace (5/5): Great location, value for money but you pay for what you get. - Great location , good restaurant just at the entrance of lhorel, egg drop for breakfast and coffee shops everywhere ; the gym had a lot of machines, but no water There was a very strong chemical wash smell in the room after the first day of room make up. The towels look very worn out, one had a stain on it.

- Gabriela (9/5): Hotel with a great location and friendly staff! - The hotel is located in a convenient area close to many convenient places and tourist attractions. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Busan.
